Fabulous shop in Georgetown with friendly, knowledgeable people, honest mechanics who excel in communication. They made getting new lug nuts for my mercedes simple and to the point, even though they had to be ordered from elsewhere. I will be returning to Finesse in the future. A real gem in georgetown.

I am very particular where I get my ferrari worked on, but finesse is literally the main shop I go to for work. Not only were they amazing this time in that they custom fabricated brackets to ensure an under panel would fit on my car when the original tabs were gone, but they worked lighting fast! They also got my new tail lights on and new badges on super quick! They even found air bubbles in my tires I didn't even notice and let me know immediately, which I had taken care of by them the same day they let me know. 5 stars is not enough... all 10s across the board! Ferrari, Porsche, AMGs, M cars, whatever you have they are amazing working with. 10/10!

Very unprofessional, don't come here if you have dogs. Booked in for an oil change, mechanic couldn't drive the car 50 feet into the shop due to a "foul smell". I'll admit my car is not the prettiest and i carry my dog in it, and not everyone is used to the smell of other living beings, but they must be used to much more unpleasant smells working on cars.

Pros: friendly staff, nice waiting area, good introductory oil change price of $50 Cons: VERY long wait. Was there for 2h for nothing but a basic oil change (and I had an appt!). Quite pricey for other services, but they mostly work on high end cards so it makes sense

I took my vehicle here for the first time recently because I had received a coupon in the mail for an oil change. This is the cleanest and most well organized service garage I’ve ever taken any of my vehicles to. The management and staff are very attentive and honest. I was given a tour of their facilities while I waited for the service to be completed on my truck. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle and my wife’s vehicle here for all mechanical services in the future. I’ve not experienced better customer service and satisfaction guarantee at any other auto service shop.

Amazing Team Hands Down!! When you love what you do it shows. When a job is just a job, you can definitely see the difference. Just to sum it up a little bit, I had an experience with BMW Seattle. Dealing with BMW Seattle I was just another person on the list to take money from. How I found out about Finesse Auto, I overheared some guests at my job talking about what great work Finesse Auto does. So I decide to look them up. Thank for God, I found a new home to take my vehicle to for all my repairs. They listen to my story and pretty much hear my cry for help. Something BMW Seattle didn't do for me. If you have to deal with any Insurance claims, or just personal repairs with less hassle these are the people to deal with. I just love that I found a new home for my BMW. They are like family totally. By the way they also don't take advantage of women who don't know much. ?

I can't say enough great things about this company. I needed a basic service done on my Acura RDX and took it to Honda of Seattle to get serviced. When I arrived for my appointment, Honda tried to upcharge me and quoted me at over $1,500 for a basic maintenance service. I immediately walked away despite Honda's warnings that anywhere else would charge me more, and contacted various mechanics, including Finesse Auto. Finesse Auto responded within an hour, quoted me for LESS THAN HALF of what Honda tried to charge me, and scheduled me for the next day. I arrived, dropped my car off, and worked in the waiting area. The employees were extremely friendly, did not try and sell me on unnecessary services or repairs, took me out to view my vehicle while it was up on the car lift, and quickly performed the services. They also finished the services in less time than was originally estimated. I will be coming here for all future repairs to the extent possible. Highly recommend.

Had my sienna lifted and it turned out great! I love the fact that Finesse specializes in super cars but also provides exceptional services to more daily drivers. I went with Finesse because the owner is a regular contributor on various car forums and is constantly providing helpful tips to the community. While I was waiting for them to finish up on my car, Finn the owner, gave me a tour of the facilities and his own car, and provided even more helpful tips on how I can get the most out of my Sienna. 10/10 would recommend!

Sean Chin goes above and beyond to make sure all your auto repair needs are met. He communicates timely and responds to inquiries promptly. Finesse Auto follows through with what it says it is going to do and treats you like you are a valued customer. I'm very happy I took my VW Passat there!

I am extremely satisfied with the capable and thorough service delivered by Finesse. I took the car in for an oil change and for an all around inspection. They identified some maintenance items that I deferred to complete at a later time. When I came back to have those jobs done, as part of their close out they again did a full inspection and caught a new unrelated issue that would have stranded me and required a tow. Other shops have missed things like this and I had to either take a car right back or worse get a tow. They are clearly incentivizing their tech's to be thorough and to do good work. I will not take my car anywhere else and neither should you!

Finesse is now my go-to auto shop! They are always nice and very helpful and will work with you so that you have the best experience. I like that I can communicate via text which made my life easier. I will be back and would recommend anyone to go there for all their car issues!

My Bentley had a coolant leak, it was not as straight forward finding the leak, as one would think. They did their investigation found the problem got the part to replace our non-functioning part. Great job

The team was very personable and highly communicative. Service was done on time and great price. They also sent lots of photos of the progress, provided a loaner and even allowed me to pick up my car on a day they were closed! Exceptional service and great people. Highly recommended!

We had Finesse install a lift on our car. Owner greeted me weeks beforehand and took me for a test drive since he had a similar lift on his car so I could see it first hand and he answered all my questions. Walked me through the install and clearly laid out expectations. They were very accommodating with some last minute scheduling requests from my side and things went pretty smooth. There was a minor issue and Finesse proactively reached out and made sure to make everything right. They are welcoming and it feels like you are working with a friend instead of a typical auto shop.

I'm very impressed with Finesse Auto after bringing my Maserati to them for the first time. They were well informed about the vehicle, well equipped with parts, and handled the job start to finish in a very professional manner. I highly recommend them for both exotic and non-exotic vehicle service.

I had a warning message pop up on my dash suddenly. I looked at who specializes in Euros (and Porsches) near me. I called Finesse Auto and asked if they could read the code on the car so I'd have a better idea of what's going on besides the generic "chassis error". Aaron confirmed they could read it and was able to get me in just about an hour later. They read the code and did as much diagnosis they could without tearing stuff apart. I ended up scheduling further work with the Porsche dealer just because I figure they'll have parts available right away, but for any future needs I'll turn to Finesse. Very helpful and courteous all the way.

Brought it in for oil change, ended up pulling out the transmission on my car due to leak they have detected that could’ve cause the transmission to go out. they are very experienced. Trust your car with them. I never take my Mercedes anywhere for repairs beside dealership but this have changed. They work with quiet few warrenties too. 10/10

I went to this shop twice since moving to Seattle 1 year ago. I went for a routine oil change and had some minor maintenance done when it was advised. I have never received better service from an auto service and repair shop than I have at this location. The price point is reasonable and their service is beyond excellent. I am able to easily manage my appointments by texting one of the employees on their company phone, which helps manage my busy lifestyle. They are transparent about everything and I never get the sense they are trying to "sell me" anything. They build you an online profile where the same pictures are taken of your car every time you return to monitor the car's needs. I am able to comfortably wait for my car in their lounge, which has snacks and drinks. The service is reasonably quick. The staff are incredibly kind and go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and heard. Unless their prices significantly increase, I won't be going anywhere else for my services.

Such a great team of folx at Finesse. I was able to get in right away and they were kind, thorough, and efficient. They stayed in touch with me frequently and explained what was going on with my car in a way that was accessible for those not in the automotive field. They even gave me a tour of the space, which is professional and organized. Although it was pricier than I initially expected, I will definitely go back because it felt worth it. Glad to have an awesome repair shop in such a convenient location.

Finesse Auto has become my go-to shop for my 2008 Honda. They are great about explaining the issues (they always check to make sure that they are not underestimating your knowledge, which I really appreciate). Customer service has always been great and I love that I can text them to get estimates/schedule an appointment. The waiting area has fast wifi, complimentary coffee, and multiple seating options which was great for starting my own work day while they quickly completed my appointment.

These guys did a fantastic job rebuilding my 02 Porsche Boxster. A new used engine, IMS replacement, and new suspension components. Although they don’t do body work Fin had my spoiler buffed and resprayed to match the color. He also provided me with a Bluetooth performance indicator. After putting a thousand miles on the new rebuild they completed a same day checkup and fluid change at no charge. Thanks Shaun. I’m a customer for life now.

The people at this shop were hospitable, informative, and flexible. They offer top quality service, quick turnaround, and several payment options, including financing. I appreciate their attention to detail, including the full diagnostic report and history of services on my car.

Although this shop specializes in higher-end vehicles, they were still able to get My Ford Mustang GT in by appointment and complete all work requested in a timely manner. Communication is a big deal when it comes to leaving your car with a shop. Finesse Auto has the BEST communication by far. Quick replies along with constant updates and proof of work; what more could you really ask for from a shop? This past visit the shop not only order me a new wheel bearing for one of my wheels (rear left was bad) but also ordered me new rear tires which arrived in a timely manner. I had an LED steering wheel i had been wanting to install as well. They told me they would take care of it and thats just what they did. These guys are trained professionals! If your having issues with your car give them a call and I'm positive they'd be happy to help you work something out.

I highly recommend Finesse Auto! I've had the pleasure of working with them twice, and both experiences have been outstanding. When I was searching for an older Porsche 911 and needed a quick PPI, most shops were quoting me at least 2-3 weeks out. Finesse, however, went above and beyond by accommodating me the very next day—this was a game-changer since I was competing with another potential buyer. Their inspection was thorough and detailed, complete with an in-depth analysis and photos. After purchasing the car, I returned to Finesse for some updates, and once again, they exceeded expectations. They were upfront, transparent about every aspect of the work, and delivered exceptional results. They even provided a complimentary loaner car, sparing me the hassle of having to rideshare to and from the shop. Nichi, Fin, Mike, and the entire team were incredible—not only skilled professionals but are also genuinely passionate about fostering a vibrant car enthusiast community. Finesse Auto has earned my trust, and I’ll be returning to them for all my maintenance and upgrades.

Making the appointment and getting the oil change on the same day was easy, Besides the staff very attentive and respectful, I waited there for my car, and they have a huge lounge with free coffee, teas, cookies, snacks, etc. Everything was perfectly organized and set up for the customer to enjoy while waiting. The staff was amazing, specially the front desk receptionist. the bathroom was super clean! Definitely an excellent first time with them, and I am sure that I will be back. 100% recommended!!! I recommended this place to my co-workers, friends and family. It's a good place for sure..

Fin and the whole team are the best, just go there to get your car fixed or at least diagnosed. They're very transparent and amazing, they know exactly what they're doing. Slightly pricey but to the point.
