This was the first time I bought a car remotely from another state. My brother in law who happened to live up there checked the car. The rest of the process was done remotely. Jim and John were very helpful and responsive. They arranged delivery to my state. Title was mailed via FedEx. I recommend this business.

Bought a RAV4 back in August, so it's been 3 months and I'm very happy with the vehicle and the whole purchasing experience. Jim was great and easy to work with. I was unable to see the vehicle in person due to being stationed for military in remote Alaska, which is cause for some nervousness and anxiety with such a big purchase on a used car, but Jim proved to be knowledgeable and experienced with the shipping process and I've had no issues with the vehicle so far. I would recommend Auto Connections Seattle to anyone, and I'm glad I decided to shop with them instead of a mainstream commercial corporate dealership. Thanks Jim!

I was looking for a specific year, make and model. And when I was giving up hope boom! Auto Connections Seattle posted the car. Called them and talked to John and scheduled a test drive at 2pm and walked out the door with keys at 4:30. John was a good “lad” (because he is Irish) no pressure, answers any questions, just an overall good dude. Not to mention he took me to test drive in one of the best places to test drive. You’ll have to see it for yourself. I also spoke with Jim. The dude is a wealth of knowledge and gave me a tour of their showroom that contains some rare pieces. If you are looking for honest, no pressure and friendly services buy from John and Jim at Auto Connections Seattle.

+3 years out and my rav4 is still running great. The 3rd party mechanic I hired to look at it told me to buy this car and I do not regret it.

I wasn’t expecting this review to go this way but here it goes…. I found a SC 430 on the auto connections website. I inquired and Keith called me back. We talked for a bit. He said the car was in great shape. I explicitly asked about the condition and he convinced me it was good. I said great and arranged to see the car. Two days later I got on a flight and arrived at the dealership. When I arrived, I was physically sick from the flight in. Extreme case of motion sickness combined with not sleeping well for days prior. I took the car to a nearby Lexus dealership for a PPI. The results were mixed. Mostly good, but there were some electrical issues along with a rack & pinion and brakes that the dealership recommended I have replaced. They also noticed several areas of scratches, dings and an area in the rear that looked like paint was bubbling up. I brought the report back to the dealership and explained to Keith what they found. He agreed to have the mirror adjustment function and seat memory fixed along with new TPMS sensors. I asked about the rack & pinion and brakes as the technician at Lexus indicated it needed to be replaced. He refused to address these saying that he had 5 other people looking to purchase. That comment seemed odd given it was safety related, but let’s continue. I did like the car and signed preliminary paperwork. If I had a clear mind that day I would have given our conversation more thought, ran the numbers and held back as financially this wasn’t making any sense. I got on a flight that same day heading back to Boston. I was sick for another two days. On Friday of that week, I sat down and ran the numbers. Financially it wasn’t going to work. Just to put this in perspective I paid $2,000 between flights, PPI and Uber. Then $30,200 for the car which was priced at a premium for what it was, but was willing to consider if this one was exceptional. (Similar private sales in my area run 21k ish). When I got home I was going to have the brakes and rack & pinion done another $3,500. I called Keith to let him know my thoughts. The initial call was friendly as I told him about my health and how I was doing better. He then told me about the fixes they were able to make. When I explained to him my situation, his whole attitude changed. I told him how the finances made no sense given the price of the vehicle along with all of the travel, auto transport and repairs. He then said “this is why I hate out of state buyers” and hung up on me. I’ve been in the sales business for 23 yrs and have deals go south frequently for a whole host of reasons beyond my control. At no time did I ever hang up on a customer or client when they backed out of a transaction. I would instead ask questions and take the time to understand their situation. If there was no way of finding a solution, I would wish them best of luck and move on. I called Keith back immediately after to determine how he would like this to end. He sent my call to VM… I wanted to give him a chance to convince me on why I shouldn’t write this honest and truthful review after how I was just treated. Unfortunately the opportunity came and went. At the end of the day, is Keith a bad guy? I don’t think so. I will say that I’m disappointed in how this ended. I think it’s just the business they are in. Unlike in my business, a used car dealership doesn’t have a fiduciary duty to protect your interest. Their job is to protect their own interest and sell you a vehicle. My best advice to anybody looking to buy from a used car dealer is to always get a pre-purchase inspection(PPI) and walk away if the deal doesn’t make sense for you. On their website they claim to have every car inspected and reconditioned, but who did it and how thorough was it? Before Keith hung up on me, I told him that my hope is that someone else now has a chance to buy the SC430 and be happy with their decision. It’s a good car for the right person. Really enjoyed working with Jim and John. we are out of towners and saw a van they had in inventory online. found out they were kindly helping someone sell it. John was very helpful in accommodating our schedule based on our son's college soccer games that brought us into the area at some late hours once or twice. John met with us with a smile on his face and was so friendly even during rush hour when we took the van for a spin. wish I had time to grab a Guinness with him and hear more stories of the area. Jim worked with us to put everything together and was a great communicator putting the pieces to the puzzle together. John was the face of Auto Connections Seattle for us and the closer. we couldn't be happier the way things turned out. easiest experience buying a car I have ever had. friendly knowledgeable and caring service ,clean car, mechanically sound and best price around. what more could you ask for?! thanks guys!

I got a great deal on my car. I was weary of buying a vehicle from someone, especially a dealer, in the price range that I did because without a guarantee, usually there’s something that’s being hidden. But I purchased the vehicle because they stood by the car and disclosed a loose passenger door handle as something needing to be fixed. When you’re going that far to disclose issues, there has to be some element of honesty and it was a great buying process with appointments only and No sleazy used car salesman vibe, with a great car that I have driven now 1500 miles with no problems so there was no hidden element. It was clean and accident free without any sort of hidden defect that I would find out later. Even when there was an issue, that was primarily my fault regarding the title, they diligently responded and took care of the situation and had to resend the title. I would highly recommend this company as a place to purchase a vehicle in Seattle. With the used car market getting higher and being unknown due to tariffs or other things affecting it, drop everything and go to this dealer if you want to a used car in the Seattle area.

What a great car buying experience. John Casey is an absolute gem, no hassle, no pressure, just a gently used Rav4 in perfect condition for a really fair price. John was genuine, straightforward, honest, and made the whole process really easy. The inspection report they provided was spot on, when we had the car checked out at the dealership after our purchase they found absolutely nothing with the car, and it is STILL under warranty until 2027. They also gave a fair price for our trade in. 10/10, thank you John!

What an incredible first time buying experience I was able to have with Jim. I recently purchased a 2011 Chevy Avalanche from this dealership and first I want to say the customer service is AMAZING! I live on a remote island and in 15 years this is the first dealership to have integrity and be honest, there was no hidden bad surprises in anyway which truly surprised me when my vehicle showed up on the barge, I am VERY pleased with the service I received and the condition of my new vehicle and hands down recommend if u live out of town and want to buy a vehicle to go through these guys, u won't be sorry, I wasn't!

Janna is an all-star. She helped us get a great deal on a very specific car we were looking at. She circumvented all the dealer interaction that we all hate. She is very sweet and helpful. She asked all the right questions and took care of everything from finding the car to repairing a tiny ding in the paint job when the car was delivered. We bought a car here today. John was great to work with. The minivan we bought had incredibly low miles and was in very good shape. My son and I had been looking for a nice used car for him while he finished up his Senior year at college. He had a very short list of cars he was looking for so when we stumbled onto the listing for a 1995 Honda Prelude that was actually in our area we had to call. We left a message and Jim responded right away. He was actually on his way north driving the car we were interested in. He said he would be happy to bring it to our house to see it. We were very pleased with the condition of the car and the price he wanted was more than fair. We shook on the deal in the driveway. He said he wanted to replace the front windshield and he delivered it to us as soon as it was done. Working with Jim and John was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had!! I sent an email in the evening and within an hour Jim called and treated me like I was more than a transaction! He sounded like he sincerely cared. Then we got to facility to see the vehicle and John was a hoot! Pleasant to be around and also, sincerely cared. The process was easy and they both made sure it went that way! I never felt like they were trying to swindle me, which is what I normally feel when buying a car at a big dealership. Definitely will be returning when we need another vehicle!
