Had my car towed, and felt like the price was too high. They patiently walked me through the charges. Overall great dudes, feel like tow truck drivers catch a lot of flack but at the end of the day they’re just doing their jobs.

Easy Towing is not represented by Ravisher Singh, his behavior in a truck with Our Name on it is uncalled for. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the behavior unbecoming in a truck with our name on it. If any reviews come up from Mayank Singh he is also not a representative of ours.

Darin and Toby have been consistently excellent over the years. Have used Big D at least 10 times and each time they were nothing short of perfect. Punctual, professional, and helpful. Thank you for being the best! 😇

Had a great experience with Big D towing. I had an issue with my vehicle and I needed it towed to the Mazda dealership. I called and spoke with Darren who was very kind and attentive. He got a tow truck sent out to me within an hour of calling. The tow truck driver, Mark Anthony, was very kind, polite, and great person. He took great care of my vehicle and I knew it was in good hands once he drove off! I highly recommend this towing company.

Had a great experience with my tow. Service was responsive, kind, and explained it all. It’s hard to think straight when your car is being towed because of all the unknowns. I appreciate from first phone call, to towing, to payment process. I think from phone call to tow the total time was less than 45 minutes which felt amazing fast. Everything was calm and helped ease a lot of my anxiety about the process. I appreciate you all! Thank you.

Had to deal with the most disrespectful, apathetic, and disgusting employee at this place. My car was suddenly towed w/o warning near my job, I called the number and confirmed my car was here. Thankfully, the person I spoke to on the phone was nice and let me know that he would get someone to the towing yard to help me with retrieving my car. Once I arrive, the employee was waiting by the gate and takes me to my car. I realize that I don’t have the information needed sitting in my car (was taken out for necessary reasons without my knowledge). After just 5 mins of being in my car, the employee becomes agitated with my sister for asking questions to help around my situation since he cannot release the car to me. And tells me “if there’s nothing else, please leave because I have places to be”. We don’t know why he became annoyed, no one is happy about getting towed. His response is “Well I’m not the one who was parked somewhere I wasn’t supposed to”. And tells us that we “wasted his time when he could’ve been playing frisbee”. We begin to exchange curse words at each other and he taunts us by saying “too bad you can’t get your car” and we’re “acting like we’re 12 years old.” This was an extremely stressful situation from start to finish, it’s bad enough that I am being forced to pay over $500 to get my car back for a simple mistake, but to be made to feel worse for “wasting” someone’s time and telling me that there’ll be another $100 charge for “making him come out here”… for 5 minutes is beyond what I needed to hear. The man was plain miserable and took it out on two innocent people who were already having a bad day. I am sure that these may not be everyday occurrences, but this specific employee has shown me that there is no kindness extended anywhere. He has zero customer service skills which includes empathy for customer. You can’t control what company happens to tow your car, but I hope nobody never have to come across anything like this ever again.

very unprofessional folks here, didn’t communicate clearly when we agreed to meet at a certain time to retrieve a vehicle. they gave us attitude when we arrived after telling them 20 minutes ahead of time to which we had to wait more than half an hour for them to return to their own office.

Great communication. Excellent service. Reasonably priced. Transparent billing. These competent professionals got my daughter’s car off the freeway quickly and delivered it to her house. Thank you!

These guys are HEROES! The front end of our car went over the edge of an embankment, the frame resting on the top of a concrete block retaining wall. The first company that came out wanted to just drag the car back onto the upper level. It was clear they really didn't know what they were doing and would cause substantial additional damage to the car. Big D came out with a lift truck and a flatbed and skillfully raised the front end, sliding the flatbed under the car so it could be driven back onto the upper (parking) area. They saved me untold damage to the car, likely thousands of dollars, and I was amazed at how (relatively) little they charged.

My phone call was picked up on second ring and Toby came to jumps start my car within 15 minutes. Toby was calm and patient with me and got me on my way in less than 20 minutes. He also gave some options in case I needed a tow, which luckily I didn’t. I felt comfortable with him being there to help.

Quick to answer my call and provide a quote. Needed to get my car towed back to my house. Set up a scheduled time, they showed up on time and were friendly. Toby was fun to chat with and answered my questions when I asked what he was doing out of curiosity. Took the time to refer me to a locksmith to have my key replaced and parked my car neatly in a tricky spot to park. The quote I was given over the phone matched with what I was charged at the end of the tow.

Big D towing came out early am on a Saturday to help my car I neglected and was going to get towed. I was very self conscious about it and they were kind and understanding. They got my car started and I was good to go! Really appreciated the kindness that was there and advice for the future!

I have used Big-D towing in the past when my car stalled and I received awesome service from them. However, my car was recently towed on private property which is currently in dispute. To be honest, I did not think I had parked on private property hence I was frantically worried that my car was stolen and just concerned as to what happened. I called up Big-D towing around 12:00 AM to ask if my car was impounded. The person who answered seemed the least interested to help me out. I asked if my car was impounded and after giving him the details, he said ‘let me check’ and kept me on hold for 15 min. I kept asking if anyone was there but no answer. I kept calling back but he wouldn’t pick up. Still no news about my car. Then I called using another number and he picked up immediately. I asked him again about my car and he confirmed it was there this time. He told me I could come pick it up in the morning to avoid after hours charges, for which I thanked him. But this gave me the impression that he was trying to avoid my cell phone number that I called from initially and I don’t know why. Keep in mind I’m new to all of this. I didn’t know how to deal with this process. I’m just frantically trying to get my car back. I asked if he knew the reason why it was towed because I believed it might have been a misunderstanding. I was being civil and cooperative but he took it in the wrong way. But this man was extremely rude. He replied saying ‘Yeah man cuz we totally towed your car for no *** reason, goodbye and don’t call back.’ Then he hurled some more abuses at me and it borderline felt like harassment. I don’t understand what warranted him to pick that tone up with me. I did not appreciate that but I decided it was best to wait until the morning and get my car back. I went to the office and the person during office this time was much better and helpful. I asked if he knew what the process was if I wanted to dispute this charge and he also picked up a rude tone to answer me. I felt disrespected and belittled. Again, I do think I asked in the nicest possible way so a little warmth and courtesy can go a long way. To the owner if you’re reading this. I understand that you must deal with all kinds of people that can be frustrating to deal with. However, having worked in a customer facing role, I do think your employees can be trained better. I was lost, confused and seeking for help but instead of feeling reassured, I just felt more put down and belittled. Based on your other reviews, I believe you have some of the best services in town. Keep up the good work. Please just consider this review as something that can be potentially improved.

Nobody likes to have their car towed, but the dude who came to pick my car up legit tried to do everything he could to get it started, and even tested the battery... They have fair prices, and dude I dealt with was very cool. My only concern is the wait time, but to be fair it was evening rush hour when I had it picked up.

Big D picked up my truck from I-5 during morning rush hour and dropped it off at Les Schwabs. They showed up quickly, had a clean and professional truck and driver. The price was more than reasonable for the job.

I had my Car towed by Big D Towing today and it was the best experience with a towing business I’ve ever experienced. They were kind, patient, and beyond helpful also not to mention really well priced especially for the work they did! Our driver BJ went above and beyond and gave us lots of really helpful advice on our car and even set us up with an auto shop that he trusts and is well priced. 10/10 would recommend and will continue to call them when I need a tow.

Would like to just give a big thanks for the great service today. I couldn't get my car to start even after a jump. So I was already in a depressive mood thinking how much a tow was about to cost. Mark came through, checked out the situation and confidently said that he could jump it and get it going so that I didn't have to pay far more money with a tow. Sure enough, Mark was right! He successfully got it to jump with big ol'truck! I appreciate the honesty of this service and in general, Mark was a great guy to go through the situation with. If you're in a rut, don't hesitate to call up Big D Towing. I've been ripped off by many car towing services in the past and this place serves our community with honesty. Thanks again Mark!

We called for a tow after hours. Our car died in the middle of a busy street and Toby showed up in about 10 minutes. He was kind, professional and so quick and saved our evening. The cost was reasonable and the service was amazing! Highly recommend this company!!!

Responded quickly after calling them and helped us get our broken down car out of a parking lot and to our hotel. Being stranded 700+ miles from home in a city we've never been too and at night was incredibly stressful for us, but the tow driver was super understanding and really helped calm us down. Super professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He got us set back up at our hotel in an hour or two. If we are ever back in the area or have a friend/relative in the area who needs a toe, this is the company we are calling. Cannot recommend them enough.

Great company! I will use them again every time. My truck was stuck in my alleyway and both entrances where at a steep incline.. which made it hard for his truck to get up considering the stabilizer would bottom him out. He ended up pushing my truck through the alleyway with some help of pretty awesome neighbors. If you ever need a tow I would call this guy! Never gave up and is friendly. Also this was at about 9pm when I reached out! Nice of him to take the time and come help me out.

My car was towed from the lot which may have been deserved, but when I called the towing company the man who I spoke with advised me to come in the day after, I then took a look online as to what their payment policy was... If I had done as they said and waited even 1 day I would have been charged several extra storage fees and other subsequent fees. I’m responsible of my own parking and moving forward I think I’ve learned my lesson, nonetheless if I didn’t do my due diligence I would have fell for their scam. The man that assisted me through the process explained “Seattle just changed their towing fees and policy’s so I’m not sure how much the total’s gonna be.” When I asked what had changed or if he could show me a site or a document explaining this, the man was scrambling and didn’t know what to say. If what they said was true they should have done their job and looked into what policy had changed so they could properly inform me as to what I was getting charged for. Though with how they couldn’t even respond to my simple request I’m sure this was also a scam.

My phone had died and I was trying to get a cab to go back home after seeing my car that my boyfriend was killed in they would not call a cab for me very very rude prople

Great service! I called several services for a quote, Big D had the best price. Driver was friendly and professional. I had a flat and needed to be towed to a tire service. I mentioned my frustration that I would have to wait until Monday- the driver knew that Firestone was open on Sundays so we went there instead. Very happy overall

After getting quotes from several different companies to ship a particular item from WA to CA, John at this business told me there are more affordable, smarter options out there to ship it than Big D Towing. He even gave me a phone number to one that he personally recommended. He saved me TONS of money by simply being honest and full of integrity. The fact that he deliberately lost the opportunity to make money off of me, so that I, a stranger to him, could benefit, speaks volumes to me, and, if I don’t get the chance to use their business in the future, I hope many other people will see this review that demonstrates their transparency, and trust their business with them.

Extremely nice customer service however $100 seems quite pricey for a 10 minute jumpstart. I’d understand if the driver was far out of my way but he was around the corner. Man, I only make minimum wage so that hit my wallet hard. Very nice folks but won’t be able to do that twice.

Not impressed... the driver was 45 minutes late without an apology. Completely missed my motorcycle appointment and I paid fully for the tow without a discount. I will be taking my business elsewhere next time and recommend anyone trying to get a tow on time to not use Big D Towing...

I had the best experience with these guys. You can tell that they really value the customer and are trustworthy. My car had been dead for a couple months, until Terry showed up and got my car up and running! He was wonderful! I highly recommend Big D Towing. If my car ever dies again, I know who to call :).
