Got my windshield replaced after a crack on the freeway. They talked to my insurance and made it a seamless process for getting my windshield repaired without too many issues. The service was very fast and they even vacuumed my car. They also were able to calibrate all the sensors back to stock without me having to deal with the dealership. Definitely recommend going here for your auto glass needs.

I was in need of a vent window replacement on my left rear door after someone broke my car's vent window to steal an empty fanny pack I left in my car. I called the shop on Saturday and was able to secure an appointment for Monday morning. I took my car in on Monday, and they replaced the glass in an hour. It was very quick, and the whole process was smooth. I thought the price was reasonable.

I honestly came after they were technically closed and the lady was able to squeeze me in gave me a quote and I picked up my car 2days later!

I had a tiny crack on my front windshield. They help me fix it really quick within 30 min. Good experience and very experienced workers!

Great job. I love this place. Annie is very professional and reasonable prices. I have a Hyundai which arent is common in Seattle I guess. It was nice to find a place that has my window type. Someone broke into my car twice and she did a great job. Quick and easy. You can also stop by goodwill while you wait. Highly recommend this place for broken windows or replacements

I've had to replace four windows over the past several years, and Golden Auto has consistently had excellent availability, fast service, and much lower prices than any alternative I know of. The staff are friendly, efficient, never try to upsell me, and have gone above & beyond by educating me about issues they run into that could be exploited by unscrupulous mechanics.

They are very try fast and did a great job fixing my small hole on the windshield. Great service as well. Very warm and professional:)

Excellent service, offering advice and assistance in dealing with your insurance company. Fast work and, performing factory sensor-package recalibration. My job took only 2-1/2 hrs to complete. Friendly, professional. Small, local that shop deserves our support, while taking good care of our needs.

Have had two windshields replaced here. They are efficient, thorough, and get the job done extremely fast. Once they get the windshield, it's same day service (in my case brought it in for a quote early afternoon Monday, ordered and had install completed next day). If you have State Farm, zero issue dealing with them even though they aren't listed as a preferred provider on State Farm's site. They are willing to provide assistance on the insurance side. Never a good day when a windshield gets broken/cracked/etc, but this is the kind of place you want on your call list if something happens.

I had a great experience with this company. I noticed around 9:30 am that my car window was smashed, and it was fixed by 2 pm the same day! I noticed they also vacuumed my car. Definitely bring cash or a debit card—there is a 3% fee for credit cards.

Very efficient! Our car was broken into early in the morning on Black Friday. While most auto repair stores were not able to fix it until next week, Golden Auto took our car in before noon and was done within a few hours! They kept us update via text the whole time with great customer service. I also love that they have a warranty policy just in case. The price was less than $330 which was the cheapest quote we found. Overall amazing experience!!!! Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Golden Auto Glass Service., and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their service - they were dialed in. From the moment I called, I was greeted with a warm welcome and professional attitude from the owner. Annie was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues. The process from estimate to work being done to payment was smooth, quick, and easy. She was professional and sweet. The work was done promptly and to an incredibly fast, with a level of attention to detail that truly exceeded my expectations. I am grateful for the excellent service provided by Annie. Overall, I cannot recommend this is place highly enough. As a night shift nurse, the worst feeling is getting to your car after a 12 hour shift and finding a window smashed. I was tired and stressed thinking about how I was going to replace the glass window before I had to return back to work the same night. I found Golden Auto Glass through a Google search and read the reviews. I had a similar experience to many of the other customers. I spoke with Annie on the phone and she communicated pricing and the ETA for the finished job. I appreciate that they’re open on a Saturday and said I could bring my car in right away. I dropped my car off around 9:30am and picked it up about 2 hours later, super fast! I would recommend Golden Auto Glass for a quick, quality repair. In total I paid around $285 for the service.

Do not go here!! I came to Golden Auto Glass with a broken windshield and side window, and left with almost $3k in new body damage, and a windshield that was not installed correctly (not sealed at the bottom, air coming in from engine and flexed outward if you pushed on it a bit) and needed replaced immediately. The work done to the vehicle besides these issues was extremely poor, with sealant spilling out everywhere, interior trim not reinstalled properly, scratched interior, and dents, rubbing and scrapes on my cars body all around the windshield. I took my vehicle to a body shop and they were blown away by the amount of damage caused during a windshield replacement - $3k to fix - More than the damage I came to Golden auto glass with in the first place. When I came to Golden Auto Glass with these issues and quote they did refund the windshield but have ghosted me on covering the exterior body damage they caused, despite me having shared clear before and after photos that show the car was not damaged before their work. Also, their "key drop" is just a mailbox anyone could reach into and grab your keys out of if you drop your vehicle off after hours. Not something I felt great about in Seattle. Avoid going through this mess and take your car somewhere else - there seem to be many options in the area.

I am grateful I had another friend recommend golden. My car window was smashed recently and the big name places wanted me to wait for a month for a repair. But golden got me in the next day after I called. They were so kind and communicated so well. They also had a better value than what I was going to pay before. Sadly my insurance deductible was too high done didn't do much on the claims end. But def recommend!

I’d give it 4.5 because at first the was an issue with the glass not fitting so I had to come back to fix it later and the main lady was a bit hard to understand. However she was trying to accommodate as she could. I noticed my car window broken on a Friday afternoon and this is the only place that even had the option to come in on Saturday. She says she had 2 windows fir my model but I e of them was for wring side, another had this bad fitting size. She let me keep the bad window till Monday, when I had only 1 hour to fix it, and I paid in cash only after that (to avoid 5% charge). Also they vacuumed everything.

Fast efficient service at an affordable price. I woke up to one of my windows being busted out, and started calling around to find a repair shop. Golden Auto Glass by far offered the best price and was able to accommodate me right away. I was able to schedule an appointment and come in the next day. I was quoted an hour-and-a-half wait time and like I said the price was far lower than every other glass shop that I called. I arrived for my appointment and they were ready for my vehicle immediately. I did have to wait about 2 hours for repair and installation. But I'd rather wait extra time for the superb service that was provided. My vehicle was well vacuumed out. I did not find any broken glass debris. The new window matches the rest of the glass just fine. Annie was very apologetic of the extra wait time and informed me of what was going on. Once the repair was complete the technician came out, apologized for the delay, greeted and thanked me and went on his way. Once I paid I went outside to find my vehicle ready to pull out onto the street. I highly recommend this place.
