All Night Towing was a best towing experience I’ve had yet. Shoutout/ special thanks to Zaidi for making a painful situation so much more pleasant than expected!

Everything on here about ZAIDI is 100 percent legitimate. He wasn't even dispatched and saw a nasty collision on the freeway that could cause severe injuries or much worse. He immediately put on his tow lights and a driver in front of him pulled out of the way. ZAIDI's All Night Towing TRUCK literally PREVENTED a chain reaction major pile up car accident. His actions were HEROIC and this is the kind of PERSON that Seattle and America should be extremely proud of. ZAIDI and his team members work often with WA State Police (who we also greatly appreciate for their 24-7-365 efforts). No matter what anyone does for a living, they should strive to be the best. ZAIDI is one of the most professional tow truck drivers in the entire country. He will be an extremely successful business owner for the highest level of service he delivers to anyone who is lucky enough to meet him.

This review is to recognize a employee by the name Zaidi. Wow! What a gem! Clean, professional, well spoken, and kind!!!! Truly a rare find in this industry. I felt safe and valued when he came to pick up my broke down car. It is so nice to do business with someone who cares and has everything under control ?? the tow was worth every penny and the price was the absolute lowest I could find in town!!! If you are able I would definitely recommend to ask for him by name but I am not sure if it is possible???

The professionalism and expertise of Zaidi was second to none! From the start he was timely and very communicative. With extreme clearance and space restrictions, Zaidi was able to remove my vehicle from a very restrictive underground parking garage.

⸻ I had an amazing experience with Zaidi from All Night Towing! My car broke down in my parking deck and I was worried it would be difficult to get out. Zaidi is AWESOME! You’re typically not in a good position when you call a tow truck. I made a mistake and parked a vehicle where I shouldn’t have. I was so stressed that I inconvenienced a customer. Zaidi showed up fast. He was really calm and moved the vehicle within minutes. Totally a lifesaver! I highly recommend All Night Towing.

Fun night! I was picking up a hot tub on a rented trailer when the tire went flat. Tariq quickly arrived to help out, and then navigated a challenging space to back it into my driveway. If you’re in trouble, hope Tariq arrives to save the day!

He was professional, kind, and went above and beyond by dropping me off right at the rental car location instead of a distant parking lot. Zaidi was thankfully assigned by my insurance to help me tow my car that I’ve been having troubles with. He agreed to meet me and arrived right on time. Zaidi called to double check the plan during pickup and delivery. He was very nice and sincere when hearing about the cars troubles. Zaidi is an exceptional driver, and All Night Towing's prices beat every other company by far, with still exceptional service and response times. With Zaidi I had a flat tire and was already using a spare, he brought his flatbed in only 40 minutes and communicated clearly about routes, destinations, and prices, as well as being both friendly and professional. 5/5 across the board.

I had my vehicle break down on the freeway entrance late at night. All Night Towing was dispatched by my insurance company. Zaidi gave me a call soon after to ensure a speedy arrival and showed up sooner then expected. He was very friendly and professional and took great care of my car. He went out of his way to ensure my car was delivered in the best position at my home. Truly a great towing experience and would recommend to anyone.

Our car broke down suddenly during rush hour. All Night Towing was dispatched by our insurance company. They showed up on time, the driver was extremely professional and took care of the car. Price above the deductible was reasonable. All in all zero complaints. Solid stuff!

Unluckily had to tow my car several times by different companies for example Lang towing, ASAP towing, Am Pm towing, Lincoln towing and couple more don’t really remember their names since they all suck !!! However I’m so surprised the driver from ALL NIGHT TOWING very professional. Called me and said he was gonna be there in 1 hour however he showed up just in 25 minutes. Before he arrived 2 other companies couldn’t tow my car. But this professional driver made it happen. The car was towed and ready to roll just in 7 minutes. Thank you so much for your dedication to your work. Will strongly recommend ALL NIGHT TOWING, specially if you don’t want to waste 4 hours of your life just to get your car towed. ALL NIGHT TOWING will do it faster !!

Garbage service. Kept lying to our insurance about when they would arrive. Kept making up different stories about when they would be there. When I called in after three hours of waiting they insisted it was our fault they still hadn’t arrived. Said they needed the address updated in the work request - I asked why they didn’t just call me… they said they were waiting to talk to our insurance - the liars had just been on the phone with our insurance!!! I called them out and they hung up. Never trust this company. They are garbage and will leave you hanging. We could see on the gps their driver was just doing other jobs for hours and ignoring us… pathetic.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys! Zadi helped tow our 2001 Mazda Miata when we had some troubles. He did an amazing job! Showed up faster then eta showed on my insurance app. Handled the car with care and was super kind! Best towing experience ever. Thanks Zadi! You deserve a raise!

Just a background on my experience: (If i can find the right page for ASAP Towing i would leave them a review as well.) Originally, Geico dispatched ASAP Towing and i was told that they will be at my house at 9:11am since i won't be home until that time and I'm coming from downtown Seattle. Around 8:10 a.m., i got a call from an ASAP tow truck driver saying he is already outside my house. I told him that i am not home yet and that he is scheduled at 9:11am. He asked me how long it was going to take me to get home and that he could wait. I told him 30 minutes and he said ok. So now i had to rush. Not even 5 minutes later, a Geico representative called me asking why i canceled the tow, and she said that "i" told the driver it was for 11 am. I told her that he probably heard the 11 part of the time 9:11am. ?‍♀️ The representative then said, "i will dispatch a different tow company for you," and I'm glad she did. All Night Towing was professional. Excellent customer service from their dispatcher to my tow driver. The dispatcher called to verify what was wrong with my car so they know what type of truck to use. The tow driver texted to let me know he was 2 minutes away and called when he got there. He said his name, but i totally forgot. He was able to get the flatbed into our alley. He told me everything he had to do to ensure me that i know what he is doing. Which i appreciate. He was friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend!

Rapid response time. Owner is a delight. Waited for ASAP towing for 4 hours. Called All night towing instead and the driver/owner responded in 25 minutes! Gieco gotta ditch ASAP for these guys for sure.

My car died on 520 west a mile before the 405 exchange. The tow driver asked me to share my location insistently after I stated that it wasn't an option my phone had. I explained to him that I was on 520 west in Bellevue heading to 405 repeatedly. He said he'd be there in 35 minutes. He wasn't. He called repeatedly asking where I was and I finally gave up. My friend and I had to go find him after an hour, when we were looking for him, he refused our phone calls several times. We eventually located him and led him back to my car. It took closer to 90 minutes to find him. I'm thankful my friend was able to come sit with me and help find the tow driver or I would have been stuck in freezing temperatures for hours.

After waiting around for 5 hours for another tow company I decided to call Geico back and request a new company. They sent All Night Towing and I’m so glad they did. I called the office to confirm their estimated time of arrival and explained how I’d been waiting for hours. They were understanding and assured me someone would arrive within their estimated time. Sure enough Atiq was there before the quoted time! He was amazingly helpful and understanding. If I’m ever in need of a tow I’ll be sure to tell Geico to only send these wonderful folks!

Tony, the owner, came out quickly, was extremely professional, and got the job done when another truck couldn't. They're 550 managed to get my F250 out of a ditch high centered on the axle with no damage to my vehicle, amd delivered it to a very tough parking spot with no issues. Thanks guys!
