Kambi did a great job towing my SUV for me. He was able to connect it quickly and delivered it to the location as expected.

Erick was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was prompt and communicative, was able to make a plan with me to change our pickup to allow for the garage to open, and was able to get my car out of a difficult alley and into another difficult to access garage. Incredible experience all around.

Contacted my insurance for a tow and they sent a GOAT driver Zaidi who was able to bring me a requested flatbed for my slightly lowered 350z to my location at the estimated time (almost less than an hour), he was very fast to respond! Zaidi contacted me right away and was able to get up and going to the shop communicating with me very well on getting my car on the truck. Also a chill guy to talk to if you like JDM cars?. If you ever need a tow anywhere near Seattle, Zaidi is the one to call.

This company towed my rental car on Thursday. Everything i own is in this truck including my work badge and diabetes meds . I called Friday night explained I need ro pick up my items she told me to call in the morning which is today. The owner was so rude when I called. How a towing company not available until Monday. Everyone is rude here. I feel so sick today I dont have my meds. He told me no one can help me until Monday.

Had a cargo van, 1 ton and was hell getting him started. Three different tow trucks came out, and none could tow it or get it started. Erick got it towed to an auto shop AND got it started when the mechanic couldn’t even get it started. I’d give ten stars if I could.

Jeep died on me again. Called long towing and they were super nice and showed up pretty fast. Sp was a super cool guy and knows his stuff. Would recommend long towing to everyone.

Zaidi from Long Towing scooped me and my family from the side of 405 on Saturday night. He was prompt, kind, fast and professional. We were referred through AAA. I would recommend his service 10/10 to anyone, emergent or not. Keep up the strong work Zaidi and Long Towing! You guys are lifesavers.

I had a great experience with Long Towing, especially the driver ZAIDI. After 3 companies couldn’t fit their truck in my driveway. My Cadillac wouldn’t go in Nuteral and I was so stressed. However, he was professional, calm, and efficient while towing my car safely. His communication was excellent, he handled everything with confidence, and he was also a very handsome young guy with a great attitude. He made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend Long Towing and definitely ask for ZAIDI!

Im a woman in in my 60's with a car which had a catastrophic event and stopped running on Hwy 18 on a dark, cold, rainy late night. After two other towing companies bailed on my AAA towing call, and already waiting over 4 hours in the dark with no heat on the side of the road, Long towing came to the rescue at 4:15 a.m. I want to specifically endorse Zaidi, a young man who could have turned the request down, arrived within 75 minutes of dispatch request! He was friendly and kept me up to date the entire time prior to his arrival. He promptly put me into his warm truck and loaded my car quickly getting me home. I highly recommend requesting LONG TOWING when using AAA or if you are ever are in need of a tow. They try hard to get to you within an hour.

Kambi was diligent and courteous. He provided phone estimates of his arrival time at my location in Bothell and also confirmed that I was in a safe location while waiting. After arrival, loading my vehicle required a few extra steps than normal. Kambi clarified what those would be and performed the procedure efficiently. He provided a reasonable estimate of delivery time at the dealer lot and then made it there on time. I would certainly recommend Kambi's services in the future. I would also continue to recommend Long Towing as a provider for AAA roadside assistance.

While driving my car’s transmission started slipping and I got stranded on my way home. Called for a tow and Zaidi promptly showed up for a tow. He was very professional and also did a great job delivering my vehicle. Would definitely use their services again.

Total lifesaver, forever grateful! My car would not start when exiting a ferry and there was a brief window of time when Zaidi could tow the car when it returned from the next round trip. He was in constant communication and navigated through the ferry terminal to get to us in time. He's a total pro and obviously cared about helping us. Thank you so very much!

I got a tow on November, 6th 2025 by Gurtej for my Ford Expedition. This towing “company” improperly towed my family vehicle (left in park and left my front wheels on the ground) FRYING my transmission. My family is taking this company to court, gladly. When I asked to view this man’s ID he refused and lied and stated his name was “Baba” when we asked to speak to a manager we were dismissed and they called my husband “bro” and stated they “do this all the time” THEIR WORDS. Save your transmission. Lawyer up!

Wow wow wow the best experience in the situation I was in! Gurpreet is amazing very helpful and just all around first class guy … he deserves a raise for the work he dose .. with the traffic flying bye in the rain on Halloween night and did it all with a smile and a great adatude five star job .. thank you so much Gurpreet for getting my self and car home safely… and amazing job getting my car into its parking garage..??????

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — Unbelievable Service at 3 AM – Lifesaver! I’m beyond grateful for the incredible help I received from Satvir at Long Towing Inc. At 3:00 AM, I discovered that I had lost my car key and was parked in the wrong stall in my apartment’s garage. To make things worse, the complex had already placed one of those green tow warning stickers, threatening to have my car removed. I thought for sure this was going to be a disaster — no key, tight space, and a looming tow. But Satvir showed up and handled everything with calm professionalism. He walked me through how to put the car into neutral without a key, then expertly maneuvered it into the correct stall with zero scratches or damage — and in an extremely tight space. I honestly didn’t think it could be done, especially not without the key. Thanks to him, I was back home by 5:30 AM, and able to get some rest before work at 8:00. I can’t overstate how thankful I am — Satvir went way above and beyond. Not only is he highly skilled, but he was kind, patient, and really cared about helping me through a stressful situation. What started as an incredibly frustrating day turned into a much better experience thanks to Zaidi. I had just picked up my car from the shop when I had issues again - getting a tow was not what I wanted to deal with. Zaidi responded really quickly and we had a great conversation on the way back to the shop, which honestly helped take the edge off the whole situation. He took good care of my car, and made a tough day feel a little lighter. Really appreciate the service and highly recommend.

Charlie was a stud. My 2021 Tesla Model 3 fuse blew out and after AAA sent me 3 different tow trucks and still managed to fail at sending me one with a flatbed AND wheel dollies … here comes Charlie saving the day. So instead of having to call out for the whole day at work, I was able to come in just 2 hours late and Charlie took care of my baby love until drop off. Sent pictures from the pick up, the car on the flatbed, the drop off and where he parked it. Next time I need a tow, I’m requesting Charlie and/or anybody from Long Towing. Definitely more than satisfied.

Best towing experience ever Zaidi was super nice and helpful. Arrived super quick and had very clear communication about when he would be there. I don’t want to have to get another tow but if i do i will definitely be requesting them.

Zaidi is a true hero! My 79-year-old grandfather was stranded on Mount Rainier for over 12 hours. He doesn’t use GPS, and AAA sent out four different tow companies — none of them were able to find him. Then came Zaidi from Long Towing. Not only did he find my grandfather, but he treated him with incredible kindness, patience, and care. He made sure my grandfather was safe and comfortable after such a scary experience. Zaidi went above and beyond when no one else could. Our whole family is beyond thankful for him. If you ever need towing help, I 100% recommend Long Towing — and especially Zaidi.

Zaidi Is the best in the company, took my collector car out happened to die on me zaidi was sent to my rescue and as i waited i was just nervous the entire time of even the smallest scratch on it would drive me nuts. Once Zaidi arrived FIRST thing he noticed was the details in care put into the car and he knew that the car i had was a Diamond in the dirt, he expressed his admire for it. That changed my worries he was the first person to ever sit in that car in my time of ownership besides me. I informed him of that information and he told me it was an honor he then proceeded to tell me how he loves cars and he cares for every car like his own he even went as far as pushing the car with a relative to get it parked in a safe spot bro went above and beyond without even trying just simply meant for the job thank you bro again for saving my ass catch you at alki one day ?? It’s the time old tradition of tow trucks swooping in to tow cars that miss the 3pm move notice, but with this encounter it’s all about the recklessness of the driver. Not only are they driving in the bus lane to then cut you off with a vehicle being towed no blinker no warning so they can drop the car and get back out on the streets to make more money. Just experienced almost being side swiped by this company’s driver, no warning, and absolutely no reasoning for this type of driving then not even a mile up the road watch this same driver aggressively swerve almost hitting a transit bus in another lane. Not only is this driver reckless but I would worry about the car being towed and damages that could be caused by the absolute chaos this driver thought necessary to drive this way. Would not use this company for a personal tow and suggest the city of Seattle to look into the drivers for this company, for the safety of the people of Seattle.

Long Towing picked up my truck on time and delivered it 76 miles to my home. Pete the dispatcher was great and the tow truck driver named Charlie was awesome. Definitely recommend.

Great experience with Charlie! Would definitely recommend! He’s very professional and very personable and a nice guy to chat with on the way to my house. He was fast, efficient and got my car towed to where it needed to be. Very courteous and made sure he put the car in the area where I wanted it.
