I cannot recommend this shop enough. Knowledgeable, super nice, and genuinely honest — which honestly is the hardest thing to find in an auto shop. I came in with some complicated issues and got to talk through everything with their technicians. They listened to all the history I had on my car and it actually helped them diagnose the problem faster. The thing that really got me though was their honesty. They could have recommended a really expensive repair and I would have had no idea — but instead they were straight with me about whether it actually made sense. That kind of integrity is everything when you're trusting someone with your car. They also do pre-purchase inspections which is such a great service if you're car shopping. I'll 100% be bringing my current and future cars here!

I was driving nearby when I got into an accident and brought my car in right away. In under 30 minutes, they had all the shattered glass cleaned off my dashboard and securely taped up my window as I was getting ready for a long drive and wasn’t sure what to do. The speed, care, and professionalism was amazing, especially during such a stressful moment. I’m incredibly grateful for their help they truly saved my day.

Best mechanic in the city. Honest, knowledgeable shop that just tells it like it is and charges a fair, competitive rate. Been taking my car here for almost 20 years. They never fail me. Chris always walks through issues in detail, sometimes shows old parts so I can see the issue. Tony even taught me how to drive stick way back when I got my first manual car. Just took my 05 CRV in for a tuneup before big roadtrip to Glacier National Park. They got her running smoothly and safely. Thanks, guys!

Tony's Greenwood Auto Body did a great job with only half of the price compared to the estimate from some huge collision car shop. And the time they took is 1/3 compared to estimate time from other shops which make it even better. Highly recommend this place.

Chris at the front counter was great at creating a quick and efficient estimate to fix some minor body damage on my daughter's Subaru. They did with work in a couple hours and I picked up my car on the same day! Great service at a great price.

My Lincoln MKZ had a broken interior lock on the driver side. I was anticipating at least one day or more for the repair. The lock was fixed under 3 hours. The staff was friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend Tony's any day.

They're incredible. Thanks again!! --- My experience at Tony's/One Stop exceeded my expectations, even after the many positive reviews I read beforehand. I was especially looking for an auto shop where the office/service staff didn't talk down to nor try to upsell me just because I'm a woman. So frustrating that that's such a huge ask, but misogyny in the mechanic world is still disgustingly common somehow--even though we're in 2025. Chris (the office manager) was kind and relaxed yet efficient. She asked great questions and gave great info to make sure we were on the same page from the get go. Peter was also very kind, efficient, and detailed. Very conveniently, we were able to discuss estimate details and progress updates over text, and he was very quick with his replies too. Calling is of course also an option if you prefer. Peter also offered a loaner car to rent for a great price once they knew that they'd need more than a day or two to finish my car repairs and that I used my car for work (beyond just commuting). They fixed my A/C and power locks--which required fully removing my entire dash in a puzzle of pieces because Chevy likes to make fixing their cars as annoying as possible it seems... But they didn't upcharge due to that like I was worried they might (I've had many bad experiences with shady, price gouging mechanics in the past). The total cost of the work still was a little higher than I originally anticipated just because I didn't realize the extent of the issues, but you get stellar service in exchange so absolutely worth it. One hundred percent you get what you pay for. And no nickel and diming small random unexplained charges on the final bill. They even accept Afterpay if you need payment assistance for larger bills. My car is older and is turning into a bit of a problem child with age, but they handled every unexpected challenge with expertise and patience. And they kept me updated the whole way. Tony's is without a doubt my new go-to auto shop. Thank you to Chris, Peter, and the rest of the awesome staff! Appreciate you guys so much!

I had a great experience working with them super easy and quick, very transparent. Had a check engine light problem they were able to figure out how to fix within a couple of hours. my parents have gone to this place for years and I really recommend it.

Just got my Pacifica mini van repaired. The scolding fell off when I went over a curb. It was a relatively small job and not on insurance so most repair shops didn’t respond or i got crazy estimates. But Tonys team was able to fix it at half the price and didn’t need to include extra repairs that weren’t needed. I’ll be coming back for other jobs in the future.

I've been coming in a lot recently and while Tony's does absolutely wonderful work, my positive review is about a situation where I thought I'd lost some important items in my vehicle while it was at the shop. Peter and Chris showed great concern, and Chris even dropped what she was doing and helped me look in my vehicle for the items! If you want a shop that doesn't just see you as another wallet walking in the door (I have names and addresses!), you should definitely consider Tony's Greenwood Auto Body and One Stop Greenwood Auto Repair. Exceptional customer service experience! Especially Chris. She did a great job with working with my insurance (Progressive), being transparent about the car repair process, and assisting with getting my car towed from another shop to this shop to finish repairs in the least costly manner. They truly care about their customers. I plan to be a repeat customer for future car maintenance appointments.
