Had a replacement mirror cap painted and they did a great job but it was pretty expensive for the size of the part (~$75). Also the employees are nice but not particularly well organized. I called them several times to ask about the status and it took them two and half weeks to call me to pick it up.

I would give 10 stars if I could. They accommodated a drop-off appointment, and as soon as I arrived immediately took a look at the problem. After realizing it might be a simple solution, they quickly got to work and within 10 minutes had resolved the issue with my car door, at no charge. I will absolutely use this business in the future and highly recommend it. Great service, friendly people, conveniently located to I-5.

I had my bumper repaired here and was really impressed with the quality of the work. The pricing was fair, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process. Thank you for the excellent service! I’d absolutely recommend this place—10/10. When I walked in, they gave me a quote, got an appointment for next week.They ordered the parts in from the automaker. I dropped in my car at 8 am and was fixed in couple of hours.

The best experience, customer service, and work. I called to inquire about an estimate, and to my surprise they said I could stop by any time. Other shops were telling me I needed to wait weeks for just an estimate. They were very professional, kind, got my car in and out repaired quickly, and the quality of work was fabulous. I will and would recommend them to everyone needing body work done.

Holman's is fantastic! I could not be more pleased with how my car looks after my repair. They are a great shop to work with and they know what they are doing. I was wary to trust anyone prior to Holman's being recommended to me. They exceeded my expectations and then some. I'm hopeful I won't be back, but I know where to go now if I'm ever in need again.

I can't believe I found a trustworthy body shop! This is such a hidden gem (and a small family business, no less). From the initial estimate to thorough communication throughout the restoration process to even cleaning the windshield before the final pickup, Holman's provided nothing less than the best customer service I've ever received from an automobile operation. All the staff members I interacted with - Gina, Amanda, and Paul - were exceedingly generous, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Of their own volition, they went above and beyond fixing AND cleaning my vehicle. They know their stuff and were transparent about time and cost estimates from the minute I walked through their ship. Going out of their way to help me (and I didn't share that I was strapped for cash...so this was providential), they were actually able to reduce the initial quote and once the parts came in (speaking of parts...Gina kindly researched the most affordable and reliable option - thank you), they were able to get the work done ahead of schedule without compromising impeccable, detail-oriented quality. 10/10 would recommend Holman's to any and every one needing work done on their car. Great to know there are still businesses in the automobile world with compassion, competence, and integrity. Note - for those not in the know, at the time of this review (February 2025) we are still currently in the middle of a nationwide backlog and delay on parts from certain manufacturers (ex: Chevy, Honda, and more). These supply chain issues go way back in 2024 (and for some, further back with the backlog from Covid). Delays in receiving car parts are beyond the control of any small body shop. So please keep that in mind as you scroll past negative reviews complaining about wait times. I have no clue where the negative customer service reviews are coming from, but if it wasn't clear from the first half of my review, nothing could be further from my experience...or of the single mom I spoke with who recommended this diamond in the rough. Thank you again!

Took awhile to get my car in after I accidentally pulled off the bumper cover, but I am SO glad I waited. It was drivable in the meantime, so nbd, but I will never go ANYWHERE ELSE as long as I live in Seattle. I am almost shocked that businesses this good and honest exist anymore. Fair pricing. Quality work. Good communication. Nice people. Family owned. I mean...I can't say enough. THANK YOU, HOLMAN'S!

had brought my car to this shop before and they had did a decent job. however, bringing it to the shop this time round has been a really bad experience - mainly with Ashley who has given a lot of attitude when speaking to her, absolutely rude and dismissive. Even the work on the car was shoddy - left bumps and a dent in the bumper despite paying a hefty amount prior to fix a fender bender accident. really displeased, and hope the office fixes their attitude when dealing with customers, because you just lost one right here.

This is a neighborhood body shop that makes you feel like you matter, rather than the usual insurance company promoted shops. While it can take a few weeks to get in, they do great work, go the extra mile for you, and always treat their customers like good friends. I’ve taken my cars there did years, and have never been disappointed. Way to go Holman’s!!!

I had to get work done on my beloved BMW Z4, so I got quotes from five nearby shops. Holman’s gave me the best quote so I chose them. They ended up going above and beyond and performed amazing work on my car. They are also super nice and answered all my questions. I can’t recommend them enough!

what great people! they were very responsive to my texts and emails. they were pretty busy beginning of the year so I had to wait 2 months to get my car in but it was worth it. they make working with the insurance company easy. they did not skimp on anything, super pleased!

tl;dr: Use this shop. They're consummate professionals. Holman's conducted a repair of my vehicle from a minor front end collision. Amanda did a fantastic job of walking me through the steps of estimating the damage (no appointment required!), communications with the insurance company to handle payment, and scheduling my car to be dropped off and fixed. Repair was completed a day earlier than expected. The craftsmanship of the repair was excellent and they detailed my vehicle before handing it back to me. 10/10 experience.

We have used Holman's Body and Fender Several times over the years and have found them to do excellent work . Our vehicles have left their shop showing no evidence of damage , Always looking better! Paul the owner, is one of the nicest people to deal with and 100% stands behind his shop's work . Highly recommended

I’ll never consider taking my car anywhere else after finding Holman’s. They truly care about the customer. As someone who is very skeptical about auto body shops, they won me over from the first experience, and they have continued to do so with subsequent visits. They’re transparent, kind, and deliver quality results. If you’re looking for a shop you can trust and rely on, seriously give them a call.

5 stars! Will definitely come here again (hope I don't have to though lol). I had my car repaired here recently and they were extremely friendly, fair-priced and efficient. My insurance had a few issues and Holman's remained patient and communicative with me throughout the entire process which I very much appreciate. They did a wonderful job on the car! I have used Holman's three times for two auto accidents and another incident of a tree limb falling on my car. They gave me a lower quote than most, but more importantly, they offer incredible service. They are very communicative, fast turn around, and have customer service mastered, which is refreshing these days. I had one issue on my last service but Paul stepped up and fixed the issue immediately. His response and corrective action only solidified even more that this is the only place I will bring my car should I need services in the future. I highly recommend Holman's!

I cannot recommend this place enough. I had a broken front bumper and damage to the back of my car. Amanda was able to give me a super accurate and very reasonable quote over email using just pictures that I had taken of the car. I dropped the car off on Monday and it was ready by Thursday afternoon! The quote was bang on, I was so happy with the service from beginning to end. Not only did they fix my car but they also cleaned it inside and out, top to bottom. My car looks brand new! I will 100% be using these guys again for any auto work I need done.

Took my car in after a fender bender. There was a bit of a wait to get an appointment, but that was fine because I was ok waiting for a shop that had a good reputation. Got my car back after being fixed, and there were some minor things that I wanted to have addressed/done differently. The shop owner personally took the time to work on my car and address every single issue that I had asked for. Also gave my car a nice wash and tire shine. I was very happy that they took the time to get the level of attention to detail I requested. Will be doing business here again!

Holman's is a great place to get car body damage repaired. They are friendly, helpful, and handle all the back-and-forth with the insurance company. I got a few estimates before going to Holman's from shops that my insurance recommended. I discovered Holman's by doing an online search and they were the only shop that could get the work done in 5 days or less. Amanda, another young woman (I didn't catch her name), and Mr. Holman were super helpful. They answered all my questions and guarantee the work. I love that they are local and family owned, too. I'll be going back to get other little parts fixed because living in the city and parking in the street means people frequently hit my car when they are parking or opening doors (ugh, but I love living in Seattle).

Incredible service. This was my first time going to Holman's and I was able to work with Paul himself. He did my estimate for some fender damage and recommended reshaping the fender instead of replacing it which saved me $700. The fender looks pristine and when I went to pick it up, Paul even gave me a gift card for a local alehouse. You can tell he is committed to helping the people he serves as well as take care of other local businesses in the Seattle area. Class act and I will be going back for any other needs I have.

Wow! People at Holman's are amazing and you can see their great work in the photos (A picture is worth a thousand words). I had an excellent experience: Gina walked me through the whole process, from estimate and specifics on what needs to be repaired/replaced, to walking me through what are the required repairs after the break down, even went above and beyond to get the best prices for parts, and gave me a discount at the end knowing I was paying out of pocket. I even met the owner when I was picking up my car (he drove it to me) and learned that they are family owned and have been around for a long time. I also admire how they have set up their work shifts for high efficiency and effective work. I dropped off my car Monday morning and they were done by Thursday afternoon - super impressive. They also held my car for a day since I was too busy to pick it up the same day. I highly recommend this place for their honestly, craftsmanship, and great service!

I've had two different cars I've brought here they've always done great work and prompt. Very kind and very honest, no bs. They work hard! Update 12/31/19: had another need to take my car in for some body work and as always I am impressed with their service and fair pricing. I will continue to take my car here as long as I live in seattle. Update 9/19/20: They helped resolve and issue I had quickly, thankful for their ongoing commitment, honesty and trust. They will continue to have my business.

Unfortunately I would not use Holman’s again. Took my van in for repairs after it was sideswiped by a concrete mixing truck. Dropped off the rental car and went to pick it up after the repairs were supposedly complete. Checked the work before paying. Noticed there was still a dent the size of half a grapefruit, a paint chip the size of a fingernail, and the replacement tail light was cracked. The service person said, “yeah one of the techs isn’t paying close enough attention”. She got defensive, arguing that my insurance company was going to push back on additional repairs. Eventually I got another car rental, dropped off the van again. They completed the work the second time. But they never apologized for the inconvenience. Instead treated me like they were doing me a favor for fixing their mistakes. If you use this shop be sure to carefully inspect the work before paying.

This place is worth the wait! The whole team has been so helpful and willing to work with us. We took our car somewhere else first and got the run around and they tried to total out our car with Statefarm. Not Holman's! They saved us almost $2000k. Our car is fixed and not totaled. In the the future we won't go anywhere else. Customer for life. Thanks Holman's for excellent service.

I had a great experience at Holman's! Everyone i came into contact with was kind, professional, and honest- they took time to explain things to me and told me exactly what to expect since it was my first time needing body repairs on a car. I am so pleased with the quality of the repair, it looks fantastic! If I ever am unfortunate enough to find my car needing body work again, I will happily return to Holman's.
