Best body shop/paint shop I've ever been to. Oscar and his team are extremely professional, communicative, honest, and do the best work- I can't even tell any damage ever happened to my car. I'm so impressed with the work they did and so happy whenever I look at my car. Can't recommend Hernandez enough!
They were easy to work with and gave me a fair estimate to repair the damage to my 28 year old car . When I picked up my car I couldn't even tell it had been damaged. I am so impressed. It's obvious that they take pride in their work and treat their customers with courtesy and a sense of community. They actually cleaned and vacuumed my car. ?
These guys are the absolute best. Could not recommend them enough. We were completely screwed after a hit-and-run accident and our insurance were dropping balls left and right.
The team at Hernandez Auto Body Shop couldn't have been more helpful. They accepted delivery of the car via tow truck and did amazing work. Car looks brand new now. Will be returning here for all my auto work in the future.
Had a dent and scratches along my door and they were able to make it look new again for 1/3 the price of other body shops. Also to my surprise, they also washed and detailed my car such that it came spotless both inside and out. Work was completed all within the week. Could not be happier with the results!
This shop proposed a sensible approach to repair a swiped front bumper and bent fender on our older GTI. The cost was half of other quotes I got on the same job. They scheduled the car immediately and the car looks terrific. Bring your business to this local shop!
The best body shop in seattle! These guys are incredibly honest, reasonably priced and very funny. They were able to make a stressful situation into one that I left laughing from. I hope that I never need them again, but if I do, I’ll be back. In the interim, I’ll be recommending this shop to anyone I can.
Nothing but good things to say about Hernandez Auto and the team here - they were able to see us the same day we called and walk us through all the options for repair really clearly. They even fixed some damage to make the car usable, free of charge, while we waited for the parts to come in. I was fully confident that they were quoting a fair price and would do a great job. I hope I never need auto repairs again but would definitely go to them in a heartbeat! Bonus was that both Oscar and his son were extremely nice, and helpful with thinking through our best options.
Jorge is a manager here and he was amazing in helping me out! He really gave a fair quote and it has been wonderful driving in a car that’s safe to drive again! I recommend them to my friends, family, and you all! Bonus is that they are dog friendly! :) I will be coming back anytime I need any car work done! Found out they do oil changes and regular car maintenance which is another bonus!
Had to get my bumper repaired on my Civic after my godson hit my car. I chose Hernandez after seeing their previous reviews. I met with Jorge and he gave me a great estimate. The work was done quickly and very well! It looks like nothing happened! I would highly recommend them! They do great work and Jorge is genuinely just a nice guy!
Did perfect repairs of my Toyota IA Yaris after being sideswiped by another car.
Their initial estimate of my non- insurance repair work was slightly higher than another estimate, but they reduced the cost to match. The work started Monday morning and was done by Thursday. Excellent and friendly communications along the way. And a pleasure to find both the outside and inside of my car cleaned. Highly recommend!

A fantastic experience with this business, they were $500 lower than another shop’s quote. The owner is really nice, asked me not to worry paying deposit when ordering my bumper. And their work turned out to be really good, color matched well, and they washed my car before I left.
My 2002 mazda had been broken into and the ignition cylinder and door locks were ruined. Jorge gave me a very reasonable bid, helped me file claims with my insurance and even got a tow truck to get my car. I brought my car in for a mirror that got taken off and a scratch. Oscar was so nice and got me in promptly within a week. The repairs were done in a few days and they left both the interior and exterior of my car sparkly clean!
I had a large amount of paint peeling off one side of my van. It turned out the previous owner did a cheap job and water had penetrated and caused the damage. I didn’t want to have to paint the whole van so Jorge took a look and said he could make it work. He explained the entire process and each step of the work they would do. They had it done in a few days and it was flawless. It’s beautiful, and seamless. This place is a White Center gem.
Their team is awesome and they do really good quality work. I would recommend them. I brought in my Toyota to them after it was hit by someone and they smoothed out the dent in the bumper and fender and put in new bumper clips. Looks like magic. And Jorge is a pleasure to work with! Solid company. If you’re looking for a reliable auto body shop this place is it!

Hernandez Auto Body received the car on a Friday evening. By Monday evening it was ready! The repair was high quality. They communicated with my dad several times over the weekend to update him. They also quickly provided a quote for the repairs.
Very happy with the repairs they did to my truck. Great attention to detail, paint matched up great. There were some tricky elements to my repair, and they went above and beyond. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Fixed the ding on one of the front headlights. Superb service and fast turn around time in a comparison to others. Hernandez and his staff are very affable and understanding. 100% recommend! Will use them again for minor touch ups. :)
Paulo is fantastic. Incredibly helpful and friendly! I was very surprised to see how great my car looked after coming to pick it up, very quick work too and thoughtful prices! The cherry on top was that my car had been cleaned and detailed on the inside - I didn't even ask, or expect that. SO thoughtful, amazing customer service these guys seriously rock!!
This was my first time taking a car in to a body shop and I have to admit the whole thing made me anxious because you hear about people ripping you off a lot. Not only did Paulo do an amazing job of my backlight and bumper, he completed the job quickly, and his quote was very reasonable. I will recommend him to anyone who needs work done on their car. This shop is really great. I had a mishap at a carwash and needed my two left side doors on my 2020 Mazda3 replaced. They replaced the doors. And went the extra mile to do a perfect job. Tight fit, No Leaks. Looks great like nothing happened. Easy to talk to and work with. Honest, good people. I highly recommend this shop and the team.
Working with Paulo and the crew at Hernandez was fantastic. He was very communicative and easy to work with. He texted and called to keep me up to date on what was happening with parts getting delivered. Once we took the car in for the repairs it was complete within 2 hours! Body work and a mirror replacement with the car looking like new. Great work, great guys, 10/10 recommend.
Oscar did a great job on my car. It was an insurance claim but the appraiser didn't have any issue with his estimate or the supplemental for a camera adjustment. He ordered parts needed before the appraiser even approved the estimate to get a quick turnaround on the work. You would never know there was damage there and all the electronics of the car are working fine. Very pleased with he work and communication.
I had Oscar do some repair work on a rusted-out area of my frame. I'm very happy with the work, price, and turnaround time. We've already discussed some future projects and I'll definitely be back.
