I had a very disappointing experience at the O’Reilly Auto Parts location at 9627 17th SW. The manager, Paul, was dismissive, hostile, and unprofessional when I sought assistance regarding an item that was stolen from my car in their parking lot. His communication was rude, erratic, and unhelpful, which is unacceptable for any customer-facing role. Customers deserve to be treated with basic decency and respect, and this location clearly needs to address management conduct and training.

I had some complaints. And the store manager in the morning cursed at me. I was not aware I was not able to voice my opinion about the way they didntie service. Really bad customer service

Great experience! We bought a headlight and weren’t 100% sure how to install it. A young staff member kindly volunteered to help and switched it for us. Now it works perfectly — really appreciate the help!

The lady was nice about showing me where the item I need was in the store, but I asked for help to apply it to my car, and the woman said nobody wants to go out into the cold. My car was literally parked outside the doors. Her coworker was ringing someone up next to us, and I asked if he could help. And she said no, cus there's only 2 of them there today. ( only 2 customers roaming in the store at this point.) It was a 2 minute simple task I needed help with me being 0% knowledgeable. I figured they could be of assistance. I tried to do it myself, then noticed a worker leaving their car entering the building. Asked him for help. And he had no idea how to and suggested I read the instructions. As I was leaving, I noticed a different worker helping a different customer outside the store. Worst O'Reilly experience. The only person that helped me was a customer leaving the store. Thank God for him I'll never go to this location again. The O'Reilly in Boulevard Park Seattle must've spoiled me with their service. They always come out to help and make a way for their customers.

I went in today to replace one of my headlights and get some wiper blades. Jennifer was very knowledgeable, caring, and professional. This is consistent with the customer service I get every time I go into the store. I’m grateful to have it in my neighborhood.

I was a customer from this company today and I was served by Andrew ( a young guy ) who was completely inattentive. He missed a lot of details and started arguing with me. He couldn't even write my name correctly, and he had to redo the paper because the paper had the wrong information (PO for the job )

Employees here were really nice and helpful when I came in yesterday. Except for the Assistant Manager Louie. I was next in line and he helped someone else who just walked up instead. Then when it was my turn again, he just stared at me. Ask if there's anything you can help me with, Louie. Don't be rude

My hubby drives a 1975 Chevrolet Laguna and we brought the air filter in after struggling to find a replacement elsewhere in the city. We walked in and Luis instantly recognized the specific filter we needed. If you're looking for someone to give you exactly what you need, this is your place.

Wild experience. Walked in and not a single one of the techs was confident or friendly. Did not seem to know they worked in a car part store. I do not recommend this location or the staff members to anyone. Wow.

Called this store to ask a question. The guy who answered the phone could not answer a basic question. It was VERY apparent he was guessing. I called in asking about headlights for my 2015 Ford Cmax. I don’t know anything about cars. Instead of saying I don’t know and checking the computer or asking kept talking in circles. Called Auto Zone and asked the exact same question. Guy had me squared away and ready to go in UNDER 2 minutes. The guy at O’Rileys took over 10 mins to talk in circles and gave zero info.

The manager here straight tested my alternator and lied to me telling me it was bad, so I buy a new one for over three hundred dollars, and then I find out it wasn't my alternator at all. But he was super nice about it!

Had the worst customer service from someone named Jennifer. How she got her position is beyond me. Her attitude is beyond horrible and doesn't like helping customers. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't recommend going here.

This oreilly is bad. On the counter, worker named Christian and manager named Paul refuse to refund my money on a starter that I bought a day earlier with receipt. Not the first time an oreilly employer give the wrong part but that’s ok. In the computer it could says it fits my car but it wasn’t working and the starter look different from mine. On the top of recommending the wrong part, they refuse to give me a refund saying that the part is working. I have never heard an oreilly do this before. I went to another oreilly 11610 Des Moines Memorial Dr, Burien they refunded me my money and the workers there told me they never heard an oreilly do this before. Manager Paul try to be slick acting like he doesn’t know and doing some insinuation “oh you have done that before ?” As if oreilly never gave you the wrong part or defective part before. I know they profiled me before even asking for my refund. Go to another location, this area isn’t good

After going to 3 different Autozones and not receiving little to no customer service whatsoever, it was nice to end the day coming in to this store. Tucker helped me with my purchase and signed me up for rewards. I only shopped at Autozone for 15 years and today changes that completely. Thank you!

Jaymar sold me an air filter. When I said my husband had an account with them he made a weird face at me (I’m a man). When I came back to the shop because the filter wouldn’t fit he told me the two filters were the same. They were not. He said “it’s supposed to fit like that”. It’s not. Another employee there suggested a different filter but jaymar would not hand it to me so that i could see if it was the same size or not. He just held it up in front of me and said “they’re the same” I said I would like to see for myself if I’m going to buy the filter. He waved it around in front of me for a while and I asked again and finally he handed it to me. He processed my return but was visibly angry. It’s really unpleasant to have to interact with a homophobe and have someone act like I don’t know what I’m talking about when I’m trying repair my truck. If you’re gay and don’t want to be discriminated against, I would go to honest Jacks for parts. They are very sweet there.

Did the bare minimum possible. The "manager", if he actually is, would not help customers. He would just say, "Go to YouTube," and "go see a mechanic, I won't." So much for corporate garentees plastered all over the store.

Came to look and talk about parts and they immediately told me to take my car back to the mechanic. Don’t waste your time on rude unprofessional people that follow you to your car yet refuse to have a conversation. I had to bring my taser out due to being harassed. ? Find out ?

This was the second place in Seattle I went to looking for some help installing a headlight with purchase. Disappointing with prices going up, can’t even ask for decent service… there were two guys there and he said they didn’t have anyone to help and that they just don’t do that anymore. Never in my adult life have I been refused help by men in auto .. until now.

The employees are super lazy refuse to help install a simple cabin air filter. The website and YouTube videos tell me to come in with other questions and the tech will help. So I went in after buying the filter there and he told me he is not a car expert even though it says it on the shirt. Very rude, why hire people who won’t help??

I can't say enough good things about my experience at this location. The store is clean, bright, and very inviting. The assistant manager and manager were out greeting customers and we're genuinely very nice and happy to be helping. This is my new auto parts store kudos O'Reilly Auto Parts, you have a great team here!

These workers are literally the laziest I've ever encountered. The website promises free battery installation after purchase, and I've had it done at a different branch before. However, the guy I dealt with this time refused to help. If I could, I'd give them 0 stars.

I went in looking for new windshield wipes. Jamar (or Jaymar) saw that I was clearly lost and took the initiative to ask me what's the model of my car and looked up the sizes I would need. He also helped me with the band that would work best. Very nice and professional. 10/10 service
