Lack of transparency! I am genuinely confused. I called the 425 number on this google listing to schedule a tow for my SUV. The tow truck that showed up was for Gerber towing. Gerber has 2 stars on Yelp and I did not sign up to have this company tow my car. They were an hour late for my scheduled appointment time and did not notify me they were going to be late. The plot thickens, the company on my payment receipt is Auto Towing LLC, a third company. Are all three of these companies in cahoots or are they all just the same company? Either way I can't say I'm impressed. I was also charged $200 for a 5 mile tow, which is steep in my opinion. They did drop off my car for the quoted price in the end so I guess that's worth 2 stars.
Ali was very kind, helpful, and respectful. He demonstrated great composure and professionalism while towing my car in heavy rain and darkness, right in the middle of a busy freeway.
Incredible people that are not after your money but actually there to help with the exact price they qouted you for it took us almost an hour and a half the battery of my Mercedes was was dead for almost 2 years they literally waited patiently to charge the battery then we jumped it after that then they towed it properly and even offered me a ride to the destination that i wanted the car dropped at. I have received service from other towing providers but never have i seen them be this caring, helpful, honest and passionate about the service they are providing you guys are going the right direction.

These guys were great. Ali was towing my truck after it was in an accident. He kept me informed when he would arrive. He arrived on time. Pretty much explained the process which was cool. Definitely will use them again
Car broke down in shoreline needed to get it home to Eastern Washington Champion was accommodating to work with a fair price, They were on time as promised, Delivered as promised I would definitely 100% use them again!
Ali provided excellent service. He arrived on time within the scheduled window, handled my car with great care, and made sure the ride was smooth. He was professional, polite, and had great customer service. There were some payment issues and a misunderstanding, but that was not Ali’s fault. It seemed to be related to back office matters between my AT&T roadside assistance benefit and his employer. The total cost I paid, combined with whatever my AT&T benefit covered, seemed fair for the distance of the tow. Overall, Ali did a great job and I appreciate the way he took care of everything. If you are in the North Seattle or Everett area, I would recommend reaching out to Ali and his team because they will definitely take good care of you.

For such an inconvenient thing as car problems are, this towing company made everything go that much smoother. I added them to my contacts in case I ever need an another tow. They have also been super quick to respond with information I need to move forward with the insurance reimbursement. I recommend them 100%!
Car wouldn't start leaving an event and it was late at night. Found this towing service on Google Map that looked closeby so I called. Ali showed up in 15 minutes and jump started the car for me. I was glad the car didn't need towing after all. Ali was professional and service was speedy. Highly recommend!

There are not enough star to rate this company. This guy is a real human being. Others care about making money but this guy cares about human being and how to make our day less stressful.
