The customer service was helpful, indicating they only take whole cars, rather than parts.

Apparently customer service isn’t one of your skillsets. I just called to ask for parts, and although Jason said you don’t sell parts, I asked what you do with the cars, and was immediately hung up on. So if they take your car for only a couple hundred, then flip it for thousands in profits, it doesn’t seem like trade off I want to support.
