I’m not sure it this was a mistake or not because it seems very unrealistic that A place called “cheap” towing charges 165 just to hook the vehicle on the tow truck and another additional seven dollars per mile if you do the math and I’m traveling 22 miles. But that’s over $300 for a tow from Tukwila to Auburn.. When I asked the lady if this was “Cheap” Towing she said yes, but that’s just the name. “We are not cheap.” Obviously… anyways City towing offered me a quote more than $100 less than that so if I were you and I’m looking at this right now, I would go through “city towing” instead! ??

Gurpreet was so kind and so skilled as a driver! He maneuvered the tow truck masterfully into a 7’ clearance area and made it look easy. He was so careful with my vehicle and we made it out of some very tight spaces without even the whisper of a close call. I’m am eternally grateful.

If your car breaks down anywhere, I highly recommend contacting this company. I’ve personally had two experiences with them, and both times were excellent. Their staff is very professional and hardworking. They take full responsibility and make sure your car is safely transported and properly fixed. Their attitude is also very respectful and courteous. Terrible experience with these guys who were contracted through my insurance, American Family Insurance. I had to call them 8 times for them to arrive 3 hours late. They originally arrived with the wrong tow truck even though it was made explicitly clear that my car was missing a wheel. Afterwards, they said they would send someone within 30 minutes, but it took the new tow driver 3 hours to arrive. I called them every 30 minutes, and they just kept promising that their driver was "15 minutes away" and that "he would call me." I spoke to the driver after they arrived 3 hours later, to find that he was only dispatched 30 minutes ago. Do NOT go with these guys.

I called in for help to get my grandmothers vehicle out of a muddy narrow alley way. With no hesitation this company send out two guys to do the job. They communicated well and we’re definitely about two 300 bucks cheaper than any other companies in my area. I definitely recommend cheap towing. Thank you again for helping me rescue my grandmother‘s vehicle.

After being struck head on by a driver who crossed two lanes to do so, I was sitting in shock waiting for the tow truck and listening to traffic drive across pieces of my car. It was such a bummer to think it would just be getting tinier and harder to pick up. But after the driver loaded my vehicle, he parked the truck and returned with a large broom and swept multiple lanes while cars stopped for him to do so. It made a very rough day a little better to see someone go above and beyond. Thank you!!

I had the unfortunate experience with a tow truck driver(Indian guy) from cheap towing. My commercial van was in an unload/ load spot and I received a ticket and a notification to tow. Anybody who lives in Lake City knows parking is extremely tough to find. My leasing agent said parking in the loading zone is permitted as no one gets ticketed or towed. There were no tickets or towing in that zone since I moved here back in March this year and I presume before that time. I found out there was a complaint about my work van in the loading zone and parking enforcement left a ticket and notice to tow. Once I heard my van alarm going off I got up to see what was going on. I see a tow truck attempting to take my work van. I go outside and try to stop the driver so I can move my van instead of him take it. He would not roll down his window until after he hooked the van and a bit after he rowed down the window he lifted the van. The driver then drove about 20 feet so we could talk and explained I could take my van but have to pay. I understand people have a job to do so I paid. My rant is this is a rigged issue where the city of Seattle allows many apartments/ condos/ townhomes to be built in the same area and limit parking spaces on purpose and then rake in money from tickets/ towing. The driver did not secure my van and stayed in his truck while talking so I know he hooked and lifted to be able to collect a payment.

Rating this towing company a 1 star because they’re inconsiderate of the space they took. On a turn signal into 99 the tow truck pulling a car on a trailer chose to block it. I wouldn’t consider them ever since they put that car in danger for their own benefit. I called the number to report but nobody picked up so 0/5 for customer service.

Satvir was efficient and considerate, he even called to double check if we had requested a delayed tow til 5 am (we had not, and were very grateful that he clarified that!!) since it had mistakenly been put in the notes by our insurance when we requested the pickup! He made a rough night a lot better!

?I got charged 6000$ for 2 day storage fee and 5mile towing! BE CAREFUL NOT TO BE SCAMMED?????AVOID AT ANY COST! 4-27-24 Horrible experience!!!! I used their service last Friday. I have a Tesla 3 AWD, however they didn’t even dispatch a proper flatbed tow car, instead they violently tow it with my front two wheel on ground DESPITE I said I could simply reverse it out from the driveway! Driver eventually putted up the two wheels because I restated my car is AWD MANY TIMES before he got on the road. HOWEVER his way of getting the two front wheels up was very UNSKILLED. THIS IS NOT EVEN THE WORST part!!!! They attempted to drop off my car but got “rejected” so they held my car for two extra days, I called the repair shop who stated it NOT the truth. After keeping my car for TWO extra days, they called me and asked me to contact my insurance company to PAID THEIR BILL and the EXTRA GARAGE FEE for keeping my car for 2 days BEFORE they agree to do drop off again to the right location. All in all, service I received was extremely unpleasant, unprofessional and very frustrating.

Cheap Towing was sent through my insurance for a tow. I didn't have to wait very long, and the technician was very communicative and efficient. I was not asked to pay any additional fees or fines, something I see as being a problem other reviewers had. I don't know if it was my tech following protocol or if the company has changed policies, but I was very grateful for the efficacy of their help this weekend.

AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN. My insurance State Farm dispatched my towing request to them. During the call, they said they would be there in 25 min but it turned out to be 70 min. When arrived, they told me that they can’t tow my car from the parking garage because it needs more work comparing to towing a car on the street and the insurance company won’t pay for the extra labor costs. They tried to jump start the car but failed. I already had someone to try it the day before and that’s the reason I need a towing service. If they can’t tow a car from parking garage, they should decline the towing request so I can have someone else capable of doing the work to come. I made it clearly in my request to insurance company as well as the call with this towing company that my car is in a parking garage with clearance of 6ft 8in. I considered this to be unprofessionally rude.

This company is used by Progressive for Roadside Assistance. Beware of using them for a simple jumpstart. I had requested Roadside service and they sent this company out to assist with getting the vehicle towed to Toyota since my car wouldn’t start. Turns out my battery had died and when the driver arrived he asked if I had tried to jump the car and I let him know I hadn’t. He asked if he could which i agreed to. Once Toyota received the car they tried jump staring it with no success. Upon a diagnostic test they found the car had been jumpstart backwards. This ended up costing me an extra $1,200 to replace fuses and circuits. Jump stating a car should be basic 101 knowledge for any towing company.

i used travelers insurance to call roadside assistance and cheap towing came very quickly. my car was stuck in mud and they did a great job assessing the situation and towing the car with car as to not damage my car or the cars next to me. would recommend!

I called State Farm roadside assistance for a towing service and got connected with Cheap Towing right away. The estimate arrive time was 60-90 mins, SP called me while he was on his way and arrived in 20 mins after they confirm the tow. Very helpful, kind, and efficient. He was able to jump start my car and I ended up not needing a tow. Thanks SP!

Sp did a good job. He went just in time and did pulled out my car very careful. No damage at all. I was very appreciate for his job! I recommend Cheap Towing when you need help!

Fast and friendly service was locked of my car at 4:30 am and they came by 5:00 am. Took the technician maybe 2 minutes to open up my door. Thanks for responding so quickly and opening my car so fast. Most definitely recommend. Great communication skills.

Thank you so much! Such a nice driver! My car starting having electrical/battery problems and broke down. Before the tow truck arrived, a police officer was able to jumpstart my car to move it somewhere out of traffic. I was too afraid to drive it any farther because I didn't want it to die on the interstate again, so the tow truck driver said he would follow me to the dealership to drop off my car to be looked at. I really appreciated that! Thank you!

SB was great this evening. He called a couple of times to check he had the right location while en route, was faster than my app showed he would be, and was very friendly. He got my car hooked up faster than I've ever seen and it was a very smooth overall experience despite the stress of me having just had my car break down.

PSA: Don't use this company if you live in Seattle proper or anywhere with smaller residential streets. Their truck is not equipped to pick-up/drop off on such streets. We paid for a tow to our house, only for the driver to "deny" it several times and take my car to their storage yard because they couldn't park it. We were up-charged for storage because of this. After several days, I had to hire another tow company to avoid additional storage fees, whom were able to park my car for me in 10 minutes. Contrary to the name, save yourself some money and don't go with "Cheap Towing" because I ended up paying way more to them than the second company who was actually able to tow and park my car for me.

Made me wait 3 hours with a flat tire about a mile away from their shop just to come without any tools. I called multiple times and said I could cancel because I have work early in the morning but they insisted I stay to be “helped” lmao. Also tried to charge me $675 last time I got my car towed (they had it for maybe a few hours). I don’t ever leave reviews but this is one of the most unprofessional and un serious businesses I’ve ever seen. Don’t waste your time and for sure don’t spend your money on this joke of a company. Multiple interactions with multiple different people, always the same garbage service.

Avoid this Company at all costs. they do not deserve any stars. they are a scam and want you pay out of pocket so they get their money right away and then you can fight with the insurance company. They held our car as hostage until we paid them directly. Cost was three times of a single delivery as they kept adding charges. We will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and WA Attorney general office. If your insurance sends Cheap Towing I would refuse them and call for another tow company. Avoid this company at all costs. This was a simple tow job that turned into a two day nightmare for my daughter and was all caused by this Company owner and driver.

I would avoid this company at all cost. This service went through my insurance which had full coverage for the tow. The driver said that I needed to pay an additional equipment fee since my vehicle is all wheel drive. I said okay thinking they would charge the insurance since I was fully covered… no they wanted me to pay the 70 dollar fee in cash or me pay/give my card info over the phone. I called my insurance and said they shouldn’t be charging me anything directly and it should be going through them. I told the driver this info and he wouldn’t drop of my car to the towing destination since the fee wasn’t paid. He then proceeded to take it back to their towing yard and wouldn’t release my car until the fee was paid which they kept adding additional fees due to towing, staying at the yard, and waiting fees. They wouldn’t cooperate with the insurance at all. It took me a whole day to have them “release” my car. They didn’t follow proper protocol and are trying to swindle and add fees at every turn. DONT BOOK THROUGH THEM!

My insurance company arranged a tow with this company who is just down the street from my house! The driver was especially competent, friendly and efficient. He had a great attitude. The extrication from my downhill driveway went smoothly & his ability to squeeze my car out into the street amid multiple parked vehicles was amazing. Thank you Sandhu!

After waiting more than 2 hours for another company to come give my battery a jump, I switched to Cheap Towing and got a call from the driver right away. He got to me 5 minutes later and my car was up and running within another minute. Very nice and friendly guy. I really appreciated the fast service.

I’m sorry I didn’t get the name of the man who came out to tow my car yesterday. He was amazing! I park five floors down in a tight residential garage and he got my car out without any trouble at all. Then he took it exactly where I asked despite the ship being hard to find *and* sent a photo at the end. He was kind and also funny, completely tolerating my “trying to help” when he clearly didn’t need any. He was a clear professional. Thank you!!
