Went for the new years event… good in theory but from the reviews of other events they’ve had I would also recommend getting better equipment & throughly vet who you have preforming lol (it was lowkey really shitty sets)

NOT A SAFE VENUE. They hosted a show, but they confiscated all water bottles (including empty and unopened) in the security line. They also stopped letting people have water with a full hour left. The bartenders said that you had to buy something to get water, even though earlier in the event they were giving it out for free. We tried asking multiple bartenders at different times. I’ve attended a dozen other Seattle venues and all of them have free water. Dehydration at concerts is dangerous.

One of kind in the World! Outstanding car showroom and repair for high end collector cars. Derby restaurant attached with a cigar room and barber shop! Private club you can tour and experience as a walk in. Expansion plans for the future with fascinating potential. Matt is the staff member who gave my tour and is knowledgeable and engaging. A true blue car guy. Highly recommend for any car enthusiast.

Attended a House Music concert here and was very disappointed in the quality of the concert. Audio kept cutting out randomly, could barely understand the lyrics and the speakers would randomly pop loudly. The venue itself was nice, minus having port a potties for restrooms. After waiting months to see this artist, I was let down leaving the concert.

They threw an event here and did such a mediocre job. Having the speakers cut out for hours through DJ sets was a wreck… add in the fact that I paid money to check my coat and it was thrown on the floor and stepped on? Yikes

Weekend(Sunday) and bar was closed. Also the guy just started a tour and instead of letting us join, told us to wait 30 minutes. Your cost $15, not worth it. Just a prententious boys club.

Been a member for a couple years. Best place to work on your car and wash your car, especially in the winter. The restaurant there, Derby is really good too. I like the meatloaf.

Went on the guided tour with Nargiza(?) and she was incredibly knowledgeable, fun, and well spoken. Loved the Halo Warthogs and various exotic cars!

I can't speak much for the actual automotive storage business, but the barber shop, tobacconist, restaurant in the setting of a garage full of race cars was awesome! I stumbled across this place while taking a wrong turn and stopped in. The friendly man working for the tobacconist did a great job of talking up all the businesses operating in the building. I'll be back just because he made it so pleasant.

Car enthusiast? Imagine a place that has almost everything you want under one roof! Well look no further guys it's right here in Seattle.This place has all types of collector cars and car related stuff everywhere through out. It even includes "Derby," restaurant/bar, secret hidden cigar room?, barbershop, realistic racing games, pool room and more! You can even bring the family to enjoy the cars, atmosphere and food. There's also several different memberships if you're looking for more. For instance full bays with lifts and tools, wash bays and even a place to store you're personal collector piece. I'd strongly suggest checking this phenomenal place out; definitely worth it!

Called to enquirer about storing my car. Receptionist said to come over for a tour and meet the manager. The manager swiftly mentioned there is no space for my car that they are full. My time is valuable, and could have been told there was no space and saved me a trip. The staff is poorly trained and clearly there is no communication. Very rude and no apology for wasting my time.

This place was created by sneaking into my mind while I slept and grabbing ALL my favorite ideas of a Dream Garage / Shop and stuffing it with every eclectic badazzcar that was up there! I am super fortunate that All Three of my teenage daughters are also Car Peeps and they are always asking “ when are we going to The Shop again?” Not soon enough I guess! Haha GREAT Car Community vibe from Staff and customers alike ???

Great experience at the Shop. Brunch was delicious, drinks were worth the money, service was great and the atmosphere was inviting. Also have ample parking. Would be a good place to lounge or dine in. They also have a barbershop, cigar shop and you can view the cars. Looking forward to returning.

We came during the "90lden era" meet, and enjoyed the car meet but...the service. The service at the bar (or lack thereof) was horrible. The 2 ladies there had an attitude and acted as if taking our orders for drinks was not their job, like we were bothering them. They close the bar from 3-4, so I popped in at 2:50 to order a drink to mingle and sip during the car meet. They just pointed at the sign that says they close at 3 and continued wiping the counters down. Aside from the bartenders, the place was cool. Very unique!

I went here for a business gathering. We packed the place full. Other than how many ppl we brought, this place was awesome. The Supra (mk5) community had recommended them in the past. I didn't realize I was at the shop until I got in there and saw all the amazing cars! Place is awesome, especially if you love cars. I'd rather visit without my 1000 coworkers. Highly recommended!

The discrepancy between the price paid and the culinary enjoyment derived leaves patrons questioning the rationale behind such high costs for what feels like an underwhelming gastronomic adventure. In essence, The Shop leaves diners grappling with an unbalanced cost-to-quality ratio, with the financial investment not aligning harmoniously with the culinary satisfaction one would hope to derive. Addressing these concerns could potentially enhance the overall appeal of the establishment, ensuring that patrons leave with not only a full stomach but a sense of value for their hard-earned money. Cool spot. Lots of unique vehicles. A nice place to hangout/eat. A great place to store a vehicle or even take a tour. Would recommend! Staff super friendly as well.

Best car guy experience I've had. Super good food. Low key environment unless they are having one of their events. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I'm from Alaska and was just their for the day. The restaurant manager took me on personal tour of the building. Full service one stop shop. They have a full blown fab shop, tool room with anything you need, detail shop, vehicle storage with two special employees that can only move the cars, car lifts you can rent for the day in the shop, meeting rooms, cigar bar, gift shop, restaurant and bar. Ask about the membership to get full details.

My mother, two sons (13 & 10) visited the restaurant for dinner on 1/12/22. My boys were very interested in the cars and peppered Matt (working in the shop) with questions. He was an amazingly kind sport. He gave us all a tour (on a Wednesday!) of the garage. What he didn’t know, is that my husband died a few years ago. Satiating my boys interest in cars does not come easy for me. I feel like a failure in this way. This was a huge gift that cheered us all so much! We skipped basketball practice because we all recognized that opportunities like this don’t come every day. I had even had oral surgery that morning and was in a bit of pain but I felt so great during the tour (and of course was wearing a mask) that we all kind of forgot. All this to say, is you made our year! We just couldn’t have had a better experience. Times right now are hard, but this restored my faith that things will improve. Three HUGE cheers to Matt! We will be back! The boys want to celebrate their birthdays here. :)

Great experience. We went for the weekend brunch and then the tour. The brunch was amazing and the tour was great. There are many privately owned cars to see, and it’s very informative. My favourite was the Porsche cars that are set in chronological order.

If you are intrigued by classic or exotic cars, this is a very interesting place to visit. For a small fee you can get a tour of the auto storage facility and get up close to see hundreds of the most elaborate and exotic cars around. Plan your visit on a day when there is a gathering of enthusiasts and you get a second tour outside as well! The restaurant provides a good and reasonably priced meal to making for a surprisingly fun visit.

Went back after a bad experience and was met with great service, they recognized my friends and I and gave us a great dessert .

Awesome place, awesome cars. Had a chance tour the inside with a friend who is a member - lots of really cool collector items on four wheels. The food at the bar was pretty good too. Would recommend to check out.

Cool venue for the #CABDR film premiere. Great french fries!!!!!!! They’ve even got wine, if you’re not into beer. Will be back. Every 3rd Wednesday of each month is #BackfireMoto night - right here.

I called in with my 67 F250 Saturday morning for a look after hearing about this place through my girlfriend. I happened to arrive during the weekly coffee and cars which had brought a few people and cars, making for a good vibe. The brunch at Derby was really good & came at a fair price. Great to be able to sit at the bar and watch some sports with the backdrop of some great looking classics & super/sports cars.

Great atmosphere and great food! Wether you are into old cars, exotic cars, motorcycles or just good food, The Derby at The Shop is agreat place for eating, drinking, or just hanging out.
