Great service - they’re actually available and pick up the phone vs Costco who are swamped. Went with Firestone bc they could get me back my vehicle the same day after needing a new tire change out. Super friendly.

I had a botched brake job at another shop and didn't have the ability to take it back to the shop for repairs. I brought it to Firestone with my brakes feeling spongey and having to practically stomp on them to get them to work properly and they got it fixed for me within a day. They were transparent and honest with me about what was wrong (The brake fluid hadn't been flushed and something wasn't tightened properly) and they had me driving safe with WORKING brakes by the end of the day. The customer service is always top notch at Firestone and everyone is always kind and willing to dumb some of the technical terms down for someone like me who doesn't necessarily know a lot about cars.

I take my work fleet vehicle here for maintenance. They have always been extremely friendly and communicative and from what I have seen, do quality work. I would recommend them for routine maintenance.

Amazing service! I had an emergency on a Friday afternoon and Jonathan not only helped me choose the replacement tire, but when he heard I was heading to pick up my childs prescription medicine he rushed me out of the shop happy and satisfied hours before the initial time estimate!! Two thumbs up ??

These great folks saved the day for me. I got a leak in a tire, and even though I didn't have an appointment ahead of time, and I called an hour before they were going to close, they had me come in, patched up my tire and charged a very reasonable fee. I am super grateful to Jonathan and his team for their kindness and flexibility.

Staff is friendly but service is very slow. Scheduled an 11am appointment for a tire rotation and oil change a week in advance. On the day of, however, It was nearly 2.5 hours after my appointment time before they even got my car into the bay, and then another 2 hours to get the work done (halfway through the work I watched the tech just walk away and leave the car in the bay with two wheels off)!!! They also allowed several clients without appointments or later appointment times to jump ahead of my partially completed service. It was only after I asked for an update they seemed to remember to finish the work. Overall I'd recommend you take it elsewhere if you're looking for a shop that respects your time.

Shady. Stay away from this place. Took my car in for 12:00pm appointment on a Sunday for a quick nail repair well within the repairable zone and was told they will need to hold onto the car. By 5pm my wife called to check on the car since we never heard from them. They had no update but said they would look into it. 30min later they called and said the nail is not repairable and they will need to replace all 4 tires for over $1000. The vehicle has < 11k miles on it. I politely declined and told them I would pick up the vehicle ASAP, which unfortunately was the next morning. I showed up when they open at 7am and picked up the car. They had apparently removed the nail without saying anything. The PSI was down to 10 by the time my wife drove 5 min home. When I dropped it off the day prior the PSI was 35 and no leak. Truly dishonest and shameful. Never experienced anything quite like it. The money is one thing but to allow my wife to drive off the lot after they removed the nail and not even saying anything is an absolute safety hazard. Unbelievable. Btw.... Took the car to my usual tire shop and they said it was a very small puncture and repaired it for free.

It is difficult to find good automotive service after COVID Days. I have used Firestone on Aurora 3 times. I found them to be very professional, responsive and provided me with great service to my 2015 Yukon. Typically same-day service once the vehicle is turned in (I get it back the same day). Prices seem reasonable.

Go somewhere else, seriously. Do not go here. I seldom, if ever, make an effort to post a negative review on any business. But this is one of the worst auto repair experiences I've ever had, and I've been a Firestone client for years and have gotten services with Firestones throughout the country. I made an appointment in advance for a simple Car Care Package, only to wait 3.5 hours to get the work done. I emphasized that I needed to get to a Dr's appointment, in which they paid no heed or care, and I ended up missing the appointment because of the delayed service. They didn't place the windshield reminder sticker on when I'm due for the next oil change. And when I called to ask when I'd be due, their response was to wait when the service light comes on for the oil change. The client before was likewise upset, as he left only to promptly return as his engine light came on again. He ended up getting late to work. And in a polite, yet reasonably upset manner, asked the individual who did the car service if it was them, and that individual in a careless and unapologetic manner said, "yeah". Perhaps unsurprisingly, this was the same individual who told me to wait until the service light came on for an oil change. Customer service is quite simple actually, and it would of made all the difference in this situation. But Firestone Leadership should know, customers have options, and disrespect and disregard is definitely not one. Never going again here, ever.

Had an issue with my new car not coming with a spare tire. The folks at Firestone were extremely helpful in working with me to get the right tire for my Subaru rim. The whole time they were sympathetic and knowledgeable.

I went in with two burned out headlights. I was told my headlights are fine but I need an oil change. I left and went to my usual mechanic the next day and got my headlights replaced.

I checked the reviews before going to this location, and they were pretty bad, but I decided to give them a chance anyway. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. Before I could even explain anything, the staff’s attitude was rude. When I asked about my appointment, I was told it was canceled — even though I showed proof that it wasn’t, they didn’t care. I’ve been to other Firestone locations and always had a good experience, but not here. Please avoid this location.

Duane Lagervall and Parker were extremely helpful in evaluating my vehicle and identifying the issue that stemmed from a previous Firestone service (different location). They were professional, attentive, and transparent throughout the process, and I really appreciate that they’re taking care of the repair to make things right. Excellent customer service and accountability, thank you both for turning the situation around.

I need my car to alignment so I go to shop early7:45am my appointment is 8 AM so I drop off my car until three hour. Nobody is called me to pick it up or finish it but I go lucky my car is still outside after four hour not yet done because some car is inside is coming behind me so the manager say doesn’t care about my car left for five hours in the shop. He got someone after me give him service. This is not fair so please fire so management look you are review and make decision to your employee work properly professionally thank you.

1. Confirmed appointment time was not respected. I waited for 35 minutes after my scheduled time before my car was touched, and then the work was started only after I asked what was going on. The oil change took about 75 minutes in total, as compared to other drive-up chains that can take 10 or 15 minutes if there are open bays (and no appointment needed). 2. The waiting area stunk of cigarette smoke, which I think was from the staff, as opposed to anyone actually smoking on the premises. *Perhaps my review is a little harsh, but I hate it when a company requires a scheduled appointment, then doesn't respect my time when I show up when scheduled.

We have had many cars aligned with this firestone before and had excellent results including a notoriously difficult ml320 that now wear the tires evenly. Parker one of their tech was even able to align my 1988 yugo mostly by eye. i can take my hands off the steering wheel on the freeway and it still tracks straight. thank you again.

They told me my brakes needed to be serviced urgently because of low padding. Took my car somewhere else and they informed me I still had enough brake padding to last another 8 months - 1 year easily. 8-9mm on both sides. Firestone lied. This location is no good.

I came into this Firestone for a front end alignment and to also get the car inspected for other issues. 1. I had a front headlight that was out 2. A license plate light that was out 3. I needed a new cabin filter 4. And I needed a new air filter 5. I also had a loose battery terminal that I think was causing power issues on my car The guy at the front desk was just super rude and was constantly giving me false information…He kept saying all the parts I needed for my car were “out of stock” This was not true at all…Everything I needed for my car was in stock and he just had no idea what he was talking about 90% of the time. On the positive side, I got half the work done on my car for free cause the customer service guy just had no idea what he was talking about and was continuously giving me false information - He really shouldn’t even be working there. The mechanic on the other hand was excellent ??

Recently, the AC went out in my car and I brought it in to this store to get fixed. They inspected it and gave me a quote for the repairs. I told them that I would call them back and set up an appointment for a future date to get it fixed. About two weeks later I set up an appointment for the following Monday. A few hours after dropping my car off, I got a call that they hadn't ordered any of the parts and that they would need to reschedule. They called me the following Monday and said the parts were in, and we rescheduled for that Wednesday. When I arrived, there wasn't an appointment in their calendar for me. But they said they would get me in and it would be done by end of day. A few hours later, I get another call that they were still missing a parts and the car wouldn't be done until Thursday. When I picked up my car on Thursday, the AC was working, so I will give them credit for finally fixing it. But I also noticed that they had disconnected the electrical panel because the clock and all of my radio presets had been reset. Which I found odd at the time, but didn't say anything. Friday evening I left for work around 8pm. When I got done with work at 3am, I started to drive home and none of my headlights except the driver-side high beams were working. I had to drive almost 3 miles home at 3am with no lights, which is not only illegal, but highly dangerous. I didn't have time to contact them on Saturday. On Sunday, I called the store to see if I could bring my car back in to take a look at the lights. They gaslit me claiming that there is no way they would have done anything to the lights and that it wasn't their fault. They also told me that they couldn't get me in until later in the week. So I called the Mazda dealership and made an appointment with them. The Mazda team found that one light was burnt out, but someone had unplugged all of the rest of the lights and didn't plug them back in, proving that the tech at Firestone was at fault for my lights. In total, I wasted multiple days, spent close to $400 in Ubers, and had to pay Mazda's service fees to fix what Firestone did wrong. Sadly this isn't the first time I have had to go to the Mazda dealer to fix work that Firestone messed up. Other than getting an oil change and a tire rotation, I no longer trust this store to work on my car. I'd rather pay more at the dealer than have to pay double to get it fixed correctly.

Service was impeccable. Duane helped me immensely! This is my new favorite spot for auto care. Update: they didnt reset my oil change indicator, and it was a real hassle getting them to take a second look. First appointment they told me it would take them 5 hours, then when I brought it in another day they just reset it without looking under the hood. Mediocre.

If you’re reading this, seriously consider taking your car to any other Firestone location or business. I’ve been a Firestone customer for over 10 years across King County, but coming to this location was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I was quoted 2–3 hours for a tire balance and alignment and told them I’d be waiting nearby. After 3 hours with no update, I had to call—only to be told it would take another hour. When I returned at the 5-hour mark, the car still wasn’t ready. It ended up taking 5.5 hours. To make matters worse, when I got in my car, I found the handbrake handle broken. I didn’t report it because I had no confidence they’d take responsibility, and I didn’t want to spend another minute there. I will never return to this location.

How does anyone in their right mind come here? I mean you see the rating right? Don't be an idiot like me and ignore what everyone is saying. 2 hours for a basic oil change and when you ask for an update, this gentleman at the counter says "I don't know sir." Of course, how would you know? It's not like you work here, right? You are just hanging out behind the counter ??♂️

Went there a couple days ago to get a quote on replacing my tire and the employee there was so rude and condescending. How can someone working in customer service not care about giving good customer service? Wouldn’t even acknowledge us at first when we went in. Because it was me and my friend, both women, he dismissed whatever we said and was trying to tell us to change all 4 tires, when we went to other places before that to get a quote and they said only 2 tires needed to be changed. He quoted us for all 4 tires and when we questioned about changing only 2 he said “I mean if you really want I can give you the price for 2 but…” with a very rude tone. Would not go back. Costco is the same price but free labor. Here, they wouldn’t even give us a breakdown of the price (just said labor fee was included) and wouldn’t even take a look at our car, whereas Costco when above and beyond to make sure we were informed and helped. We only went to Firestone to see what the price range was since we did not know much, even though they had such a low rating. There is a reason for that rating. Go to Costco.

Avoid this place. I brought my vehicle in for an alignment after having new suspension installed at another shop. After they told me the alignment was complete, and I paid the bill. However, when I looked at the alignment report, I was shocked to see that the measurements were still far outside the acceptable range—worse than before in some cases. I informed them that I didn’t feel comfortable paying for an alignment that clearly wasn’t done properly. They agreed, telling me I’d be refunded for the alignment and only charged for the alignment check. Despite that, both charges showed up on my credit card. I called at least six times over the following days trying to get the refund resolved. Eventually, I was told the refund had been issued, and I even saw it as "pending" on my statement. But two days later, the refund was canceled. I only received my money back after disputing the charge with my credit card company. I've since filed complaints with the company's corporate office, the Better Business Bureau, and the attorney general's office. I highly recommend checking out this business’s BBB profile before bringing your vehicle here. Spare yourself the frustration and take your car anywhere else. Based on my experience, and the number of similar reviews, I can't recommend this location at all.

Scam Alter: Their lifetime wheel alignment is a total scam. It’s a way to charge you 2X for one time alignment. Scheduling a second wheel alignment is impossible with them (and their subsidiary wheel works). I have lifetime wheel alignment with them on two of my cars. I try to schedule yearly tire rotation and wheel alignment with them since I got all the tires from them, and the deal sounds lucrative. But I have been unsuccessful in scheduling a second wheel alignment on any of my cars. Even if you want a date weeks in advance they don’t give you an exact appointment time. They ask you to drop the car at their shop for the entire day, and at the end of the day they give you the same BS that they couldn’t do it because they had a lot of cars. In total, this has happened 4 times to me including 2 times in 2025 itself. I have now moved to alternate options for my tire and wheel services. I can’t waste more money, uber rides, and time on them. Once they have your car, they don’t even answer your call, or keep you on hold for very long time expecting you to give up. I mean the least a business can do is repair your car by 7pm if they have given you a 7am appointment. I mean you get 12 extra hours, and you still can’t even see the car. On top of that they are super rude. The justification they give you is — there are many employees working here and all of them take separate reservations, which leads to overbooking, and thus they can’t service everyone on time. I don’t even know what to say to this.

So I took my car in for an alignment and everyone at the shop complimented the uniqueness of my car and just made me feel really great about all I’ve put into it. Especially the girl with the same first name as my last name. Thank you so very much Paisley. Your enthusiasm for my car was very cute and much appreciated. You’re a fabulous technician! Duane was super friendly and professional! He educated me on how my Honda insight tire light might be going off if the pressure is more than 3 pounds above or below the recommended 35 psi. I can tell he is a very responsible and courteous associate, and he deserves a significant raise! Keeping professional mechanics around like him is so important and they are worth their in gold!

This is a great place to get an alignment, tires, oil changes, and complete auto service. Make an appointment, theu are very busy. Wait at Krispy Kreme as they work on your car. The staff Duan and Micke at the front desk Saturday 6/13 was so polite and kind . Great value, quality, and professional service. I'll go back again to buy tires and alignment policy. Thank you for treating your customers well.
