They did amazing job on my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek. Got into a minor rear end accident and it looks brand new! Since this was my first time dealing with body repairs, I really appreciated how thoroughly they walked me through the entire process. They explained what needed to be taken apart, which parts had to be ordered, the labor involved, and how everything would work with insurance. Their transparency and clear communication are what ultimately made me choose them, and they absolutely delivered. I’m so happy with the results and would highly recommend them!

The staff at Haury’s are incredible and made a bad situation so much less frustrating. They were so helpful in explaining the process, dealing with insurance and rental cars, everything. They truly go above and beyond in every way. I hope to never need their services again but I would recommend Haury’s to anyone who does!

Haury’s Collision and Vintage did an amazing job with several small restoration issues on my 1998 C2S . Several other highly recommended shops clearly had no idea how to proceed. The staff at Haury’s knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the door stop strap and a small rust spot under the rear window seal. The results are flawless. I have since taken wife’s Audi SQ5 and son’s S5 to Haury’s with excellent communication and results . I would recommend them to any one who wants great service and truly cares about the quality of the repair.

Great customer service. We bought a new Rav4 from a Toyota dealership that withheld information that the car had been in a collision prior to us buying it. 4,000 miles later on a road trip the car experienced major issues due to the back knuckle being bent and making it impossible to align the tires. After hobbling back home and the dealership fixing the car, we went to Haury's for an inspection to see if they could find anything that seemed still out of place. The owner did a quick visual for us for free and provided some advice - we are very grateful for the help in a market where getting honest workmanship and expertise seems impossible to find.

Terrible experience where they have overpriced labor of $125 per hour that is above average rate insurance companies approve of $73/hr. They hold the vehicle and don’t release until it’s paid either by you or insurance companies and charge for those days they keep the vehicle intentionally. Terrible customer support where they even don’t respond in calls!

I had an amazing experience here. Everyone was incredibly kind, honest, and professional from start to finish. I came in with a very minor scratch, and instead of trying to upsell or charge me, they took the time to buff it out and told me they didn’t want to bill me for something so small. That level of integrity and customer care is rare these days. They went out of their way to help, and my car looks great. I truly appreciate their honesty and generosity and will absolutely be coming back for any future auto body work. Highly recommend!

Great service and workmanship! Highly recommend haury’s for your collision needs. They also did a great job cleaning my car prior to picking up. Easy and fast!

This shop does quality repairs on high end Porsche's. Don't risk taking your baby to a regular shop. Sam and his team are very professional and do fantastic work.

Haury's is Porsche Certified for body work and the best in the area. I was buying a vehicle with previous body work and Haury's was generous enough to give it a thorough inspection free of charge. Highly recommended for excellent service.

Thank you for the quick and thorough repair! Everyone in the shop was so polite and wonderful to deal with. We’re definitely satisfied customers and should the need arise, we will be back.

I took my Alfa to Haury's from Chelan to be repaired after asking Alfa Romeo owners for recommendations and they did not disappoint. Absolutely the best service, communication and genuine care for myself and my precious car! Highly recommended.

By far the best experience I have ever had with an auto shop of any kind. All of the staff at Haury’s had my back every step of the way getting my vehicle fixed, even when insurance wasn’t being cooperative. I’ve never felt so truly taken care of by anyone in the auto industry before. Thank you Haurys for doing such a good job and making me feel so safe!

Everyone at Haury’s was very easy to work with, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and delivered great work. We are super happy with how our car turned out and will definitely come back if/when we need to!

I have really mixed feelings about my experience with Haury’s, and I want to offer some advice — especially if you’re dealing with an insurance claim or have a Subaru. Haury’s is one of the few certified Subaru repair shops in the region, and by all accounts, one of the best. They have a highly skilled team, work on luxury and high-value vehicles, and clearly take pride in the craft of what they do. My car went through a rigorous multi-point inspection at the dealership before it was returned to me, and I believe they genuinely care about doing things right. They also actively advocate for consumers in the face of insurance company tactics — something I respect in theory. The president of Haury’s runs a separate company that helps people navigate claims, and their office is full of printed materials outlining Washington state law and your rights. They’re fighting back against an industry that often does not act in your best interest. But here’s where it gets complicated. By choosing Haury’s, you may unintentionally put yourself in the middle of that fight. And unless you have the time, money, or legal knowledge to fully engage, you could end up paying for it — literally. In our case, we were hit by a GEICO-insured driver. GEICO accepted liability, but we weren’t told that their policy had a $25,000 limit. Haury’s began charging their $150/day storage fee as soon as the car arrived — including the 12 days it took just to complete the estimate. Once we hit GEICO’s policy limit, we had to switch the claim over to our own insurer (State Farm), but because we didn’t open that claim at the start, they refused to back-pay those storage fees. Now we’re out $2,800 out-of-pocket, with no guarantee we’ll recover it — and that’s after weeks of phone calls, legal digging, and navigating the subrogation process. To be clear: Haury’s didn’t do anything illegal or dishonest. They were transparent once we started asking the right questions. They’re principled, they’re educated, and they really are trying to help people navigate a broken system. But they are also a business. And in situations like this, they continue to get paid while customers take on more risk and labor trying to get insurance companies to do the right thing. My advice: • If you’re planning to repair your vehicle, especially a Subaru, and want the best possible outcome, Haury’s is a great choice. • But if your vehicle might be totaled, I’d recommend getting it assessed elsewhere first — ideally somewhere with lower storage fees — to avoid being stuck with a massive bill during insurance limbo. • Finally, understand that working with Haury’s might put you on the frontlines of fighting your insurance company. If you don’t have the privilege of time, money, or capacity to do that, it might not be the right place for your situation. I followed my dealer’s recommendation and just wanted to make a smart, responsible decision. I didn’t expect to be learning about subrogation law and fighting for reimbursement. Hopefully this review helps the next person make a more informed choice.

The hood of my 2000 VW Eurovan was in need of a paint job. The clear coat was peeling off in sheets, and the D.I.Y. paint touch-up that I had done on a few small rust spots had made it look worse. So I took my van to Haury's in NE Seattle. All the staff that I encountered were very nice and helpful. And the paint technician mixed paint that was a perfect color match to the Arctic White on the rest of the van. You would never know that only the hood had been repainted because the paint color matches so well!

I can't express enough how thrilled I am with the work done by Haurys Collision and Vintage on my McLaren MP4-12C! From start to finish, the entire experience was flawless. The team’s attention to detail is second to none — they carefully restored my car, bringing it back to factory spec with precision and care. The paint job is absolutely stunning, with a flawless finish that makes my McLaren look like it just rolled off the factory floor. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond in making sure the results exceeded my expectations. Communication was top-notch throughout the entire process, and the turnaround time was quicker than I expected, considering the complexity of the work. I’ve worked with several body shops before, but none come close to the expertise, professionalism, and quality Haurys Collision and Vintage delivers. If you’re looking for a shop that treats your car like it’s their own and delivers exceptional results, look no further. My McLaren has never looked better, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Highly recommend Haurys Collision and Vintage to anyone in need of top-tier restoration and paint work.

Haury's is literally the only place I'm willing to take our vehicles for repairs. We've had the unfortunate luck of having been hit a few times in the last few years, and every time Haury's has delivered top notch quality. I have an older BMW that I am very protective of, and it came back like new, even though it is not a brand new Porsche. Even our dirty old Tahoe received all the TLC it deserved. If you want a shop that is going to text you with every update every day, you may be slightly disappointed with Haury's, but I'd way rather have great craftmanship and transparency, and they deliver on both. Above and beyond: we have a classic Pontiac that was in an accident, and Brad literally rebuilt a turn signal from scratch because a replacement part didn't otherwise exist. He also chose in some areas to buff when he could've repainted because a) it was cheaper, and b) would keep in better consistency with the overall condition of the car - a true artist. And when I had moisture in a BWM headlight (not exactly shocking IYKYK) following a few repairs, Jeff personally took the car, disassembled, dried out and tested the lamp as best they could to try to determine root cause, and put it back together, free of charge. These things happen on older headlamps, and the fact that he was willing to investigate and determine what happened without nickel-and-diming me is a testament to their commitment to customer service and repeat business. Can't recommend Haury's highly enough - do not take the crap shops your insurance company suggests, insist on the best.

Haury’s was absolutely amazing to work with. Everywhere else I called either wasn’t certified to work on my car, or didn’t have available to even give me an estimate for weeks. Haury’s was able to look at it with a matter of hours. They communicated with me constantly throughout the repair process and made it as painless as possible to get my car fixed. A BIG thank you to everyone who did the work, and the great people in the front office who helped make sure I felt taken care of.

Haury claims to restore your car to a pre-collision finish, and they've delivered on those claims. My car was hit when it was parked at work, and it was a nightmare dealing with my insurance (Amica). Haury's was patient and helpful through the whole process. Jeff / Haury's crew were a pleasure to work with and I was happy with the body work and paint finish. Highly recommended shop.

I had the best experience with Haurys. They we very professional. I was offered several options for my repair. I was kept in the loop during the whole process. When I got my car back is was clean, vacuumed and smelled great! There is no way to tell it was ever damaged. The paint and body work are excellent. I highly recommend this shop!

My experience with Haury's Auto Repair was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, the level of service I received was deeply unsatisfactory and left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Firstly, Haury's failed to provide transparency regarding potential out-of-pocket expenses, neglecting to warn me about additional costs despite assurances that everything would proceed smoothly. They also refused to work with the insurance, a fact that was not disclosed until after I had already left my vehicle with them. I strongly advise future customers not to sign off on any paperwork when dropping off their vehicles, as Haury's refusal to work with insurance companies can result in unexpected out of pocket expenses. Communication with Haury's was abysmal. Despite being informed that the repair work on my car was nearing completion by the end of December, I later discovered, a month later, that Haury's was unable to place the necessary parts order. This lack of communication caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience. Furthermore, Haury's fails to itemize labor by the hour and charges you 150$/day for storage, which are significant red flags. I also urge potential customers to check reviews on Yelp and Reddit before choosing Haury's . The dismal reviews/experiences shared on these sites align with my own experience and highlight the recurring issues with Haury's service quality and customer satisfaction. The final invoice for my repairs for was 13,339$. I would strongly advise against using Haury's Collision for any automotive needs. Their lack of transparency, poor communication, refusal to work with insurance, and exorbitant fees make them an unreliable and unsatisfactory choice for vehicle repairs.

My 1989 Mitsubishi Pajero was in an unfortunate accident. After being turned away from a few places and being told “no one will work on that,” I found Haury’s. Sam eased my mind and said of course they would work on my truck. I was so thankful, I love my truck and couldn’t imagine having to give it up. I picked up my truck this past week and it looks amazing, beyond what I expected. I was nervous since it’s an older vehicle, and wondered how it would look when finished. I’m so happy with the results! Thank you Zack and Sam for making this a great experience. The team did a fantastic job and I couldn’t be happier. Photos of before and after are attached. I’ll also mention the door was replaced and had to be painted to match. It looks so good!

When my 40th birthday present was crunched in a parking lot while I was attending a concert (before I had even driven it 5 times!), I was angry and confused. Never having used an auto body shop before, I didn't know where to go. I started calling shops near my house. They either wouldn't work on that brand or that vintage and if they did, they couldn't get me in for 3+ months to even give an estimate. I started asking where these shops would recommend I go. Haury's was mentioned multiple times, even though it wasn't close to where I was looking. The shop was very accommodating, helping to guide me through the confusing insurance process and even somehow managed to get me in right away. They were very communicative and helped me deal with the insurance agency when the check came in 20% less than the estimate. While I hope I never require their services again, I know who I would call first if I did!

We've had to use Haury's twice for back to back collisions to our Honda CR-V. Haury's is very accommodating, communicative and does a great job. The only issue I can even begin to point to is that their billing software doesn't differentiate parts and labor in the way most body shops will to show how many hours of labor each section's work would require. But the work they do stands up well, and they are more than willing to help their customers understand the damage, their options, the process, and work with the insurance companies to help get things sorted out. I can't really say I hope to work with them again but if my car gets hit again, I'm glad I know where to go.

Haury’s repaired my bumper and fog light after an accident. They were super professional and communicative throughout the process. Even in a time of supply chain shortages, they fixed my car quickly and let me know timelines. When I picked up my car, it looked as good as new. The paint is perfect. It was clean and sanitized. Great shop!

I came to get a passenger side window replaced in a vw jetta. Took a month and almost $700. For comparison, I've had a mercedes window fixed about a month before this and it took 2 days and $350. Yea I had to ride my bike for a month in the rain while I waited for then to fix my jettas car window. I knew I was in trouble when my insurance called me back to tell me they were able to get everything set up with the shop for me to bring it I'm that day and start work. So I got in my car and called the shop in route, the shop said they couldn't do it and would need about 2 weeks so they would put me in the calendar. So I drove home and waited. When I came back for my appointment, no one had any record of my appointment or any past communication. They told me I would have to wait another 2 weeks. So I left the car. It took about 3 more week amd I had to message and call more frequently after week 4 to get movement. In the end I got my window fixed, but makes a weird noise sometimes now. What a waste of time. Had I known I would have skipped insurance all together and paid from pocket. I'm very sure they bumped they prices and times to milk insurance. Almost $700 for a window fix.

Brought in my 2004 M3 into Haury's to have a new trunk lid painted/installed w/ the quarter panels blended as well as a full body buff/wax afterwards. They estimated the time required for the job well, with no unexpected delays. Their estimate was very reasonably priced. They were diligent in keeping me updated on the progress throughout the week. Communicating with them was easy as they were easy to reach and responsive. Overall had a pleasant experience bringing my car to them for this job, and would certainly recommend them for any paint/detailing work.

They do my BMW for more than a month. My car has few scratches due to someone hit my car in a parking lot, and there were not major things (the damage on the picture attached). In the first week of work, they only took apart the front bumper and fenders. In the second week, they built up a supplement list. In the third week, they contacted my insurance company and ordered parts. In the fourth week, they received parts and plan to reassemble the car. Week five: they worked on my car. Week six: I am waiting for updates regarding their success or not in repairing... What service can be poorer than this collision center provided?! Avoid them!

Took in my 1989 325i for some paint and bodywork. Zac from haurys was straightforward, honest, and had good communication. If I ever need body or paintwork this shop is at the top of my list.
