First time getting a car towed and it was not a good experience. The driver was over an hour late, hardly communicated with me, and was not a safe driver. He drove with his phone in his hand, actively using it the entire time (answering phone calls, using maps, picking out music, scrolling etc.). He also was inconsistent in his use of a turn signal. I am just glad that my car and I made it in one piece.

AM-PM Towing never showed up! The left me waiting in the cold for over 6 hours!! My car needed to be towed after my battery died and couldn't be jumpstarted. I contacted Roadside Assistance through my insurance company around 1:30. AM-PM took the job. I called around ~2:30 because I still hadn't heard anything from AM-PM. They said they were 60 - 90 minutes away. When I called an hour later they said that the truck they assigned to my tow broke down, and that it would be another 60-90 minutes. I called the insurance company, who called AM-PM. They said that AM-PM said they would be there in 60 minutes. An hour later, I called back and they said traffic was really bad and they were an hour out. After another hour, I called again, they said they were 60-90 minutes out because traffic was really bad and they had to bring a truck up from down south. My insurance company called, and was told they were 20 minutes out. After all of this my insurance company arranged another tow service which arrived in under 30 minutes.

Sam was very helpful. She was able to assist me with retrieving my vehicle and was extremely professional and efficient. Adonais had initially assisted me when my vehicle was first towed but he was very helpful, kind and was willing to work with me. If I ever need another tow again they will be the first people I give a call.

Had a break in that left my car unsafe to drive so my insurance called AM-PM towing at around 9:30 AM to tow my car to a repair shop ~ 15-20 minutes away. The estimated wait time was 2 hours. Around 2 PM, I called to ask what the deal was, and was told it would be less than an hour more. Around 3 PM, it went up to "another hour," but for some reason, the dispatcher said we wouldn't have to take it out of the garage. Every time we called prior, the dispatcher said the driver should call us when they're about 10-15 minutes away so we can get the car out of the (underground) garage. The driver finally calls when he's outside the building, at around 4:30 PM, and expressed concern that the shop might close before he gets there (they close at 5 PM and do not have a key drop box). He takes the car anyway, does not follow up or send pictures (as he said he would), or call us to let us know where our car is. I called the repair shop twice to see if it was left on the lot before calling AM-PM, who let me know he brought it back to their lot (nobody thought to let me know???). I then have to call my insurance so they can schedule delivery of my car to the repair shop. The repair shop said they shouldn't have tried to bring the car that late & my insurance said they should not have towed that late or brought it back to the tow lot without letting us know either. Mixed experience with dispatchers, ironically the only nice one was the woman I spoke to who let me know the car was on their lot. Bad experience with driver who was barely communicative.

Had a hit and run happen at outside my house and was told by them and my insurance that the tow truck would be there in an hour to come pick up my vehicle. 3 hours later, no update so I had to call them back for them to say they were backed up and would be there in the next hour. Now it’s 6pm and they’re not answering their phone and no longer coming to get my car. If the hit and run didn’t happen right outside of my house, I would’ve been stranded for hours and they would’ve screwed me. This is incredibly unprofessional and no other business operates like this. Don’t ever work with them, even when insurance suggests them to come tow you after an accident. They will leave you out to dry (or to wet since it’s Seattle)

No communication. They canceled the tow after 3 hours. State Farm had to call out someone else who came within 25 minutes.

Shout out Dillion for the amazing and quick service! My car needed to be towed to the shop and he was there within 30 mins and handled my car with much care. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure that my car was taken care of! He even offered to give me a ride home after he dropped my car off. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Had a super unfortunate blowout right at the end of my shift tonight an hour away from home. Didn’t catch his name, but the owner, got there super quick, super friendly and knows what he’s doing. Honestly, I had worked myself up about having to ride with a stranger tow truck driver, and was the end of the world the whole situation, and by the time I got dropped off at home by him I was actually laughing and smiling and in a way better mood Because of the kindness, conversation, and helped me make a way better decision to tow to the shop into my home. Definitely recommend this company! Thanks so much for a great experience!

Mercedes called am-pm Towing to get get my 2025 sprinter towed and after waiting for hours the guy showed up and refused to town me because of an engine fire that was put out and checked and deemed safe by the fire department. I had to sit on the side of the freeway for a whole day. Don't waste time with these guys.

Adonis was my driver and he made the biggest difference in my experience and day. He was super responsive, and also helped me navigate getting my car where it needed to be and also getting me home. I can’t thank him enough. I would recommend him and his business to anyone needing help. THANK YOU.

Adheel was an absolute professional! He was able to get our Ranger out of a basement garage with no problem! I’ll definitely be calling these guys if I need them again!

Great experience tonight with this company. Had 2 others companies cancel on us at 11pm. Finally was able to get a tow from AP-PM.The driver we got was very nice and even made sure we got home safely. 10/10 would recommend.

I read other reviews and it seems this issue is in fact repeated and has become a pattern for this company. They gave me a 2-hour ETA, then kept pushing it back with excuses about traffic on both a Friday and a Saturday. After hours of waiting, they canceled the tow. Wasted my time twice. Don’t trust their word, they have no integrity — only want the money and when they realize they can’t handle the tow, they will cancel it like your time and situation means nothing.

Worst towing experience ever. I came to pick up my car at 2 PM and didn’t get it back until 8 PM. I wasted the entire day, spent money on taxis, and was treated with total disrespect. The office is located right next to trash bins, and the stench of urine is overwhelming — it’s unbearable to even stand near the service window. It literally feels like picking up your car from a dump. When I called, I was told someone would call me back — they never did. Only after my friend called from a different number did they respond. When I finally got my car, I found a scratch on the door, which they denied responsibility for. Disgusting service, filthy environment, and zero accountability.

If I could give negative stars I would. I needed my car moved from a parking spot next to my driveway into my driveway. Due to a blown clutch it needed be winched as my I have a steep driveway. BEFORE they came to the house I called and gave a detailed explanation of what needed to be done, and what the challenges would be: private, one lane/one way road, steep driveway etc.. I sent pictures of the situation as well. When the driver came he was insistent I call the insurance company because they "will need 2 trucks". They did not need 2 trucks. Then he told me it was considered 2 transactions - pulling the car out of the spot and then winching it into the driveway. He tried to tell me he had to pull it 100 ft. He did NOT. It was no more than 10 feet. I called Progressive, and while on the phone the driver was rude, and aggressive to the point I did not feel safe. The insurance rep said if he didn't leave to call the police. Progressive called back and took a report. They then said the driver called and wanted an additional hour of work. Unfortunately for him I have the entire thing on our Ring security video. Progressive actually said they believe he was trying to take advantage of a woman.

I had a great experience with AM PM Towing. Cesar was great with communicating his estimated arrival time, and was kind and courteous when he arrived to tow my car. Understandably I was stressed about my car, but he was so positive that it helped me feel less stressed.

Terrible service! Stranded with a flat tire and roadside assistance called Am/pm for a tow. The driver showed up and suspiciously asked for the keys to my car. When I asked why, he said he needs to put the car in neutral. I said I could do that for him. I didn't understand why he needs the key. Instead of explaining to a woman stranded, he just drove off. If you're in the business of HELPING people when they are in trouble, learn communication skills.

Trash. Left us stranded for 3 hours. Told our vehicle roadside assistance they were on scene for an hour. Hung up the phone everytime we called. They even didn't answer when the vehicle manufacturer called. Avoid this company. There are plenty of 5 star tow trucks. Scam.

AMPM Towing came thourgh! I had an accident and wasn't comfortable driving my car so insurance connected me with them. Adonis was the driver and he was super helpful (gave me some tips for the next steps on the collision), and even dropped my car off IN my parking stall (extra points for drivemanship!!). Only thing that was jarring for me was the wait time, but the initial ETA matched the actual time Adonis arrived, so no fault on their side.

DO NOT USE!!! My insurance company (in writing) ordered a flatbed tow for my all-wheel-drive SUV—a critical requirement to prevent drivetrain damage. Despite this clear instruction, they towed my SUV front wheels down rolling, a method that can cause serious and expensive internal damage to an AWD. The dealership they took it too was shocked and ran out to call him out, he acted like “so what” didn’t care at all. When I confronted Mohammad (manager?), he was not at all apologetic but “acted” like he would cover damages. But when it came time to follow through, he completely denied accountability, and told me that since the car “was drivable,” he wouldn’t cover the cost of a diagnostic inspection to determine if there was damage (you can’t visually see it). I'm praying something in the drive train doesn't go out in the coming months. I also requested him to refund the tow charges, no response. This level of negligence is unacceptable. All reputable tow operators know you can’t tow AWD without a flatbed (or at least a dolly on the front wheels). I’m not surprised at all to see a 1.9 yelp review. This is the bottom of the barrel, low budget towing – they should have their license revoked. They are either completely incompetent or too lazy to do it right. Stay away.

Needed a tow because my car died. Adonis to the rescue! He showed up super friendly, professional, courteous, and polite! He gave me service with a smile and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and safe because it was late at night. Really great experience.

I had to get my off-roader towed last week and Adonis from AM-PM Towing was super professional and efficient! The garage in my apartment doesn't have the widest driveway and has a lower clearance. Adonis was able to maneuver around the ramps without hitting/ scratching anything! He has to constantly move up/ down the forks a couple times but he pulled it off nice and smoothly. 10/10 service!

Have requested a tow on two separate occasions from Capitol Hill and on both occasions have waited upwards of three hours with no update. Genuinely the most frustrating, non—existent customer service experience in recent years. Called them after waiting for hours and the person who picked up was talking with someone else in the room and I couldn't understand a single thing they said. Seems like they accept your request only to (allegedly) tow twenty cars ahead of you and leave you stranded. Do they not have multiple trucks?? If I could review them zero stars a hundred times I would. I can't put into words how much I hate this company.

Best towing service I had in the last couple days. Especially, Dillon is the best driver. He comes on time, call you in advance. He is super polite. He moves his truck like a boss, so effortlessly and accurately. I was unlucky and have had my car towed several times back and forth in the last couple days. Each time insurance assigned a different company. Some didn’t even have the right equipment. Some showed up late. But I got AMPM twice and Dillon was spot on with his service. Unreliable, totally unprofessional and rude service. They kept me waiting for over 2 hours and then the driver told me he came specially for my insurance request and was sleeping and wanted to go back. He suddenly started being rude with high pitch yelling with no reasons and said he wont do the tow and cancel it. Such a poor experience. Not sure why Progressive has this as vendor. I think this is a lapse and poor management on Progressive side for no quality checks and not being responsible for providing the required service.

Ammar, Was my tow truck driver. He was very kind talk me through the whole process, assured me everything was going to be OK. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was put where it needed to be for the night. I would highly recommend this company and this kind of gentleman to anyone Again he was absolutely sweet kind caring went up above and beyond

My insurance company sent AM-PM towing to me. They were 90 minutes later than they said they would be and then the driver hit my parked vehicle. They are now denying the accident despite photos and video proof. They are not cooperating with the insurance company. AVOID AT ALL COST
