Junk King did a wonderful job removing a very heavy, vintage wall mount fridge and an old stove. I was feeling a bit hopeless when one company told me the job was too complicated. Junk King did a careful, professional job at a good price. We feel very lucky to have gotten the right people for the job, they went above and beyond to make us happy. Highly recommended!

Bobby and Ernie did a fantastic job clearing out the junk in my house in under 30 minutes! They communicated well, called ahead of time, made the quote process easy and delivered great service. Highly recommend!

Guys who did the pickup were great moving a treadmill from our basement. I would also recommend anyone looking for this kind of work to get a bid here. I got a bid from another well reviewed site and was over $200 more

I was doing demolition for a remodel and was behind schedule so I rescheduled with them several times without issue. When they arrived they were friendly and quickly took all my worries of junk disposal away from me. The price was very reasonable and saved me hours of labor and the cost of renting a truck and disposal fees. I will definitely be using them again!

Junk King Seattle was a pleasant surprise! We needed a same-day pick up and they were able to make it happen! Jesse and Russell were very communicative and let us know their whereabouts, so we could plan accordingly. They were quick efficient and quite pleasant to work with.! The price was very fair, especially for same day. I absolutely would hire them all again!

I had a sewage flood in my basement and needed immediate removal of my carpet. It was the evening before Thanksgiving and I called to get an appointment. They said someone would be there between 7am and 9am on Friday morning to take it along with a treadmill I needed removed. I got a call at 7:15 am on Friday confirming the appointment with an ETA of 30 min. They showed up and gave me pricing, which was very reasonable. Pricing is based on space in the truck regardless of the fact that my carpet smelled bad and the treadmill was heavy and bulky, and both items had to be taken up the stairs from the basement. They were quick, efficient, and friendly and I would definitley use them again.

Good service, good people. Very accommodating of a minor request because I was at work when they were coming by and they had to let me know ahead of time when they were a few minutes out so I could run over and pay them. Rates are kinda high, but that's not the people picking up the loveseats fault. I'm happy.

Russell, Eric and Dre came by to help remove some junk in our garage. They provided a quote for us up front and after we agreed, they promptly removed everything and even swept the area clean. Awesome service and friendly crew!

Quick responsive friendly service. I called in Saturday and in Sunday they arrived and removed my loveseat within the time frame I selected. I called Junk King to remove several pieces of old furniture from my home and they were out the following day. One couch I had was large and hard to maneuver through narrow hallways but Bobby and Jessie figured it out with no problems. They were prompt, polite, and efficient, taking care to move things carefully without bashing into walls, objects or windows. This is my second time using Junk King and I would highly recommend them.

Amazing customer service!! Rook, Bobby, and Nathan did an outstanding job and left us feeling so happy that we gave Junk King a call. They were very respectful, worked with us to make sure we didn’t deviate much from our budget, and went above and beyond with the work they did. Overall it went pretty smooth. I contacted Junk King for my parents to get rid of trash in our garage. I wasn’t there for the whole process and there was a language barrier between them and my parents. According to my mom, she thought she was only being charged for full two trucks and the remaining trash was being kept by the team for personal use, that second part was just her assumption. She said she asked them if we are only getting charged for two full trucks and they said yes. In my opinion, I think that’s where the miscommunication happened. I wasn’t there when it all happened. There wasn’t a lot left and we could’ve disposed that on our own and saved the additional $338. My mom thinks they could’ve fit those into the trucks but the fact they didn’t made her think they wanted to keep those stuff. It seemed like a sketchy move honestly. She thinks that she’s also at fault for not making it clear and asking for the exact price with them but the team should’ve made it more clear that she’s being charged more than the two full trucks. I’m not sure where went wrong. I wish I was there to facilitate to prevent this from happening. Shoutout to Ernie, he contacted me before coming and according to my parents, he was very fast and hard working. It was definitely a group effort. Thank you all for your service.

Always great customer service from Junk King. We have scheduled a dumpster periodically to clean out junk/unwanted items as needed. We love the ease of scheduling (online) and communication regarding drop off/pick up is very clear and straightforward. Their prices cannot be beat, either. We appreciate you working so hard and cleaning up our post construction junk. We had big 20ft lumber that needed to be sawed before going on their truck. Took several hours and they cleaned every last bit of it. Would recommend them to anyone.

Good, fast, and super affordable - what more could you want?! I reached out on a Friday to Junk King and texted them pictures of what I wanted taken away so I could get an estimate. LOVE that I was able to get a quote before anyone was on-site. Not all junk companies work that way. Once I had my quote, I was able to schedule for the very next morning. The crew called when they were 20 minutes out, which gave us plenty of time to pile all the junk into our garage and do a final check for anything else we wanted to toss. The crew went ABOVE AND BEYOND when they were here. Our wheelbarrow handle snapped off while trying to move the last load to the garage, and these guys immediately stepped in to grab everything out of the wheelbarrow and haul it to the junk truck. They were in and out within 10 minutes, payment was super easy with credit card, and now we get to enjoy all the extra space in our house. I'm just blown away by how flawlessly this went. We've worked with a LOT of professionals over the past few years as we've fixed up our house, and this was easily the smoothest service appointment ever. 10,000% recommend!!

Amazing team - personable- professional and very hard workers. Recommend this company if you need house clean out! Wanted to add an update to my review posted earlier. Something got accidentally picked up that I realized after they left. I called and they unloaded one of the trucks at their home base and found it. There still good guys out there. With so much chaos and negativity happening now - my faith has been restored. I will recommend this company and retell my story to let others know that kindness is not dead.

Just moved to West Seattle and the former owners left behind a lot of ugly wood and junk. Albert and Marcus came and made it all disappear. They were a great team and were fast and meticulous, even sweeping afterwards.

This was my first time using junk removal services, and I found Junk King while searching online (I live in north Seattle). I corresponded with Anna S via text to discuss details and get a price quote. She was very responsive and helpful - we were able to arrange a pickup time that very day! I received a courtesy call when they were on the way, and once they arrived they were in and out in under 20 minutes. Super efficient, friendly, and no hidden costs. Not to mention the price was very affordable - I highly recommend Junk Kings, and will definitely be going to them for any of my future junk removal needs.

This was such a great service, from start to finish. I put in a request, got a clear pricing list online beforehand (which is surprisingly difficult to find for this type of service), was able to book right away and have them come less than two hours later. The pricing seems fairly comparable to competitors, and the swiftness of the service made up for it tenfold. They called fifteen minutes beforehand, as expected, and the two guys that showed up were awesome. They were friendly, mindful of the home, etc. They ended up having to chop up a large sectional with an axe to get it out of the space, but they did so really quickly and got everything up the stairs and out. They made sure I took a look and was happy with the job before charging me, and did everything in an hour and a half or less (which includes a small break after the chaos of the couch…that says a ton about their efficiency.) Definitely recommend them to anyone, and would use their service again if another need arose!

This is the second time I’ve called on Junk King - because the first time they did great work. Both times I reached out and they responded immediately! They were able to stop by same day just an hour after I talked to someone on both occasions! The people who came out were friendly and helpful. The first time they removed a bunch of old carpet, baseboards and plywood. The second time they removed the remnants of an apple tree that I had removed. There were hundred of apples -many of them rotten and they cleaned every last apple, branch and leaf up. Excellent service, quick response time and helpful! I would highly recommend!
