If i could i would give more STARS...They keep me up to date on eta.... didnt have any issues bout towing had all correct tools to tow the type car i have... GRRREAT JOB... ill be calling them if needed in future...???‼️
My car was towed by WSP for being on the shoulder of I-5 by the clowns at TBT. When i came to pick up my car i was amazed by how much damage was done to my car. They ripped the entire front bumper off of my vehicle to include half of the sensors for all of the safe cruise control and distance warning systems and to include my chrome grill slats. Hands down this company is run like they got certified to to in the third world.....ZERO STARS if possible. See you in court TBT
Do not use this service, I run into them frequently on my way home and I've seen their drivers drive around 3 cars turning left at a light and go thru a red light with a car in tow, they repeatedly go thru red lights, would never trust my car to them.
I had my 4WD towed a short distance over the weekend and was charged $275, which is much higher than the average local rate. The driver did not speak English well, which led to misunderstandings about the price. I was only told the full amount after the service was already done. This lack of clear communication and transparency made the experience very frustrating. Would not recommend.
Much like many other reviewers, I have witnessed the TBT drivers operating vehicles in a negligent or reckless manner - intentionally running red lights, driving through pedestrians in crosswalks who have the right of way, cutting off other vehicles, gore point violations, bus and HOV lane violations, etc.
It is categorically unacceptable.

Just had one of their moronic drivers run a red light as pedestrians entered the crosswalk, then turn down a one way Street, going the wrong way. I heard multiple cars honking at the idiotic driver. I’m going to report him to the authorities. Corner of 7th and Olive, downtown Seattle.
TBT came quickly when I locked my keys inside my vehicle. The driver was close by and came quickly. He even gave me a jumpstart for free because my battery was also dead.
One of their drivers, DOT# 2389063 parked in an active lane that is a no parking zone. I was driving in that lane, and almost ran into the back of the tow truck. Then the driver got out of the truck and began yelling obscenities at me. Nice job TBT above the law just in case you can grab someones car for doing the same thing that you're driver is doing.
Muy mala experiencia con el guy que trabaja de mecánico en este lugar, siento que a puras mentiras se la lleva con los clientes, a mi hijo le haría un trabajo que supuestamente seria de 3 hrs máximo y lleva su camioneta 4 días, le marcaba y no contestaba y cuando finalmente contestó me dijo que estaba lista para recoger pero el no sabía que yo estaba en el taller y estaba mirando que la camioneta estaba sin arreglar.
At 10/23/2023 probably at 22:00 (10:00 pm) i called TBT Towing’s phone number, which was on top of the building where do i leave. Idk his name but their representative on first call hanged phone on me, after me explaining him the situation. I called second time, he yelled at me and said “ don’t waste my time tell your manager to call me, i am not going to send anyone for towing the car on your spot”, then he hanged the phone again. I called him 3rd time to ask the reason, why? He just kept saying don’t waste time. Honestly it is hard for me to understand how i could waste his time when it is his job and he makes money from it. Second who answers like that to customers? Company needs to train him to answer calls appropriately.
The police called TBT towing to tow my car after an accident. The driver of the tow truck didn’t speak English. Immediately after stepping out of his truck, he walked over to me, put blank form in front of me, and said "you sign this." This would be like asking someone to sign a blank check. I asked him who he was, what company he was with, where he would take the car and what the options are around where it gets taken, who would pay for the tow... standard information that needs to be exchanged and agreed before he hooks up my car. He didn’t understand my questions and kept asking me to sign the blank form. I told him he is not towing my car. He then left, as if that were a common experience for him.
After my car was towed, they didn't give me the proper paperwork to request a hearing so I couldn't get my money back after the 10 days had passed. The city court said I never committed the infraction in the first place.
When I called to get the paperwork they hung up on me twice and told me to call someone else. Literally stole my car and charged me $232 to get it back.
Worst service ever. Charged $500 for parking violation taking advantage of 4th July. Parked just outside Public Storage at a legitimate parking spot. There were no signs of No Parking posted anywhere. TBT parking is the worst.
Horrible service, asked me how I got their number when their company’s posting was hung up on neighbors back garage, then proceeded to tell me he’s not sending a driver to tow. Super rude & hostile, was not helpful at all. I can see why they have a 1 star rating. DO NOT recommend at all 0/10.
