Arrius was so helpful to me and my family today! Going to a dealership is always overwhelming especially with my young son and he made it so easy and didn’t pressure us. I received excellent service once my car was with your maintenance team. Your phone answering system leaves much to be desired. Very difficult to talk with a real person. My car unfortunately was in repair from Thursday to Monday. Had I been able to talk with someone sooner I could have been more prepared to me carless for that time.

I cannot thank Toyota of Seattle enough for expeditiously replacing a side view mirror that had been demolished. I also want to thank a very nice service guy who did a great job of taping up the mirror so that it would not dangle off the car before being fixed. I was impressed about how fast Toyota of Seattle was able to get the new part and install it. From the day of the incident to the day of the replacement it was only four days. Now I have my side mirror back, which helps me drive safely.

Needed new tires and then I got a flat tire. I called Toyota and they could get me all new tires the next day!! Got my car there early and had new tires, and alignment, done in three hours! This shop is the best! I've been taking my car there for since I bought it 20 years ago. Very highly recommend this store in particular!

The service here was phenomenal, I went in for a test drive and I enjoyed the West Wing experience, test drove a 2010 Prius. While driving it barely felt like I was driving anything at all. The Agent who was from Poland originally, was a very helpful and patient, took the time to help out. Where he could, He was able to present me with an two potential offers, one would allow me to drive out in a car I couldn't afford for 0 (zero) down for $500 per month a brand new car. The other for 0 (zero) down, for the car I test drove which would have been $300 per month. The new car he said He knew he could get me approved however It was a brand new car costing $26,000 where the car I was looking at was priced at $8,000. I could have renegotiated terms with the bank afterwards however, prudence will out I proved that is ok to be willing to walk out they want the sale. The staff worked to get me approved for the car I test drove, Mrs Olson explaining my options that it was about the car, very professional. In the approach I feel we both learned something through the haggling. If one thing it proves you can get a car now with a 560 credit score if you really need to. one time only. great place, to do buisness.

Excellent customer service. Arrius took care of us from the moment we walked in. The rest of the sales and finance team were very helpful and made sure we took advantage of all the rebates and special offers they had available at the dealership and through Toyota. EDIT: IT HAS BEEN A FULL WEEK AND THERE HAS NOT BEEN A CARFAX SERVICE RECORD UPDATE. WHICH IS MY I AM GIVING IT A 3-STAR NOW. 5 STAR SERVICE - Came in for my first service for my 2025 GR Corolla premium Plus. Looked all around the car before I left and was happy. Engine oil where it’s supposed to be at, all lug nuts were tightened after the tire rotations, and had a quick rundown of what was completed for my car, and was told everything still looks new. Also left with a free Brown Bear Carwash voucher. Confident now to come here for my next service for my GR Corolla.
