Had both catalytic converters stolen off my 4Runner while parked at the Northgate Park & Ride. Found Babylon through reviews and called Al directly. He told me to swing by same day, got the truck on the lift, and worked directly with my insurance adjuster to sort out the estimate and repair authorization.
Al and his team replaced both cats, the O2 sensors that got cut in the theft, and even installed my Talons Garage cat shield that I ordered while the truck was already up on the lift. The whole process was smooth, communication was great, and he kept me updated throughout.
Bonus I didn’t expect: the new cats made my acceleration noticeably better and the truck runs quieter than it has in years. 189k miles and it feels fresher than ever.
If you’re dealing with cat theft in the Seattle area, don’t overthink it. Call Al. These guys know exactly what they’re doing and treated me right from day one.
Babylon auto repair has been excellent - if your car breaks down or has a problem they will get it in quickly, fix it asap, and have been honest and reasonable about pricing. Most other shops in town have a wait list 2-3 weeks out to get your car in but Babylon has always taken mine in right away and gotten it fixed by the end of the day.
We got a flat tire and called this place — they were incredibly helpful and ready to fix it right away. Mohd did a great job, and in hardly 10 mins in we got the tyre fixed??

I brought my car in a couple weeks ago on a Saturday with a blown head gasket - they got me in immediately and fixed up in less than a week, and under budget! They did a great job, basically rebuilt my whole engine, got everything under the hood cleaned up and were very thorough. Thanks so much!

These guys are the real deal. No hassle, no frills, super quick service. I thought I needed a new wheel hub but they greased up the old bearing and fixed it, no problem. Very communicative, fantastic business.
I cannot say enough good things about this place! I have a 2003 Buick with low miles that I am unreasonably attached to. The water pump went out, on a Sunday no less, and I was able to get it towed there with almost no notice. These folks repaired it in record time, for a very reasonable price. Shortly after I had a problem with rats that chewed up a ton of wires. Again on a SUNDAY, I was able to bring it in. The folks at Babylon worked tirelessly to find the culprit, and repaired the wires at no cost. I had some spark plugs and coils that desperately needed replacing, and they even took the time to show me what to look for if I ever was in this position again. Instead of replacing parts that didn't need to be replaced, they thoroughly inspected every bit of wiring and made sure I got a fair deal. I never want to take my car anywhere else for work. THANK YOU BABYLON!! I have never felt so taken care of. Truly, if you have a car problem that needs fixing in the Seattle area, these people are where you should turn.
These guys are unreal in the best way! I went to Seattle for a Husky game and parked at the Northgate Park and Ride. When I got back to my car at 5pm on a Saturday, I realized my catalytic converter had been stolen (as we hear about in the news all the time). I googled who might be open and nearby and called Al. He said I could drive my car to him and he would probably be able to fix it the next day. I thankfully brought it to him. I mentioned I live out of town but could stay with friends. He called me less than 2 hours later to say my car was fixed! He also took measures to save me money on the repair. This would never happen in Seattle, much less my wildest dreams. I would take my car back to him in a second.
Very awesome experience for my first trip to an auto Dealership. Al and the other guys involved were all very accommodating, and we had our heart set on the car we test drove.
Al seems like a very to-the-point type of guy, and my Husband and I felt a sense of ease with him. He was very honest throughout the whole process, even regarding the financing options.
Al had a new car battery installed for us and offered to install the license plates. We just need a special bracket for the front plate, which we might have already found via Honda, and will be back soon for them to install.
I feel proud of myself for having found such a great auto Dealer, and I'm no longer intimidated about buying from a business!

I highly recommend Babylon Auto Repair & Service. They responded quickly when I needed to replace the alternator on my RV (a Mercedes Benz Sprinter 3500). After calling several shops that were closed on a Sunday, Babylon not only answered promptly but also gave me a very reasonable price.
They had me tow my RV to their shop at 8:30 pm and returned it the very next day—even though it was Labor Day. I was thrilled that they delivered it back to my house so quickly. On top of that, they tested and charged my weak battery, which had been drained from repeated jump starts with the failing alternator.
Al was extremely helpful, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. I will not hesitate to bring my RV here again—truly outstanding service!
This shop has helped me twice now on short notice-once with a car problem that presented on a Sunday and once with an issue with a self repair. Both times they were extremely kind and professional and fixed the problem immediately as a walk-in. Would highly recommend and will be using them for all future repairs or issues.
Took my f-150 here, the owner was very nice, he’s very honest & let me know that the previous shop I went to were trying to charge me for service that my truck didn’t need, he got my truck fixed very fast, at a very good price, and I’m keeping this mechanic as my mechanic, so far they have fixed multiple issues I’ve had with my truck, I highly recommend checking them out, you won’t regret it.
