Very easy to communicate with and promptly replied all my emails. They did a fantastic job fixing a scratch and body damage on my car, and cleaned it thoroughly before returning to me.

Reliable, fast and friendly service. Repaired three wheels with curb rash. Friendly and communicative customer service. An appointment was scheduled within 5 days. The repair was completed much faster than their estimate (12 to 4 PM). A great price, far below the average rate. The shop owner explained his repair process that will extend the longevity of the wheels. When I inquired about my car not receiving their complementary wash, the owner offered a wash, but advised against it due to fresh paint. He recommended waiting 2 days. This place is AMAZING! I requested driver’s side front window because my car got broken in. I called several places and asked for quotes. First, this pace left me a great impression. Reliable, fast, and reasonable price. I called in and got a quote within 30 mins. Unlike other places where they push to make decisions right away or don’t give an estimate at all and asked me to just bring a car over, this place gave me a quote and kindly said “if you need time to make decisions, that’s fine. Just call back when you know”. Once I brought my car, the service was really quick and excellent. It was nerve-lacking to have a window-less car, so it was very comforting. Lisandro was a great communicator. If you are looking for a repair shop, I highly recommend this place!

I highly recommend Seattle Auto Pro. They accept walk-ins, so there’s no need to schedule an appointment. I came in after a minor accident (rear bumper damage on my 2023 Honda HR-V). They took photos and sent me a detailed estimate within a few hours. From what I could tell, the pricing was fair compared to other shops. They were also very responsive - quick to answer both emails and phone calls. Once the parts arrived, they called me in, and the repair was completed in just a few days. As a nice touch, they even cleaned the exterior and vacuumed the interior of my car. Overall, it was a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely return for any future repairs!

I absolutely recommend working with the Seattle Auto Pros! Everything from the estimate to the repair was simple and hassle-free. During the estimate, the technician took pictures, asked questions and emailed me an estimate quickly. I was able to bring my car in the next day and got my car back even earlier than I was expecting. :) This team was a pleasure to work with. These guys are excellent! Messed up my front fender on my old car (2002 Minicooper). They did an awesome job and were able to replace the aerokit (aftermarket upgrade that was available at the time) I fubared with one they found on ebay! They had also done some body work on my husband's car last year which was excellent (he is extremely picky about cars) which is why we used them again. Very reasonable price, highly recommend them!

Came to Seattle Auto Pro to fix fender and cracked bumper. They provided a quote quickly and it took a couple days to order parts and complete repairs. Upon pickup, they washed the car and cleaned the interior and my car is looking like new. Very positive experience, highly recommend.

they did a great job with my car and were super polite, but i had a hard time reaching anyone in the office (the phone number on their website didn’t get any responses, i had to call a different number), and there were several delays on my car that weren’t proactively communicated to me.

The quality of work is excellent, the price seems fair though I was unable to get multiple quotes due to the only less than awesome part of the process: the initial estimate was totally wrong, a risk I understood however I had tried to make clear that the work would extend beyond just the glass, so to be told that they could only quote what they could see didn’t sit particularly well but since the updated quote was what I expected in the first place and the other reviews were positive I figured it was easier to just have them do the work. I was told to expect an update in the morning once parts were ordered and they knew when they could begin working, but no communication ever came and every attempt to reach them by phone was completely unsuccessful until the day it was ready. I would probably bring another car here but I would be a lot less willing to leave it until I knew what the actual plan was so I could avoid a week without a car unexpectedly.

They did a great job on my BMW hood and installed a new windshield. Highly recommended!

Came to Seattle Auto Pro to fix paint damage on the roof of my car and have some chipped/cracked bumper trim replaced. Coming down to get a quote was straightforward and was much more affordable than my dealership. It took them 5 days after I dropped off my car for them to get the new part and repaint the roof. When I came to pick it up, they had cleaned the car inside and out and I left with my car looking like new. Very positive experience, highly recommend.

They were able to get me scheduled within the same week and not only did they do a great job fixing the damage, but they went the extra mile cleaning the outside of my car (which was disgusting) and the inside. 10/10!!! Lived in Capitol Hill. Not surprisingly someone smashed my window, even nothing is in my car... Anyway I noticed the incident at 17:45, raining hard, no window. I called Seattle Auto Pro, which is around 10 minute drive from my home, about whether they can apply a temporary window film for me. Google map said they close at 18:00, but eventually they work overtime for my window film. They charged a very reasonable price. I really appreciate their emergency help.....Nevertheless someone cut open the film at night, just to search my car again. Ridiculous...

I brought my brand new car in after a hit and run, the car turned out amazing, I can’t even see where the scratches were. Great customer service, and the car was out in less than a week. I would highly recommend their services. Well done.

Fantastic job! I had a nasty long half-inch wide scratch/dent that ran across three panels on the side of my soul red mazda 3. This paint is kind of famous for being difficult to match well. I had the one Mazda certified crash repair place in Seattle give me an estimate of over $8k. I emailed Seattle Auto Pro, they told me to bring it in that afternoon for an estimate. I brought the car by, they took photos, then went back home. That night they sent me an estimate for $3k and said I could bring it in the following Monday. I dropped it off on Monday, got it back on Friday (they literally had it for only 4 days). The body work looks perfect! The paint is excellent. They fixed an additional dimple/dent that I asked them not to repair because I wasn't ready to take on additional costs, and they still kept the price at the estimated cost. I also asked them to refinish 2 wheels that had been chewed up badly with curb rash, they did it for half the price of what I had been quoted at a nearby wheel/rim place and the rims looks perfect, too. They washed the interior and exterior of my car too.

They were very helpful and professional. Explained the process clearly and got the car repaired faster than expected. Can’t even tell where the repair was made. Hope I don’t have to get body work done again but would definitely bring it back to them.

I can absolutely recommend their shop for body and paint work. I babied my car for the three years since purchase that I've had it, but had a nasty hit and run in a lot recently. A crumpled rear quarter panel above the wheelwell, long scrapes down to bare metal. Their customer service for scheduling and an estimate were excellent. I got really unlucky with some more noticeable damage to a front door in a lot two days after scheduling my appointment with them. They rolled with the inconvenience very ammicably and got me a revised estimate later that same day. When I initially took the car in for an estimate they said it would be repaired like new. I care about my car and told them I might be annoyingly critical and demanding with the finished work. When I came to pick it up it sincerely looked as new. They flawlessly pulled the pretty substantial dents that were located in a tricky spot, along a sharp pleat. Beautifully matched and blended paint, applied clear coat totally consistant with the adjascent finish. I was impressed and absolutely content. It was a super quick turnaround, a great experience all around, and very reasonably priced for the absolute quality of work. Hopefully you never need collision repair but if you do definitely consider them!

I came here after being turned away by a couple other mechanics. I had a stuck hood latch, and I assumed it was due to someone who backed into me (it was not). They were so friendly and helpful, and had my issue fixed in under an hour! They made sure to walk me through what they did and made sure that the fix held. More than reasonable prices too! I was so stressed trying to find a place to fix the deep scratches I got in my car from a minor collision with a parking garage arm, and I am so lucky I found them! They were the most affordable shop I found, got me in within two days of the same-day estimate, and were flexible around my work schedule for drop off/pick up. The quality of their painting job is amazing, they removed all scratches and scuffs, even made a plastic piece of my side mirror look good as new somehow. Do yourself a favor and give them a call if you need to fix any damage to your car, they’ll take care of you and you’ll be in good hands.

Fabian and the people there are great to work with and obviously know their stuff. I took my car with a dent and they repaired it so clean that it's not noticable at all even if you've a keen eye and they matched the color of the repair to be the same as the body. The best part is the location super close to my house so I didn't need to take a cab back and forth while my car was with them.

These guys are the real deal. I wish I had taken my car here earlier. I got rear ended and my lift gate and bumper were badly damaged. After dealing with a bigger "reputable" body shop in the city and waiting two months (let alone countless delays, miscommunication and runaround) on end for a lift gate due to a national parts shortage, Seattle Auto Pro gave me an unbeatable quote and offered to repair it with confidence. I dropped my car off on a Monday afternoon and got a call back by the end of Wednesday. The work these guys did was unbelievable and my car was super clean. I would give 10 stars if I could! I damaged part of my fender on concrete, leaving some bad scrapes and paint loss. Got it fixed here and am very satisfied.
