I called to set up new tires for Volvo recharge. Mark was able get the tires and install two days later. The install took just over one hour. I am very satisfied with the work and service in general. I recommend the service if you are looking.

These guys were awesome. I took a nail to my tire Monday night. I had new tires by Tuesday mid morning—I called them right at closing, and they were able to coordinate getting me new tires, talking through options, get them ordered, get me an appointment, and send me on my way a full day before I was able to get an appointment any other places. They seem to really care about cars and your experience. Definitely going back for future car needs

Trustworthy, honest, and reliable! I’ve only ever strayed from Rick’s once (out of necessity!) and it was a mistake. The team here has never made me or my wife feel stupid or taken advantage of because we aren’t big car people. Mark is fantastic and this place deserves your business. Rich’s Auto Service saved my day. Had a flat tire and needed new tires. They quickly got my truck details and ordered new tires. Got my truck there, they put new tires on and changed the oil and checked fluids etc as well!. Highly recommend using Rich’s. Ben

I came in to get air in my tires since i got a low tire pressure alert on my dash as i was driving on Aurora. They were unnecessarily rude and seemed like they had no interest in helping or speaking to me. I was very kind to them and still showed gratitude regardless but, if your a woman, especially a woman of color, i would not advise you to come here, there are many better options in the area. ‼️

My appointment was for 8am I got there a few minutes early and they open at 8am but were already open and ready to start High energy staff did a quick, thorough inspection and changed my oil Very pleased

I've brought my vehicle there a few times and always a good review. But have one complain, I had left my jacket in the back seat when I went to get it this morning it was full of grease. Someone put it on and worked on the vehicle, not cool at all. Four star.

Staff was very helpful and completed the work within the timeframe that they said they would. I had them switch out my winter tires for my all season tires and they charged a reasonable rate. It was a pleasure getting work done at Rick’s and I plan to return again.

Very detailed & personable discussion of what my vehicle’s needs were going forward regarding towing a camping trailer. The service itself was scheduled quickly and my vehicle was ready for pick up at 2:00pm. Awesome service. I highly recommend Rick’s Auto Service.

Horrible experience. Seth replaced my van's feul pump and got it working for 1 whole afternoon. I had to pay a ton for towing, the new part, and the services. Now I need to pay to tow the vehicle back to them to get it fixed again. Seth's attitude was very much "not my fault, not my problem." I have already had another mechanic look at the new pump and determine it was installed incorrectly. They fixed it in just a couple hours. NEVER BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

Had an unexpected oil leak problem with our car. Dropped the car off overnight without an appointment in hopes that Rick’s could look at it in the next couple of days. They were able to research, pinpoint what the problem was and called me with summary and provided a cost estimate. We had the work done and was ready for pickup that same day. Once again excellent service by Rick’s at a reasonable price.

Our car had several problems that we knew of, but one had been new. We were referred to Rick’s by a friend. They did a full inspection and Mark gave us a detailed description of all the issues and the one that needed to be taken care of immediately, which was the rear brakes and rotors. They also gave us quotes on all the repairs needed in the future. The work was done on time and at the price quoted. Our car has been running great. We will definitely be returning to Rick’s in the future to get all our repairs done and maintenance. We highly recommend them. New: our engine light came on at the end of the day. Rick’s said we could bring the car in the next morning. They found out it was the oxygen sensor that needed to be replaced and the part was available. They got it done in the same day. We feel very confident, bringing our car to Rick’s for their expertise, efficiency, and honesty. These guys are fantastic!

I recently brought my truck to Rick’s for the first time after the shop was recommended by another mechanic. I was quickly given an estimate for the needed work and a detailed explaination of what would be done. When the truck was ready, Mark was able to save me a lot of money on the final price, as they were able to fix the issue without bothering with additional steps! Very honest and solid work.
