Called for a tow, they said they would be here in 15-20 minutes. Waited an hour, called them back to see where the tow truck was and they said they couldn't get ahold of the driver. Didn't even bother to call and let me know.

I can’t thank Victor enough. When my car broke down, he was patient, kind, and honest. He went out of his way to help me and made a stressful situation so much easier. The dispatcher was as thoughtful patient and kind as well. It felt as though I was a person who was cared for rather than a problem to be solved or a job to make a little money from. Thank you for your help and kindness Victor and Seattle Towing.

Kudos to these guys all around! I had to get my vehicle from another company's yard - said company was proving to be less than helpful with giving me multiple hoops to jump through, just to get my vehicle back. Fortunately, I contacted these guys and explained my situation. Victor was able to work with me in recovering my vehicle, and delivering it where I needed it to be! They were professional, efficient, friendly, and very helpful; I will definitely be using them in the future - they are lifesavers!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a tow company. I called before 7 in the morning and someone said they would have a tow truck driver out to me within an hour. I said yes please send someone. I called back multiple times after the hour was up and was told that a driver named Joe was going to show up in a few minutes. Joe never showed up. After two hours I called again and asked if someone was still coming. They said they could be there in 40 minutes. I waited in my car for 3 hours for a simple jump start that took all of 3 minutes. I missed my son’s graduation and would have went with a different tow company had they just been honest and said it was going to take more than 3 hours. The driver who finally showed up was nice enough but then told me he would cancel the call and give me a discount if I paid him directly. So he pocketed off my misfortune and lied to his company. I was going to be early to my son’s graduation and instead completely missed it. I have no way to make it up to my son and feel taken advantage of by Seattle towing. I would not recommend using them in an emergency, you’ll be extremely disappointed!

Shout out to Victor! I blew a tire while on my way to a job and found myself stranded in the heart of Seattle. My son called Seattle Towing to see if they could come change the tire for me, and Victor arrived after a short time. My tire was stubborn and didn't want to come off but Victor got it!! Fastest, Best service ever! Thank you Seattle Towing and Victor!

Victor was a big help! Super nice guy. I had just picked up my car from Bellevue Honda and I live in Shoreline. Soon as I entered Seattle, my car stalled. He helped me tow my car back to the Bellevue dealership. And on top of that, he offered to drop me off back to my place!

AAA wasn’t able to pick my car up so I called this company and within 30 minutes or less Victor was there to help me get my car home! Incredibly kind and really helped turn a really bad day into a better one. When I initially called Michael (I believe was the name I apologize if that’s not accurate) and he was super helpful and kind also. Thank you guys very much and again Victor is a great person and really made sure I was all good and home safe.

Victor was extremely careful with my car in a tricky towing situation. He explained exactly what he was doing and how that would keep my car safe. He got my care to the repair shop quickly and made a bad day much better.

Had my car towed from my house to the shop for repairs today. Driver arrived around 20 minutes after I called! Called me 10-15 minutes after I ordered service to touch bases and assess my situation! My tire blew out on my way to Costco. My spare was underneath the vehicle and I couldn't get to it. Gave them a call to help and Robert was there in minutes. I spoke with Mike on the phone who asked questions to help figure out my needs - while still on the phone Robert arrived. That's how fast! Robert and Mike made what started as a terrible day great again with how quickly, efficiently, and genuine they were. I've been in Seattle 10 years so dealt with many companies, Seattle Towing will be the only one I call now. Very highly recommend!!

We had an amazing experience with Richie, our tow truck driver. He went above and beyond to ensure our vehicle was dropped off by a specific time, even with a tight schedule. Richie and his team truly went out of their way to help our family and give us peace of mind. He even followed up afterward to confirm the vehicle had arrived safely. Richie coordinated directly with the dealership, which he didn’t have to do, making the whole process smoother and stress-free for us. We are so grateful for his exceptional service. I had a 10:00 a.m. meeting with Seattle Towing, and I called at 9:45 to confirm that they'd be there on time. A very rude and angry person answered the phone and started yelling at me for calling in advance to check on them! I was ready to write a very negative review until I went to the meeting point and met Mark. Mark is the guy who turned this negative experience into a positive one! He is incredibly friendly, polite, and a true gentleman. Not only is he professional (he arrived at the location earlier than our scheduled time), but he also treated my little car with care and attention, calling me right away when the car arrived at its destination. I would recommend Seattle Towing Company just for the opportunity to meet Mark! If you're lucky, you might even meet his cute puppy, Bella, who sometimes accompanies him. Mark also gave me the minimum rate, even though the ride and meeting probably lasted more than an hour. Thanks, Mark! It's a pleasure to meet nice people like you—you're the kind of person who keeps us going!

Joe was not only prompt and professional, he was friendly, accommodating, and informative. He got me out of a jam after my jeep broke in the middle of the street. Seattle towing, and their driver Joe have been the best experience hands-down I've ever had with a towing company. Upfront pricing was clear, and very fair. No hidden fees or charges. The receipt process made it super easy to get reimbursement from my insurance. Seriously fantastic service in the middle of a frustrating auto breakdown. I'll never call another tow company again. Joe you the man!

Jim helped us out last night when car broke down near i-5 during late rush hour. Was so friendly and reassuring and quickly hooked up and dropped off car at mechanic. Car was FULLY dead and he took the time to help get it correctly situated at the shop. Well done Seattle Towing and THANK YOU to Jim for being such a pro!

Mark was great! On time for our appointment (thanks Mike for setting it up!) Got my mini bus towed to the shop easy peasy! Wonderful to work with! I’ll call them again for sure if I have any other towing needs!

The dispatcher was very polite. I didn’t have to wait long for help to arrive. Mark the tow truck driver arrived within 30-40 minutes of me calling. He quickly was able to jump my battery & fix the problem & was very friendly. Thanks Mark! Will definitely use their services again in the future if I need roadside assistance:)

My 78 yr old mother's car broke down on the side of the freeway today. It was pretty terrifying. No one seemed to care to stop and help, until Robert Gonzales pulled up to see if we needed help. We didn't have money to have the car towed. This amazing man, from the kindness of his heart, decided to help us anyways! He said he had a grandma who would've kicked his butt if he didn't help another grandma in need! He hooked up her car so fast and before we knew it, the car and mom were safely at home. Thank you so much, Robert! You are awesome

Excellent, careful, calculated towing!! I got my Subaru Outback stuck in some deep mud and these guys (Joe and Vic) worked tirelessly together to get my car out. My car was too far deep to tow it out with one truck so they got two trucks and drove one in, where it also got stuck, and then they skillfully used the second truck winch to tow out both vehicles. EXPERT service!!! Very fair pricing as well, lower cost than originally quoted. I highly recommend them to everyone!!! -Ramana from South Seattle.

I suddenly broke down in Seattle and had to get back to Tacoma, and Seattle Towing made the experience really smooth. I was charged exactly what they quoted me with no surprises, and the price was really reasonable for how quickly they responded and got my car to the dealership, especially from Seattle to Tacoma in the afternoon traffic. Victor was my guy and he was so courteous and professional, and quick! I also had to hitch a ride back to the dealership and was very comfortable. Hopefully I don't need a tow truck in Seattle again soon, but I'll definitely hit up Seattle Towing again.

Today, I had the unfortunate incident of haven't my car's engine die on me while I was on I-90 near downtown Seattle at Exit #3. My wife was in the vehicle with me and we were parked on the left side of the freeway with the cars zooming near us as they turn the corner. I tried calling AAA but wasn't able to get through. Standing next to a busy freeway is scary and I was worried someone might run into our stationary vehicle especially with my wife in the car. I called Seattle Towing and they came to the rescue within 15-20 minutes. Although this is such an unpleasant experience, meeting up with Mark (driver) and his assistant (Bella the dog) was a wonderful experience! It was worthwhile to have the opportunity to meet them! Mark was very professional in towing my vehicle to my destination and parked my car in the exact location I've requested. Bella was such a nice dog! So calm and friendly. The towing cost was very reasonable! I wouldn't hesitate to use their towing service again.

They answered my Sunday morning call and got a big clean sliding platform wrecker to me in less than an hour. The driver (Mark) called me to say he was on his way and gave me an ETA. Then he loaded my car and took it all the way to north Seattle and dropped it at a service center there, leaving my key in their drop box. Towing fee was very reasonable, specially for a Sunday.

Thank You to Nathan with Seattle Towing. I broke down on the side of the freeway in Seattle and he got my truck back home all the way in Everett. Came within the hour of calling. Great Service and very nice to drive with also.

Big shout out to Victor at Seattle Towing! Flipped my vehicle on its side when I hit a burm, and he came out in the middle of the night and expertly righted it in a low clearance area. The man was professional, helpful and got the job done when I was turned down by several other tow companies. Would definitely recommend

Called almost 30 different towing companies trying to find someone to tow our Aston Martin to the dealer in Bellevue. Joe came all the way down to Centralia in the middle of the night and took care of us. Got the car loaded and unloaded with zero damage, which was no easy job. Highly recommend these folks, they are professional and very friendly. If you have an exotic or special car and need a tow, call Seattle Towing.

Salaman/Jason did a great job with one of my Trailer that tip down. We called 11 towing company and none of them could help. Salaman and Jason showed up in 10min and get the job done in timing matter. I really appreciate them and I never experience this kind of great customer service. If I can give them 100 star I would. I just want to say thank you so much and I appreciated they’re help.

Extremely friendly service with genuine help when needed. Stranded on road but came midnight to assist. Rates were genuine will call them again when neeeded next . The driver had awesome skills and he was extremely cautious during the whole trip What an experience. Thanks Seattle Towing.
