brought in my e-350 shuttle bus twice in one week and they fixed everything in a timely fashion and did great work. i was most pleased with the time they took to explain everything they did and why, left feeling like I understood more about my vehicle and what I had paid for.

10/10 service. They are honest, helpful, and extremely patient. They take their time to explain what they recommend. I trust them very much. I am so grateful for you guys! Jose took a lot of time to explain all of his recommendations on my car to me. I don’t know much about cars, so his time and effort was deeply appreciated.

Fantastic service, streamlined quote system, and reasonable price! They gave me an estimate before working on my car, with cost broken down by parts and labor (a feature I always appreciate in a repair shop!). I went in to get my front brakes and rotors replaced and Brandon and team were very efficient, answered all of my questions, and did the job in just a couple of hours! I would totally recommend, we are lucky to have this shop in the neighborhood!

The auto center is so good! We had some problem with out tire pressure and they helped us to solve it within 3mins. The people there are very friendly as well. Strongly recommend.

This place was great. My engine splash shield fell while driving and they were able to quickly reinstall for a very fair price on short notice. 10/10 would recommend. I wish I lived in the city to be able to come here for any repairs

Jose was fantastic— did a thorough pre-sale inspection of my vehicle, and clearly explained any issues and how best to address them. Also managed to fix a potential expensive issue for a reasonable price with some patience and finesse. Would definitely bring my car here again.

Impressive repair shop. Fixed my carrier bearing on my 2002 frontier in less than 24hrs. Alex is a great shop mechanic, very thoughtful, and will go out of his way to explain the repair to you. I will return when I need someone to fix my wagon. Glad I chose this shop over all others in the area, they deserve 10 stars. All the employees that work here are professional and treat the customer with manners. Thank you.

Highly recommend Salmon’s for any car maintenance and repairs you need. I’ve taken my car there for oil changes in the past and they’ve been fantastic at turning the service around quickly. More recently, I took my car there for a second opinion on what could have been a major repair and they determined that the dealership I went to was trying to upsell a service car earlier than needed. I appreciated Marty’s honesty and I will definitely be going there in the future for both my vehicles.

Originally I posted a bad review. Very shortly after, the owner contacted me in an attempt to make things right. He was very kind, professional and understanding. We sorted out the issue I had. I will say this, the service is expensive. However the work done was quality and I noticed the difference. Night and Day in terms of driving and braking. The owner is also a kind man and understanding man. If you have any issue you should contact him because he will do everything in his power to take care of you.

Thank you Chris and anybody else involved in repairing my vehicle. They helped me and my family through one of the most difficult times in our life. Our life had just been flipped upside down after learning that our 3-year-old son has cancer. 2 weeks into our stay at the hospital my car would not start and was having major issues with the alternator and water pump. Chris and the team took on the issue with no hesitation. Their communication and knowledge was on point and they even got me back in the road quickly with an amazing deal. This was an unforgettable experience. Thank you again!

Salmon's provides excellent, reliable services. Alex employs knowledgeable mechanics who are thorough in their approach. Most recently, Jose helped us; there numerous others equally good. Best to book apts. through front area or stop by in person. If you are looking for a great place to work, this is that place!

I've been using Salmon's Service Center on 65th for over 30 years, once the warranty is up on my car Salmon's takes over. Always professional service, expertise and reasonable rates. Alex and Marty take a lot of the sting out of car repairs. Highly recommend.

Alex is our go to mechanic there - he is THE BEST! We have a variety of cars that he has serviced over the years and he always is able to get us scheduled quickly, figure it out, fix it in a timely manner, and never over charges for unnecessary fixes. I highly recommend Salmon's Service Center. I had a last minute issue with my car, and Sakeeta was so gracious and informative. She helped me schedule a Sunday appointment. Once I scheduled my appointment, the mechanics repaired my car issue in about 1.5 hours. I'm back on the road thanks to the great team at Salmons' Service Center.

Edited: * We are super happy with repair that was done, but unfortunately immediately after our radiator repair noticed that our AC is no longer working. We had no troubles with it before, and though it could be a coincidence, when we wanted to have them double check, we were told it would cost $250 to look at it even though another mechanic told us it could definitely be from that initial repair * Our car had a sudden, unexpected problem and Jonathon was able to get us in and out quickly before the work week starts up again! He was super thorough in his inspection, great communication, and pricing was fair. Would 10/10 recommend and definitely will be bringing our car back here if any more problems come up.

Sometimes the best service is no service. Jonathan assessed my car issue and helped direct me to the best place to fix it, free of charge. Others might have been less honest and charged for an inspection knowing already that it'd have to be fixed at a dealer instead. Thank you!

Needed a tire plug on a Sunday, so glad I came here. Darryl was awesome, very prompt service and 100% resolved the issue at super reasonable cost. Very grateful for the quick service and would 100% recommend.

We have a 2009 Hyundai for our teenage drivers. My son reported to me on 1/2/24 that the defrost didn't work anymore. I considered going to the Hyundai dealer to get it fixed, but they usually have a 1-month wait. Luckily, I decided to take it to Salmon Service Center on NE 65th. Even without an appointment, Bud welcomed me and said they would look at the car. 4 hours later, the old connector had been replaced and the heater/defroster was working again. Hallelujah! To get this done in half a day was awesome. I can't guarantee that everyone will have the exact same experience or timeline, but as for me, I'm coming back to Salmon Service Center again. This was one of the easiest auto repair experiences I have had, even though I didn't have an appointment.

The mechanic Alex did a good job! A very good price for Seattle. I asked them to fix the car because I needed it urgently and they did it in two days. Great job ! Highly recommend!!!

Brought my Car in for Suspension Repair & Oil change. Dave was great working with, making the process as easy as possible. Once my parts were available, my vehicle was able to get in and out same day! Really happy with the service & price. Definitely will be back in the future!

These guys are life savers! Last week when my Audi Q5 began overheating, I was surprised to learn how difficult it is to take your car in for repairs during an emergency situation. The Audi dealerships were over a month out! What is a person to do when your car is not drivable?!?! Not only did Salmon Service Center find time in their busy schedule to take my car in to diagnose the issue, they also helped me by facilitating a rental car. Thank goodness they did because the root of the issue was bigger than first thought. Car emergencies are always stressful but Alex was so kind and communicative throughout the whole process. I so appreciated his honesty and transparency. You can feel that they genuinely care about their customers here. At a time when customer service is at an all time low it’s refreshing to get this level of care, honesty and personalized service especially at an automotive center. They’re ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for sure!!! Salmon Service has earned my trust and business!

Brought in my car to diagnose a starting problem after recent repairs at another shop. Alex was direct and straightforward when explaining how he would diagnose the issue, timeline, and cost. Persistently followed up after the inspection to explain his findings. Highly detailed and thorough diagnosis. Alex referred me to a specialist shop better suited for this repair, and guided me through how to relay his findings to the specialists. Waived the labor fee too. Will definitely bring my car back the next time he acts up!

So happy to have found this location. I live in the neighborhood and the crew here have helped me with a few emergency issues over the last couple years, from a squeaking wheel to a flat tire to a headlight that was out. In addition to the mechanics, the station attendants are also kind people and even offered to let me charge my phone when the power in our neighborhood was out last year. I'm very thankful to have skilled and honest mechanics nearby and will be back!

I took my car here the night before Christmas eve in a panic that it was my transmission. I think I share a common fear that taking your car in for even the smallest thing, by the end of it your asked to pay for way more than originally discussed. I've been taken advantage of a few times at other shops. But my experience here was excellent!! From the gentlemen working the front desk (Glenn) to the mechanic who worked on my car (Jonathan) I was treated with respect and I was put at ease with the excellent communication from Jonathan. He gave me straight forward answers and prioritized what needed tk be done right away to drive safely and what could wait so I wasn't stuck with a huge bill. They fit me in on Christmas eve even though they were busy and undoubtedly wanted to get home to their families for the holidays. But they took very good care of both my anxiety and my car. Very grateful and in the future if I need anything done with my car I will be going back even though its pretty far from my house! Highly recommend!!

I received excellent service. James knew immediately what had happened to my car and walked me through the solution so I understood. Nothing was too much trouble. My car was ready the next day and I had confidence that it was fixed beautifully. I usually bring my car to Salmon's for preventive service, and Marty takes wonderful care of the car and me. I am blessed to have found this shop.

I would highly recommend Salmon’s Auto repair! I was visiting my son this past weekend, and his Honda Accord sprung a leak in the heater core hose. I was set to leave back to Spokane the next day and needed a place to get a repair done fairly quickly so he would have his car good to go before I left him. Called up Jonathan and he was kind enough to take care of us within a few hours, diagnosed the reason why the hose failed, and my son was able to have his car back before I had to leave . Honest work, fair price and courteous and understanding of our needs! We now have our “Seattle “repair shop upon any further issues down the road! Thanks Jonathan, very much appreciated!

The service was satisfactory, I had my steering rack replaced it cost me $1,100 and it (my car) was returned to me with a high pitched whine/squeak whenever I turn the wheel more than a quarter turn, salmon service center has reached out to me and expressed how they always strive to provide the best customer service and they have offered to take another look at the problem area and make sure that everything performs at a high standard. The owner’s commitment to the customer is admirable and I will be taking my car back there for service in the future.
