The Manager Jesse was really helpful throughout the whole process and offered many solutions in a very efficient way. He helped us through rough conditions and made a scary situation somewhat bearable.

My wife and I have been having the most difficult times and hardships recently and my wife is disabled and uses a walker and on the 28th of November our truck was stolen right from the parking lot of our elderly and disabled , right under a light and camera. It was found by the police in White Center and the thieves had tore it up and made it undrivable. We live in Renton and had no way to get the truck or anything. I had made some calls to see about a wrecker but things got shystie and odd. I saw Guardian Towing and read the reviews and out of desperation I called and spoke first roJesse and told him what happened and said we didn't know what to do and we were afraid it would get impounded and we had no money for that and he said he was sorry that happened to us and since we were good people he would ask if they could go get it for us and take care of it -as I had said we were seeing if we could sell it since we couldn't fix it or get it - and later on Assar Emad was at my doorstep in Renton like an angel and it was a tough moment for me to give the title of our only vehicle but we couldn't do anything with it and it would have gotten impounded or stolen again and cost us money we don't have for nothing in return. They were so kind and obviously in service to God and their fellow man. Assar asked me why we didn't get it and I told him our struggle and he said he would look into some things that he might be able to do- no promises but he would see. I was just blown away by it all. I know these are some of the rare ones putting good back in the world. Thank you guys so much the terrible was about to get worse and they stepped in and guarded us from worse. Called and they quickly got my driver's up and running after locking the keys in the cab. In commercial driving time is money and they were great from calling to make the request to completion. Quotes me what they charged, no hidden fees or anything Receipt was sent quickly and the whole experience was efficient

Careful a 7:30-800am pick up might mean an 11:00 arrival wouldn't use unless you dont mind being last priority on their service list.

I had a pretty awful experience--6 hours of waiting, repeatedly being told the driver would be there in 30 minutes then the time being pushed another hour. Car dropped off at the wrong place. But Jesse was truly outstanding. He was kind, went above and beyond, checked on my tow after his shift, called me the next day to apologize about the mix up. He is a gem and deserves a raise.

Jesse was very personable, ready to assist, gave me the option of leaving the key for the van or waiting. Also, ended the call with if I can help you further call anytime. Just great all around

This is the best towing company in seattle, I have used Seahurst as well as Seawest, they have horrible customer service and WILL disrespect you if you call them. They are always atleast a few hours late, and they are extremely unreliable and doesn’t give you any updates at all to when they are coming and when they do, they are always wayy off with their promised time. Guardian Towing was different, I felt respected and they updated me throughout the whole process by phone call rather than text, they told me exactly when they were leaving, they called me periodically to update their arrival time and towed my car extremely quick and simply. Overall, the best towing company in Seattle!! Would recommend to anyone if you like reliable service and respect!

Keep getting told they are 60 minutes out. It's been 2.5 hours since they originally said they would arrive. They tell me traffic is really bad - my wife drove to my location from the same direction they are supposedly coming from in 40 minutes. These people are dishonest. Unfortunately this is typical for many "top" tow truck companies. It's just bad business practices. By the way, I've been stranded for nearly 7 hours.

Thank you for your fast response. Alejandro was great and the guy who answered my initial phone call and set up the towing was also great. Overall, I recommend guardian towing. They are caring staff.

Honestly, this was the best towing experience I’ve ever had. I called and they showed up super quick, way faster than I expected. The service was awesome, really friendly, and made the whole situation way less stressful. I have a Tesla and am always paranoid about using towing. The service was smooth from start to finish and you can tell they actually care about helping people out. I’ve had a few towing experiences before and none of them even come close to this. If you ever need a tow, go with these guys. Hands down the best towing company out there.

I thought the starter had gone out in our car because a jump pack wouldn’t help start it. I called for a tow, and when Yassir showed up he had a better jump pack and our car started. Turned out it was just a bad battery. Yassir was super friendly, professional and helpful. I’ll call them next time I need roadside assistance.

Have had only great experiences with these guys. Got my car towed from Mercer Island to Seattle with them. Tried to fix it and it ended up not being worth my time. Called them to scrap it afterwards and they came and got it. All super easy and fast service with enjoyable personalities and professionalism. Definitely would recommend.

Can't recommend this place enough, the owner picked me up quickly and was really friendly. He was able to help me out and get in touch with the tire shop across the road to get my vehicle fixed and took me to a breakfast place so I wasn't stranded in the cold outside. Awesome people over there made a rough experience a hell of a lot easier to handle

I am rating 5 because I have used Guardian towing 2 times this year and both times the drivers first communication was to be sure that everyone was okay and safe. Both times the drivers were compassionate, calm, and very good at their jobs. When a vehicle is turned over, it's quite an experience to see it get from there to on the ramp of the tow truck. I did end up coordinating traffic this morning due to the accident being at the corner of a turn. I'm very thankful for the help I received from Guardian Towing and pleasantly surprised that I fulfilled a desire of being a traffic flagger for a couple of hours. I now know how dangerous flagging can be from a different perspective and it gave me more gratitude for how they keep people safe during transportation. 🥰 It did take longer for the drivers to arrive than estimated which is never fun, but maybe Guardian should should get an app like all kinds of businesses have that can show you the driver's name and their location while on the way to the accident site. I did read some other people with this complaint. I believe that providing a possible solution with a perceived problem is more productive than letting it make me feel like a victim. I would like to say again how important the drivers are. I hadn't thought about if before because I didn't have these experiences previous to this, but the drivers can arrive on some accident scenes where way more terrible things happened. Just the thought of losing my daughter in this way is creating trauma for me (not to mention her own experience). I was in fight or flight mode first thing in the morning when my daughter called me and told me she flipped the vehicle. Once that mode is on, it doesn't just turn off because she is alive. I had a period of time where I was cold and shaking from this. The immediate concern from both driver experiences (this morning, we were lucky to have Izzy arrive to the vehicle site) literally had an immediate, calming effect on me. This really makes me think deeply about humanity and the way people treat one another. Words and body language can have so much power and I am thankful to live in a world where I can experience people using their inner power for good.❤️ This morning cost $811 to get the car out and take it 2 miles home. It was around $400 to $500 to move the car the first time. It was in the ditch across the street from the house I live in. I would complain about the prices but I have seen a dozen eggs be $16 at the grocery store and 2 chicken breasts for over $20. Yes, my financial status definitely took a way bigger hit than I expected, but I'm more than thankful that I was able pay for the service and have my daughter intact.

I requested a tow earlier this evening, pickup was 1 hour later than estimated over the phone by the operator, however driver was quick to load after arrival. Operator also stated I was able to ride in the truck with the driver (45 minute tow). I was informed by the driver after the late arrival, that was not the case, despite there being an open seat in the truck. I did not have another ride and was left with the option of a $90 uber. I was discounted $20 off the tow fare which was nice but insignificant. I dealt with a competent and polite driver, and have 0 complaints with him directly. However he seemed to be completely disconnected from the phone operator who wildly mislead me.

Sadly this could have gone so differently. I love writing great reviews for good service, this is not one of those. My car broke down and I called this company and was told that the next truck available was 35 to 45 min away and that the price to drive me 5 miles away would be $375 dollars. They had good reviews so I decided to go with them, and gave them my credit card number. An hour goes by and I give them a call to see what the eta is and the guy on the phone says sorry we got held up by another drop off, we will be there in 20 min. I’m okay with that, don’t love that I have to be the one to call them for an update but that’s cool. Another 45 min goes by and I call back, he apologized for the delay and said he is going to get another driver on it. It was now 3 hours since the first call and I asked to cancel because frankly I don’t believe them at this point if they were trying to send someone at all. He offered on one of the calls to take off the convenience charge. Which I didn’t know I was being charged on the first place. Then he said on another call, he said he couldn’t do any discount better than $270, after waiting even longer again I called the next company that said they could be there in 35 min and the price was $260. Crazy to me how much better this could have gone. I had to chase down every answer and was told 25 to 30 min more every time. Total of over 3 hours of waiting. This wasn’t a good choice for me, I suggest if you need help you look elsewhere.

When my wife was in a accident about three weeks ago, Guardian Towing worked hand in hand with my insurance company to help make things less stressful for us during the interim. If every you have to use a towing company I would highly recommend this company. Diante, is the driver that came out to tow our vehicle. His first words to us was, " is everyone okay?" He show not only his level of knowledge and capabilities when towing a vehicle that has been in a accident, but also his skill in not creating any further damage to the vehicle. He answer all my questions with out any hesitation. Diante should wear a cap as he is a superhero, and I would like to put him in for employee of the year...

Mohamed was extremely helpful with towing my car after an accident. He promptly arrived afterwards which was a welcomed relief after a troublesome day. Highly recommend his services if you’re ever in the need of a tow truck.

My driver was Mohamed. He was the best tow truck driver I’ve ever had. On time, quick worker, and very supportive of my unfortunate situation. He made a bad situation good with empathy and positive attitude.

Service was delayed due to bad traffic in Seattle. Ahmed was courteous and professional. He provided excellent service in a promptly.

Amazing experience beginning to end! Had them pick it up after Kia boys attempted to carjack it . Driver Maurice brought it back home and went trough so many hoops to get on base. Will definitely use them again ♥️

100/10. Our driver, Abel, was super quick and TALENTED! 👏🏻 Picked up our SUV on a PACKED residential street out of a spot we had to parallel (PUSH) park it into. He got it loaded in less than 10 minutes and unloaded it directly into our driveway (as requested!). Thanks for coming to our rescue! 🙏🏻

Hassan did a very great job towing my 1994 Mustang Cobra back to where it belongs he was very fast and pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend him 10/10

Zach with Guardian really used all his skills to get my car out of my garage when my brakes seized. He used skates to protect my rear wheels and get my car on the truck. He communicated very well what the issues were. I got my car to the dealership but couldn’t do it without their professionalism and skills!

Had a great experience with these guys. I want to say his name was Will. I'm not good with names. He had a pretty nice beard and an earing in his right ear. Ford fan. His brother is a dodge guy. Helped me put my truck exactly where I wanted it. Would use again. Thanks!

My ‘57 BelAir was broken down and Guardian showed up for the tow. The operator, Jerry, was fantastic! No chains on the car so the paint would stay good UNDERNEATH the car. Soft straps, nice and controlled lift and obviously experienced! And really enjoyed talking with him. He got my baby to the shop fast and professional. What more do you want from a towing company. First Rate Service!
