They had what I needed and the staff was knowledgeable.

Great store in contrast to Kenmore store which is closer to me but said they didn’t have caliper tool I could use with cash deposit after I called them and ask before going. Lake city store answered the call! I called them asked if they had breaks and a tool to change breaks they said yes when I showed up it was there. Contrast to Kenmore store.

Service was attentive and helpful. Even when I bought the wrong part and had to do an exchange.

I bought a battery this morning and both service staff were incredibly helpful in giving me options and explaining the differences. Gunner made quick and thorough work of installing the new battery and giving me credit for the old one! I accidently left my credit card on the counter and Gunner went to the special effort of finding me at the next door McDonalds to return my card! What service!! I will definitely be going back to this store! Thank you Gunner!!

I went in to get clips to reattach a broken bumper and Geremy totally surpassed my expectations by trouble shooting the best way to fix it and then fully fixing it himself. He saved me from either taking it to a shop or spending an hour trying to figure out how to do it myself. Will definitely go back the next time I need something for my car!

3/19/25 shout out to the hiring manager and leadership team for this place because you guys hire fantastic people who are very helpful, informative, and motivated to share their skills. Yesterday Nick Nicholson (I hope I got that right) checked all the boxes from researching my particular vehicles piston order to recommending further preventive tuneups. Last years review: Came today on a Friday morning and was very fortunate to be assisted by Eduardo. He helped me find the right parts that I needed which included installation. Aside from the great customer service, he also had that warm human connection which helps putting my mind at ease when I’ve been dealing with a ton of car-issues lately.

Nate was awesome, very Insightful very helpful just all-around good customer service he deserves that raise. I really appreciate all his help.

Today a wonderful associate named Geremy went above AND beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to attempt the big and brave move of changing my own oil. Major dad vibes, which is how you know you’re in good hands. He even fixed an outlet in my car that hadn’t been working for years! Pulled the fuse and put a new one in. He truly made sure everything was easy breezy experience. Appreciate you Geremy! O’Reilly is lucky to have you!

I could not start my van. The associates in the store gave me suggestions on possible ways this could happen. They charged the battery in the van overnight to see if it was still in good condition. They also tested the alternator to rule out it is the problem. Best of all, they helped to get my van working again without charging me anything. Highly recommend the customer service at O'Reilly Lake City.

Today I met Ambrose at Lake City O'Reilly Auto Parts. I was in need of windshield Wipers and an airfilter for my vehicle. Ambrose was very kind, and patient. With most of us money is tight, Ambrose understood this and cut me a deal so that I could afford a good set of windshield wipers. Then this sweet man installed them for me! Ambrose is wonderful, his patience was very much appreciated. I get all my automotive needs met at Lake City O'Reilly's. I've had great service here, with each visit!

The manager at the store rocks. Helped me with my headlight on my Ford. Extremely helpful. This company should be so glad to have him as a manager. Excellent customer service with a smile and sense of humor.

Amazing service - quick, efficient, friendly, prices are good, what more could you ask for? Came here on a sunny Friday afternoon looking to get my battery checked as my car was dead two days in a row. I was greeted warmly and helped right away. The manager, Ambrosio, checked my battery and then jumped my car because my car had died in the parking lot. After that, he checked the battery again to ensure the issue was my battery and not something more serious like my alternator. Luckily, it was just my 2015 dated battery that needed to be replaced. Ambrosio installed the battery in less than 10 mins and I was on my way. Will definitely come back next time I need anything car related.

Just went in to get my car battery tested and replaced. The guys at this location made it super easy and I was in and out within 20 mins. They installed the new one and took the old. Great experience.

So I went into the O'Reilly's on lake City Way and ask for some help on getting an item the gentleman that was closing who is dark skinned and wear glasses accused me of stealing. I emptied out my pockets and after I showed I didn't have it, I didn't get so much as an apology. I've been shopping there for 7 and 1/2 years and never had an incident. There was people in there and it was really embarrassing so I feel that the guy should lose his job and I should be compensated in some way.

Delighted! Due to a hand injury I wasn’t able to replace headlight bulbs myself. Without hesitation, Hamid came outside in the rain to install both bulbs for me. A young coworker told him he “wasn’t supposed to do that” Hamid didn’t acknowledge the young man’s comment. THANK YOU HAMID! You provided the most amazing customer service💫 so nice to receive service with a smile.

Fairly unhappy after visiting the Lake City Plaza store today. I called ahead of time to confirm I could at least receive store credit for an item I couldn't find the receipt for. On the call, I was assured that they'd be able to find the transaction. I thought that it was also at least insinuated that we would use common sense and practice being reasonable. One dude was intentionally rude and obnoxious from the get+go, while I was on the phone with someone who wants to buy my car. That's a pic of him I found on Google. I guess he loves fried chicken the most. I don't disagree with him there. I also love a bucket of good fried chicken. I'll give credit to the other guy who was very much a professional, and refrained from acting like a b1tch. I don't know his name, but he had a very slight southern or country vibe to him. Country gentleman remained patient and refused to work with me in a reasonable manner. Fried Chicken Stan continued to be an unlikable sack and the third guy just was a 3rd guy. It was clear they had already decided that I had somehow stolen a brake rotor from the back of the store, and was finally finishing my plans to exchange if for other items. Im obviously insisting I didn't. But its a part that cost me over $55, that I'm stuck with, because A) I do not have the receipt, and B) the store leader is not a independent thinker. O'Rileys has been my go-to auto parts store, and always been my recommendation to others. I'm a decent customer of theirs, and am pretty certain I've never stolen anything from them. In fact I still think O'Rileys is doing well for an outdated business model, and recommend them for their prices and policies. But I'm unhappy with how I feel I was judged today. So either I get my $55+ back, or my reviews/content about this store gets 55k views. Whichever comes first.

So grateful to the manager Greg who recommended and installed a battery for me this morning. I had my toddler with me and was feeling out of my depth but he quickly helped me get back on the road. So professional and the best customer service. THANK YOU.

I had a loose battery. The store manager Greg was wonderful and spent 10 mins finding the right tool to tighten the battery and securing the battery to the car. He was so helpful as I had my 2 mos old son with me. Great service and help. Thank you again Greg!
