I had an outstanding experience working with Jim's Body Shop to repair a large scratch on my Rivian R1S. They quoted me a fair price when the only certified Rivian shop in the area quoted 6 times as much. The result was impeccable. The car paint looks brand new! Thank you so much!

Personally I always try and find local owner involved businesses to support. The real secret is when you find a place like Jim’s Body Shop that takes tremendous pride in their work, is very cost competitive and reasonable then I know they deserve my business and support. I have referred several family members and friends and they have all added Jim’s Body Shop to their preferred list. I really appreciate it when a shop like Jim’s treats your car like it’s their own.

this shop quoted us the cheapest and fairest price for a side mirror that was broken off and damaged door and fender. they even helped us un-dent the door asap, before repairs began, so that we could actually open it for free ? we were able to pick up the car after only a week and they were very communicative, trustworthy, skilled, and kind. the car looked brand new again and they were even able to salvage the red stripes on my side mirror that are part of a limited edition model of the car. in a series of unfortunate events for us, the following week we had an unrelated flat tire and jim’s shop sent two people to help us change it asap. great great shop, really awesome local business and this will be our go-to shop forever!!

Alex dropped what he was doing and immediately performed an inspection and estimate of the damage on my car and put it in writing and emailed it to me. Everyone was so nice and professional, and they really helped me out. I will go to them for any and all body shop needs I have in the future and I highly recommend them!

Best Auto Body Shop in Seattle and WA. Humberto, Christina, and Fabian kicked ass at getting my truck fixed and they are super kind angels. Great deals on old car fixes. They took precious time and found parts for and their team did a stellar job. It took a while due to holiday delays yet they remained humble and amicable, completed it well, and hooked me up in ways other shops would not and could not. They saved my truck and blessed me. A huge miracle which turned my life around. So thankful since the other shop said it was done yet Jim's Body managed to manifest it! We did great working together. Superlative quality service. I was having a persistent leak in my sedan that another shop had failed to fix. I came here and they were so helpful, so kind, and very fair in pricing. After they’d found the source of the leak, they sent me off to buy a part and installed it for me as soon as I returned. I can’t recommend this place more! This is a genuine neighborhood business.

This is my first time ever writing a business review but I want to share how amazing this shop is. Humberto and Christine at Jim’s Body Shop are so kind and always put me at ease. They diagnose problems efficiently and provide walk-up quotes, and their work is top notch. I have had them repaint scrapes and fix a leak, and both times the quality of the work was excellent and the pricing affordable. I deeply appreciate their help and am so glad to have this shop in the neighborhood. I will continue coming back for any auto body needs and highly recommend them to everyone!

The shop was very helpful. Helped me and the party who was at fault paying work out payment hassle free. This is always stressful worrying if they are going to pay for the damage. Did not demand full payment up front which is stressful and difficult for some people to come up with the money They quoted me significantly less than other auto body shops and did a great job with quick turn around. Also they will give free walk up quotes. I have a difficult work schedule and is hard to made mid day appointments.

I went in today for an estimate for my car. The overall experience was terrible. The person that helped wasn’t welcoming and didn’t seem he was acknowledging me. The only time he was talked to me was what kind of car is this, phone number, and I will be back in a couple minutes. Overall the worst auto body shop I experienced and I won’t be coming back.

I had such a wonderful experience at Jim's Body Shop! My car window had been smashed and the steering column had been tampered with during an attempted auto theft. I was worried about having an exposed window for longer than a few days, but Humberto helped me get my window replaced as soon as possible. They even secured my front bumper for me and removed a dent that wasn't allowing me to open my passenger door fully. Everyone here is so kind and professional and truly made a stressful situation easier to deal with.

Humberto was professional from day 1. Immediately provided me a quote of the repairs in paper. Showed me where he will be ordering a new door from. He returned my car in just 7 days. Very honest and did an excellent job and he quoted the most reasonable price. His wife was extremely helpful and answered my questions patiently whenever I called them. Highly recommend!

I scratched the lower front panel of our new Rav-4. Since I could not stand to look at the damage I took it to my nearest auto body shop for an estimate which was Jim’s Auto Body. They gave me a written estimate right away which I found reasonable. They are a small shop and very busy so they could not fit me in for two weeks but I was willing to wait. On the fourth day after bringing it in the work was done. As they say in the business, the car looks like the damage never happened! I’m pleased with the work and would recommend this shop if you need auto body work.

Living in the Ravenna neighborhood and walking past Jim's Body shop near daily, I have seen many vehicles in various states of damage outside this building for years now. The vehicles rarely stay long, which I was reminded of when my car's bumper was ripped off recently. I arrived at the shop shortly after they opened on a Friday and drove away just over a half hour later with my car's bumper reattached and as good as new! The service and professionalism I experienced from the folks in the shop was incredible. I didn't have an appointment, but my impromptu repair job was treated with precision and prompt action. I highly recommend them for whatever ails your vehicle, as you'll get very affordable and thorough work!

We had a great experience with the folks at Jim's. Somebody decided to jump up on my daughters hood while parked near the University. They left a large footprint and dent right in the middle of the hood of her small hatchback. We called Jim's to see if they could help and they said come on by anytime and we can take a look. I asked my daughter to head in to have them check it out. She was a little leery to go in by herself, but she let me know that the folks at Jim's were great!! The guy she talked to thought he could pop the dent out real quick, and did! I got a text a few minutes after my daughter got to the shop saying "The dent is gone!!" We will for sure head back for any body work we need on any car we have!!

I walked in off the street; because Google Maps said Jim's Body Shop was the closest one. Immediately I was helped & given a quote for the work that was less than I expected. Then, I was called to pick it up a day earlier than I was told it would be finished; for less than the original quote. Highly recommend Jim's Body Shop!

Such a great experience with Jim’s. Fast, friendly, honest, best price around. Humberto is a delight. My rear bumper was super scratched and pealing from years of transporting bicycles. I inquired about getting the bumper painted and they priced it out on the spot and concluded it would be much cheaper to just replace the bumper. Which they did at a way better price then the cheapest (Maaco) paint quote I got. I know very little about cars and it would have been easy to upsell me on a paint job but they didn’t, and I so appreciate their honesty. I’ll update this review if I have problems with the bumper but so far so good. Will be returning to Jim’s for all my future auto-body needs.

WOW I am floored by how amazing this body work came out. The dudes at Jim's body shop are so friendly, they offered to do the work on my 4Runner at a great price (i paid out of pocket) and had it back to me within the quoted time frame. The work itself blew me away. . . I had a MAJOR dent after jackhammering my trailer into my quarter panel and part of my bumper when backing up. In just a few months it had already started to rust so I bit the bullet and got it repaired. You would literally never know that there was ever a scratch-- not to mention my cat was given back way cleaner than i left it. I can't thank you enough for the great work!
