Very disappointed with my recent service at BMW Seattle. I went in for a routine oil change in December 2025, but no one reviewed the inspection results with me afterward. Only later did my car warn that the brakes need replacement, something the report said required immediate attention. This should have been clearly communicated in person. On top of that, the quote was about $4,300 for front and rear brakes, which seems excessively high. Expected much better communication and transparency.

I had a fantastic experience buying pre-owned from BMW Seattle. My salesman was Davey Flurer and he was great to work with. From the start, he was very straightforward with me, and didn't play any games or try to BS me. He was super responsive, often calling or texting back within a few minutes. He even came in on his day off to do the final paperwork and handover of the keys. Because I bought from out of state (Oregon), I had to finalize the paperwork through their parent company's subsidiary called Driveway which took longer than I expected. It was about 10 days from the day I put a deposit down to when I picked up the vehicle. This process involved ID & insurance verification, e-signing of documents, and physical signing of documents. Physical documents were overnighted to me with pre-paid overnight return labels. The process they employ could use some smoothing out, but all the people I spoke with were competent, friendly, and stayed in good communication throughout the purchase. They even offered home delivery (for a fee) which I declined. Overall though, I would definitely buy from Davey and BMW Seattle again, and I'm extremely happy with the purchase I made.

I recently had my vehicle serviced and was extremely impressed with the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Evan Flynn, who assisted me throughout the service, was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain what work would be done on my car and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. The service itself was quick and thorough, and my vehicle is now running better than ever. I appreciated the attention to detail and the extra care taken to ensure everything was in top shape before I left. Evan’s excellent customer service and the overall quality of the work made this a truly positive experience. I highly recommend this service center and especially want to thank Evan Flynn for making the visit hassle-free and even enjoyable. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance needs!

German was my sales representative, and he was excellent throughout the entire process. Since my current location and work hours conflicted with the dealership’s business hours, I wasn’t able to physically come in right away. German communicated with me many times through phone calls and text messages and never hesitated to answer any of my questions. He was patient, responsive, and worked with me on the numbers to make everything smooth and convenient. Rachel in finance was also wonderful to work with. She was polite, professional, and made the paperwork process simple and straightforward. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase extra insurance or additional plans. She thoroughly explained each option clearly and allowed me to make informed decisions comfortably. Overall, it was a very smooth and stress-free car buying experience. I highly recommend BMW Seattle and their team!

I recently worked with Marcus Long to purchase my M240i, and he was excellent throughout the entire process. From the beginning, Marcus was friendly, patient, and easy to work with. During the test drive, he was especially patient with my questions and driving preferences, taking the time to explain features and letting me try out different seating configurations. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. He listened to what I was looking for, walked me through the different options, and helped me find the M240i configuration that was the best fit for me. He also made the buying process straightforward by clearly explaining each step and answering all of my questions. Thanks to Marcus, I ended up with an M240i that feels perfect for me, and the experience was smooth from start to finish.

Always a great experience getting my cars serviced and BMW Seattle. The other dealer is much closer but I always go to seattle bmw. Nathan and the team are amazing. Their GM London drives a great car enthusiast culture that I appreciate. I had been a customer since 1992 and have always had great experiences.

Colin is the best!!! He communicated every step of the way, made sure we got exactly what we were looking for, and did everything he could to get us the best possible deal. He was really knowledgeable about our car which was really nice because this is our first EV, and we needed some guidance. I have some mild trauma from buying cars in the past (lolllll) and this experience with Colin couldn’t have gone smoother! Would definitely recommend BMW Seattle if you’re looking! This review is in regards to the BMW of Seattle dealership excellent execution of preparing the sale of Audi RS3 2024. Even though it's not a BMW the 2024 RS3 meets standards and quality that this dealership represents. You may ask ( why didn't I just BMW it's a BMW dealership that is a is a completely different story and topic that I'm not going to get into) this review is long enough shall I digress... Formally like to thank sales rep Said and Rachel the finance officer for having the perfect vehicle at the perfect time and the perfect color with a great price. It was a newer year model lower mileage and the perfect body style I wouldn't settle for anything less (take my monies) Said and Racheal executed the deal effectively and efficiently within the same day I was driving the car home. I feel in total maybe I was there for roughly an hour and a half. Note: In my car buying experience at a dealership on a weekend that's a record even when I paid cash I've had to sit and wait for paperwork at dealerships for 4 to 5 hours just to be told to come back the next day horrible experiences but never at BMW Seattle. In that hour and a half I had a nice latte and a good time viewing and test driving the RS3. While we were waiting for paperwork me and Said took turns pulling up different vehicles on the internet and discussing nostalgia of Miatas Honda type RS and golf hatchbacks highbrow Gemini conversation that luxury car owners could never understand. Felt like we were hanging out on the at rail at the Central Saloon during happy hour. I have a little history with this dealership I purchased brand new 135i Twin turbo inline 6 car off the showroom floor back in 2008 if I recall it was a few months after they built and opened the brand new facility that they're currently located at today, near the Seahawks stadium. To drive that car off the brand new showroom floor It was something that will always be very memorable for me a defining moment in a young man's life . Early this year I purchased 2022 RS3 from a completely different dealership but unfortunately that was totaled by a DUI driver 3 weeks ago I haven't had the time or been in the head space to even try to find a replacement vehicle because I was literally mourning the loss of my car. Arriving at the BMW dealership I was greeted immediately by a representative who contacted Said my Sales rep and he had all the fine details completed and paperwork ready to go we were cooking. Walking down to the garage with Said To see the The Audi RS3 in person the car was in Exquisite condition and obviously we need to take it for a spin. We turned left twice and immediately a car attempted to race us at the light. It definitely added to the Flavor of Life performance notes 2024 RS3 can achieve super car numbers 0 to 60 3.3 seconds launch control. Said can verify. Getting back to the dealership we parked the car at the front and it took about 20 minutes for Rachel the BMW of Seattle financial officer to prepare my documents for signing. Anytime you have an individual getting a peek at your financials it can be a little personal it's like a little window into the Baseline of somebody's life that happens to be based on math and generally good or bad decision making. So being friendly and being genuine helps makes the process less stressful when signing legal documents to close a deal. By the end of signing we were regaling Epic stories of skiing and snowboarding on the back side of Stevens Pass and Epic trips to Whistler BC, Meeting individuals from all over the world it was a lively conversation and I enjoy the culture that BMW Seattle represents sometimes it's little details and being in moment with an individual that makes memories that can last a lifetime. I am a repeat BMW of Seattle client. I recently worked with German Estrada who was patient, knowledgeable, and attentive as I did a deep dive (and drive) into two very different options. German did not pressure me to hurry to decide, and was in good communication, including on his days off. Indefinitely ended up with the perfect vehicle for me. I recommend German and look forward to working with him again.

We purchased our car and have serviced our car at Seattle BMW. The sales process, five years ago, and all of the Maintenance inspections have been performed here. Sometimes it’s difficult to get the same service advisor, which is a disadvantage for customers like me. I definitely recommend BMW Seattle to our friends and family.

This was a perfect car buying experience. We told Oskar what we were looking for and as soon as it came in we were notified. He even came in on his day off to help us because we were so excited to buy. The financing was smooth and Rachel was incredible to work with as well. We will continue to purchase all of our family cars through Oskar and BMW Seattle.

I had a really great experience at BMW of Seattle from start to finish purchasing a new 2026 iX. My client advisor, German Estrada, made this the smoothest car-buying experience I’ve had to date with clear communication, no pressure, and consistent follow-through. The day of delivery was extremely easy and I was in and out quickly with zero surprises. Rachel in finance also deserves a mention for keeping the paperwork clean and efficient. I’m very happy with my new iX and highly recommend BMW of Seattle and German for a transparent, stress-free process.

After being passed through 2 other sales representatives. The first non-responsive and the second asked me before I even saw the vehicle if I was paying cash and advising me that he wasn’t sure if I could finance the car due to it being a 2015 pre-owned vehicle. The third sales representative assigned to me was Davey Flurer. He provided outstanding guidance and hospitality during the sales process. Friendly, confident and attentive. Thanks to Davey, I can now experience myself why BMW is “The Ultimate Driving Experience.”

Let me say…after buying several cars over the years at different places, BMW Seattle is the best for a zero BS experience! Specifically, I have to give a shout out to Davey for making this the easiest process. I live in Palm Springs, but Davey was a champ facilitating the entire process from sending me photos and info about my new car to finalizing the paperwork including relocating it to my area. I wanted to share my experience at BMW Seattle. On my first visit, I went in to test drive the X5 and met with a salesperson who made me sit in the car and then left for nearly 20 minutes to attend to another customer. It made me feel like my time wasn’t valued, maybe he was having a rough day, but it definitely wasn’t the experience I expected from BMW. I left the showroom that day disappointed and had decided not to return. However, I went back later just to get a better quote, and that’s when I met Colin and my entire perception changed. He was genuinely one of the nicest and most patient people I’ve met in any dealership. Despite me showing up in my old Kia Optima, he never treated me any differently. He answered all my questions thoroughly, explained every detail with patience, and was completely genuine throughout the process. Colin even came in on his day off just because I wanted to take delivery on a specific date and that meant a lot. I’m super thankful for all his help. If you ever visit BMW Seattle, I’d 100% recommend asking for Colin and you’ll have an amazing experience and get a great deal. BMW Seattle is really lucky to have him.

I bought a used car from BMW Seattle recently, and the experience has been really disappointing. When I came to test drive the car, it was a sunny day and the dealership had all the windows down. I didn’t realize until later that the previous owner was a heavy smoker because I have severe allergies and my sense of smell is very bad. It’s now obvious that they knew — they sprayed deodorizer in the car and had even left a deodorizer machine in the trunk when I got home. My wife, who I bought the car for, is very sensitive to smell, and I have allergies, so this has been a real problem. On top of that, they sold the car with illegal window tint, which I didn’t notice during the test drive because the windows were down and it was bright outside. They tried to push back on removing the tent even though they sold it non-compliant. Eventually they agreed but reluctantly. The car was also not detailed when I bought it. I had asked them to clean it, but they did a poor job. After some back and forth, they eventually agreed to remove the tint and “try” to get the smell out. They had the car for two weeks — when I picked it up, it was actually dirtier than when I dropped it off. They clearly didn’t even attempt to address the smell or clean the interior properly. Now I’m out additional time and will have to spend another $500+ to get ozone treatment and a professional detail just to make the car usable. I like the car itself, but I would not buy another vehicle from BMW Seattle. Between the lack of honesty and the poor reconditioning, this was not what I’d expect from a premium dealership.

We just bought a used Mercedes GLC 300 at BMW Seattle. Our sales guy German Estrada was very nice and kind. He was very flexible with our appointment time. Everyone was nice and friendly there. We felt welcomed and felt very lucky that we got this car with a very good condition and an amazing price!! The dealership is also very kid-friendly. They have car toys there. My two boys played with the toys while waiting for us to sign the paperwork. It was a 2 hour paperwork process so it is very great when they have toys for little kids. The service team was very on time with their schedule. They expedited the cleaning process so we could get the car the next day. Overall we have a wonderful experience at BMW Seattle!!

TL;DR: Bought a 2021 Subaru Forester from BMW of Seattle in March 2025. Shad Walker made the process easy, low-stress, and fair. The car was priced well, in great shape, and the staff stayed friendly and helpful even months later. Highly recommend this dealership. I waited six months before writing this so I could give an honest, long(ish)-term review. After my RAV4 was totaled in February, I started searching for a safe, affordable car. I did my research but knew I needed to see cars in person to really decide. On March 12, 2025, I called BMW of Seattle and spoke with Shad Walker about a 2021 Subaru Forester. He got us in that same afternoon, just a few hours later. The car looked great. BMW of Seattle had no problem with me getting it independently inspected, and it came back perfect. No rust, FULLY detailed, and priced very competitively. They actually had a really solid mix of cars too, everything from well-kept options under $10k to newer models like the one I bought for $28k. (All the way up to ultra-luxury $200k+ vehicles.) It didn’t feel like you had to spend a ton of money to get something reliable. Shad joined us for the test drive and inspection, he was easygoing, never pushy, and shared stories along the way without making it feel awkward or forced. When I told him we’d have to come back the next day to finalize the purchase because we didn’t have the check yet, he was completely understanding. On March 13, we came back to buy the Subaru. Shad had the car cleaned again before we arrived, which apparently is standard at BMW of Seattle (And LITHIA Dealership Group overall,) but still felt like a nice, personalized touch. The whole buying process was smooth, low-stress, and even enjoyable... not what I usually expect when buying a car. Shad didn’t push extra warranties after we politely declined, and he worked within what the finance department allowed to make things fair (Negotiation!) . After signing the paperwork, we walked out to a freshly detailed Subaru with a big white bow on it. On April 21, I got a call and text that my plates had arrived. They offered to mail them for free, but I chose to pick them up. The pickup was quick and easy, and again, everyone was friendly. Six months later, I still love my Subaru and have zero regrets. The whole experience at BMW of Seattle was relaxed, respectful, and welcoming, even though I was buying a used Subaru and not a luxury BMW. Free espresso, cold brew, sodas, water, and snacks were available in the lounge, but honestly, everything was so fast we barely had time to sit down. If you’re thinking about buying a car here, I can't not recommend it. Shad Walker in particular was fantastic to work with. Kind, professional without being pushy, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. :)

We had an exceptional experience at BMW Seattle! Our sales person, German Estrada, was truly one of the best we’ve ever worked with. He was calm, kind, and made the whole process feel so comfortable. There was absolutely no pressure at any point, which honestly made us want to buy the car even more. The rest of the staff we interacted with were equally wonderful. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and even made us laugh while we waited. The atmosphere felt welcoming and fun, which you don’t often expect at a dealership. Overall, the dealership is well-organized and an absolute pleasure to buy a car from. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend BMW Seattle, especially if you have the chance to work with German!

Delivery day was handled with great care, and I truly felt valued as a customer. BMW of Seattle is perhaps the best dealership I’ve ever experienced. Unlike a lot of dealerships, they are incredibly organized. Their staff are polite, put together, and very competent. My salesman German is a fantastic example of the values I’ve described, he made my process easy and stress free, making sure to keep me comfortable and calm. The process of dealing with him was very pleasant, I felt absolutely no pressure to buy my car. He made it clear through his actions and demeanor that he cared more about taking care of my needs than he cared about his paycheck, which I’m sure you know is a rare quality. I would absolutely recommend BMW of Seattle to anyone looking to buy a car. Ask for German, he’ll take care of you. They also put a little bow on your car when you take delivery, makes it feel more special. I say this as someone who has worked for and with car dealerships of the last several years of my life, I can’t recommend this place enough
