I just turned in a lease and leased a new car at University VW. I had the good fortune of working with Russell. He was kind, knowledgeable and made, what can be a painful process, the experience smooth and quick. I was prepared with what I was looking for and was in and out in less than 3 hours. I have had many VWs in my past and worked with various dealerships and can confidently say this was a good experience, nice office and each person I interacted with was professional and pleasant.

When my VW Tiguan broke down the AAA tow truck driver recommended this place. I'm so grateful that he did. They've been amazing everytime I go in. I cannot thank Summer enough for all her hard work dealing with my warranty company. I highly recommend taking your VW or Audi here.

I’ve been going to University Volkswagen for 3 years now. I’ve always had great service. This last time I had a recall update and Summer helped me through the process with a loaner car and quick service. I will continue to go there in the future

Whenever I need maintenance on my car, I ask for Summer specifically. She’s always listens to any concerns I may have and never tries to sell me unnecessary things. Also, she always makes sure I get to where I need to go after I drop off my car for my appointment.

Austin helped revive my e-Golf that could only be done at University Volkswagen. He kept continuous communication and even sent me a video of the work they were doing. Amazing customer service and would absolutely recommend him and University Volkswagen for any VW servicing.

I usually stay away from getting services done at dealerships to previous issues I’ve encountered but I was in a bind and I found myself having to come in. I’m actually so glad I came to this location! Summer was great she helped me and didn’t make me feel stupid or rushed and it gave me a completely different experience then I have previously had. I brought my 2017 Jetta in for regular service (collant flush, transmission fluid change, oil change). I knew my Turbo was not functioning properly but didn't request anything. Much to my surprise, my service writer Summer informed me they were checking with VW of America to see if it was covered under warranty - and it was! They replaced the Turbo at no cost to me (a $5k repair) and the car is running better than ever. Thank you Summer and everyone at University VW for the stellar service!!

Brought my 2022 Jetta in for an oil change and tire rotation a couple weeks ago, it was my 1st time servicing at this location and I'm very relieved that everything went as smoothly as it could've!! Special shoutout to Summer for explaining everything I asked about with great detail and respect! She really knew her stuff, which is always refreshing. Will be driving the extra 20 mins out of my way next time 👍🏻

Highly recommend! Summer always takes care of me when I need service on my vehicle. Not only is she friendly, but she is thorough and experienced in her role. I brought my Tiguan in bc it was losing oil, after inspection it needed extensive repairs, Summer made sure to set aside a vehicle loaner so that I wouldn’t be without a car during the repairs. During the 2-3 week period that they had my car she made sure to check in and provide me with updates as repairs progressed. I’ll be sure to do handle all of my vehicle service needs at this location bc of the quality of customer service I receive every time. Thank you Summer!

My appt for an annual exam at university Volkswagen was perfect!! Austin was s great helper explaining everything really well and discusing with me the pros and cons of choosing and delaying maintenance work based on what I can afford. He spent a lot of time with me to make sure I was pleased with the plans and called and emailed to check!!

we recently had an issue with our vehicle that required it to be in for service longer than usual. Summer H and the Service team were fabulous! They kept us informed with texts and calls on a regular basis, always making sure we had the info needed. The communication, thoughtfulness and care of the Service depart is a main reason we'll continue to come back. Our vehicle is running better than ever! Had an appointment for oil change at 3 pm today and when I showed up Summer informed me that my appointment was for 2 pm that she left voicemail and I confirmed which I didn't. Trying to gaslight me is not custom experience I was in for.Decline in service department quality is extreme over last 12 years ,from stripped oil plugs couple times over unsealed oil pan and oil leaks to miss diagnostics. Long time gone are times when they had quality techs and stellar service reps.Now they are same as Carter if not worse.Lucky that there are much better dealerships in Auburn, Puyallup and Tacoma and worth of driving extra miles for better experience.Today was my last visit to VW side of this dealership although Audi side is still stellar as always.

This review is way over due so I'm blanking on the name of the service manager. I think it was Harper. Top notch dealer and service provided. I have a '19 VW Golf that had a bad trans under warranty. I went to Carter more times than I can count and they told me I couldnt get it repaired / fixed without a code flashing which is insane. The last time I went they told me to pound sand. I went to University and they got it fully replaced. It's dealers like this that make you buy another of the Brands cars and dealers like Carter that make you never buy that brand again. Thank you! This is now my 3rd VW and will buy again.

We purchased a 5 year old VW Golf at University Volkswagen this month, and it was such a wonderful experience. We worked with Jaelin Gates, and strongly recommend asking for her. My wife did all the back and forth about the car on the phone, and felt really comfortable dealing with a woman in this male dominated industry. She really earned our trust right away, and we actually drove two hours to get the car the very same day. Jaelin was juggling a lot that day, and always made us feel like she had nothing but time for us, and was super quick to respond back on the phone. We love our new car, and know who to call when we need another!

Parker is an outstanding salesman; while we ended up not buying a VW, the fact we almost did is a large part in because of him. He was easily the most knowledgeable, helpful, and patient of all the dealerships we worked with. This VW is also very clean and felt like a great place to be, just we went in another direction. Also, Parker and team coordinated to bring a car down from the Lynwood location to save us an hour+ of driving which was a huge deal!

Our sales rep was straightforward and helpful. Talked to me AND my fiancé without talking down to or past either of us. Financing was easy and quick, vehicle was detailed and waiting by the time everything was signed! 10/10 would buy a vehicle here again
