Jet City replaced the battery on our old iPhone 12 Pro Max. They informed us of possible complications that can arise and gave us options of how to handle it if that came up. I really appreciated knowing the risks in advance and being able to decide if I would want to proceed with addl repairs if needed or not. The repair went well with no complications or addl repairs needed. They were done in the amount of time they stated (1 hr since they had another repair going at the moment). They were friendly, informative, efficient and the new battery has had no issues. Overall really great job! 10/10 would recommend!

Came in thinking my phone's USB port needed to be replaced. They cleaned it out and had it working like new in about 5 minutes, and were super chill the entire time. If they'd had to make the repair the price would've been super reasonable. 5/5 recommending them to everyone.

I stopped by to get a new iPhone battery installed. While waiting, l drank some of your good coffee, and noticed your sincere attention to other customers. People were glad to be doing business with you. And,I enjoyed a conversation with another "waiter". All in all, a pleasant time--topped off with your guarantee of your work!

I highly recommend Jet City! I Went to the Apple store last night for my 5pm appointment to have my iphone13 battery replaced. Sat there for 20 min. Was told my battery needed replacement but I’d need to come back to actually have the work done. I was not happy. The purpose of my “genius bar” visit was to replace the battery- not be told what everyone already knew. I had the manager come over. Gave him a lesson on customer service. Then he said this is an Apple corporate tactic. Nevertheless they found someone to replace my battery. Then they said they needed access to my apple account and without that they couldn’t do the fix. Then they said to go home get my apple ID and come back within 5 days, leave my phone all day and they’d replace the battery. At 6pm I left the store, called Jet City and had a new battery replaced by 6:45pm. Now that’s customer service!

They replaced a scratched camera lens on my Pixel. It was a very thin scratch that was hard to see so they used a magnifying glass to make sure the lens was actually scratched and needed replacing before performing the requested repair. They quickly responded with a request for a quote. I only requested a quote from one other place but it was the same price. It was easy to make an appointment and they finished the repair in the quoted time. Comfortable waiting area.

came here in a panic with simple charger lint , left confident that my phone was in good shape :) very quick / efficient services for a lower price than you will find anywhere in Seattle. - December 2025 I’m going in today to repair a scratched screen / sharpen up an old phone and I’m confident to say this place has the abilities, skills and tools needed to perform clean and efficient repairs. The staff at Jet City Repair was some of the most helpful and kind people I’ve ever dealt with at a repair shop. They were able to fix a bloated battery in my older phone, something other locations said would be very difficult or unlikely. I really appreciated the honest advice they gave me about my older phone/options available, and I was especially impressed by the dedication of the staff member who fixed my iPhone as a walk-in. I was pleased to learn that Jet City not only repairs phones, but also other devices. I had great experiences with two phone repairs, and recently they repaired/replaced my broken AirMac screen. I was stressed having this happen while traveling, they were very responsive to my questions via email and got my scheduled for the day I returned. Apple and BestBuy would've required that I leave my computer for days which would’ve been difficult with my work, and pricing was not clear. JetCity was able to repair same day, contacted me with updates during the repair, their pricing is transparent, and I believe their pricing is fair and likely better than competitors. They are also very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with folks like me who are not device savvy and have a lot of questions. The only place I will consider for any future repairs!

Jet City is fantastic! Fair, friendly, super helpful and reasonable prices. They've fixed iphones for us and retrieved data from my old long broken an ipad, helped us older folks understand our devices and helped our teens figure out their own issues. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! They fit me in for a same day appointment and fixed my iPhone display and screen in 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. They even have coffee and books available in their super comfy waiting area. Highly recommend!

Excellent professional service. My phone wouldn’t hold a charge above 1%. Their tech changed my iPhone 13 mini battery, replaced the glass screen protector, and cleaned the charging port. I dropped it off before my kid’s guitar lesson and picked it up when he was done. Good as new.

Had to get my 13PM’s screen replaced and after the repair they let me know they were unsure if the phone was going to remain stable (potential hardware defect to keep an eye out for, which I kinda already suspected ?). After wiping the phone on my pc at home, it became stable again and is back to flawless condition. I really loved the upfront honesty about the defect and will be happy to come back anytime I need something fixed. Thank you! ?

ALL of my experiences at Jet City Device Repair have been great. Very personable, knowledgeable, friendly service at very fair prices (many of my visits have resulted in NO fees as the skilled evaluation of the devices, and their advice, have made it clear that investing in that particular repair was not in my best financial interest. They have even give me great advice about alternatives (which have been great and have NOT resulted in any money for them). When they have been able to repair my devices, it has been timely, and professionally done with excellent results. I will always take my devices there and recommend their services to all of my friends..

Jet City Device repair was referred by T-Mobile rep and they were a excellent. Omar was competent and knowledgeable. He was aware that the repair was needed ASAP due to extenuating circumstances. He was alone and it was late in the afternoon so he couldn't promise a fix that day as he had earlier items to finish and was alone but would get it done by the next day. We stayed close to the shop for a few hours and just before closing he called and my phone was available. The shop is clean and Omar and the other techs that were there were friendly and obviously knew what they were doing. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them.

Jet City holds down a high quality business with fast and friendly service. I had to repair my screen twice within 5 months (both times were my fault) and each time they took about 30 min and were kind and patient with my 104 questions. They even gave me their advice on the best kind of cases and screen protectors (I've never used them but now I do!). While waiting I realized how much I used my phone to pass idle time so I spent my time thumbing through books (remember those?!) and while doing that, quite a few people came in and each time they provided quality, consistent and friendly service. They clearly have this down and are an important service in our world full of expensive devices. I should also say they replaced my screen with an official Apple screen and they charge half of what Apple does. In our world, this usually means there is a heavy compromise the customer has to brunt but this is one of those rare cases where they give you the same quality but can give it to you at a reasonable cost. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

LOVE this place. Bottom line: They fix your stuff quickly and at a reasonable price. A lot of other places tend to make it so that in the end, you wish you'd just replaced your device. They've given my 11 year old's ipad 5 new life twice now, and their work has a life-of-the-device warranty.

I was impressed with the quick and thorough response I got when I showed up for my appt early. They were done in less than 30 minutes, and showed me the damaged battery they replaced. I was given thorough directions on how the new battery would charge and to bring it back should it not charge like it should. I will definitely be going back to them for any future repairs needed and highly recommend their services to others.

I needed to replace my ipad’s screen and was excited to find this local shop. Their prices looked fair and my sister said she’d had great experiences with them so I made a drop off appointment with their easy online service. The ipad is used for my own small business so it was super convenient they were able to do the work while I waited. The shop is easy to find and their entry is well-equipped to handle waiting customers: coffee, tea, seltzer, comfy seating, and a wide variety of cool books to peruse instead of just People magazine. And free wifi while you wait. Several customers came and went while I was there and the staff treated everyone promptly and with respect—some of them happy customers returning for the excellent service. My ipad screen was fully replaced for just under $100 including tax. It looks brand new and I’m very satisfied with the results. Don’t give the big chain stores your money—support this local shop instead!

My phone was literally run over by a car. I jumped online and booked and appointment with Jet City. They were able to fix it in under 30 minutes. I also really enjoyed the relaxed vibe and professionalism of their office and waiting area. I kind of wanted to just hang out there and have another cup of coffee. Seriously though, it was a nice experience and excellent service. Highly recommend.

Great experience at Jet City Device Repair! We have used the Wallingford location for several items- this time for an iPhone battery replacement. Fast service, great price, & warranty! Much better than Apple Store. In & out in 20 minutes.

Spoiler, they get 11 stars. This place made such an impression that I’m leaving something on the Internet about them. My phone screen was cracked and I was not going to pay Samsung to fix the (9 month old) phone for upwards of $269 and a two week window to boot. The reviews for jet city drew me into the business with that deer in the headlights look you get at the car mechanic. The gentleman at the front desk (I am so sorry I can’t remember your name, but you hit it out of the park), took the phone and started to look it over while listening to my sob story. He says, “You might just be in luck…………did you use a screen cover?”. I did. He pops the phone out of the OtterBox and slides the cracked protector off of my intact phone! I babbled, thank you, etc., while paying a ridiculously fair price for a new screen protector with a lifetime guarantee (see stores for detail!) including installation!! I practically bounced out of the store, thinking about all that Christmas money that I just saved. Then I realized, that man could’ve told me to come back in two hours to pick it up and it’ll be $200. I probably would’ve bounced out of the store even then, thinking I had saved myself $70. As a consumer in the 21st-century, it’s a rare thing to find a business that is not shrinking the product while upping the price. Jet city is professional, obviously ethical, easy to get a hold of or walk in and I have now found a little gem in Seattle to talk about.

A friend recommended Jet City Device Repair to help with an iPhone 13 ear speaker issue. I could not use my phone unless it was on speaker or using earbuds. JCD was awesome! Staff was friendly & professional. They explained the potential issues and offered repair options.
