Almost everytime I would read Jeff’s prompt reply to my insurance company, I would applaud and was amazing at his grit to push back, and his knowledge on every single law that my insurance was overlooking. I could not recommend this team more. Thank you so much for fighting for me.

Had a positive experience with Jeff and his team. I was involved in an auto collision that I was deemed not at fault. Both my and the other party's insurance decided to lowball me on the repairs. I worked with Jeff to get an independent appraisal for repair costs, but my insurance decided to be shady and totaled my car instead. It sucks, but I'd probably still be stuck fighting the repair costs if it wasn't for Jeff. He and his team also took a look at my total loss valuation and laid out the options I could take. tl;dr: Insurance companies will screw you, there is no doubt about that. Don't let them do that to you., have CC of WA on your side.

Waste of time. Failed trying contacting them via email and phone for almost 2 months. So I decided to drive to their physical address listed on the website 8011 Lake City Way NE, Seattle, WA 98125 and it turned out to be a barbershop.

I can not imagine how this place has any positive reviews. I first contacted this place in September under recommendation of a body shop. I submitted an inquiry on their website and after 2 weeks with no response I called them directly. Finally got a call from Robert on 9/21. I filled out their intake form and submitted all the information they requested on 9/25. On 10/17 I emailed and called them, they responded back on 10/26 that they were reviewing the information that day and would have a response by end of day. On 11/2 they emailed me again asking me what services of theirs I wanted to utilize (at this point they hadn't even told me what services they offered or what they could do to help me or responded to any of my questions from my initial inquiry). I responded back immediately and I was advised again that Robert would be sharing the info with Jeff in "todays meeting". I have called the business directly and left several voice mails, I Emailed again on 12/4 and let them know that I had still not heard back from them and have received no response. Still haven't heard back from them. Not sure how a business who can't answer basic questions about what they do or respond to inquiries from willing customers after almost 3 months stays in business. I finally contacted another company in the area that does the same services as this one and got a response in a couple hours, had a full explanation of the services and process involved in this type of issue and a quote for the service that they recommended in less than 2 days. It took this company almost 3 months to do half of that. If you are in need of these services do yourself a favor and call Harber Appraisal instead.

Won’t answer the phones and never returned my emails. Pretty disappointed.

Jeff and his team did an outstanding job helping me navigate a very complicated situation after significant damage was found after my vehicle had been repaired. He went to bat for me with my insurance company and I could not have gotten where I did without his help!

Jeff and his team at CCW were amazing. I'd been battling with both insurance companies (the other driver's and my own) for months to get fair and full payment for the total cost of the repairs to my car by the shop I had selected. Within basically one week of starting to work with CCW, they were able to get my insurance company to make a full payment on my claim (a claim that my own insurance company had originally told me I wasn't even allowed to file). If you need someone to go to bat for you, hire CCW.

He is a certified public Adjuster and automotive repair expert with decades of experience in the field. He explains your rights that insurance companies don't want you to know.

Jeff Butler helped me through an otherwise terrible car accident experience. I was severely undercut by my insurance company. He took adequate time to consider my situation and thoroughly went through many options I did know I had and gave me the confidence I needed in my unique and very technical situation which at first was a bit treacherous to navigate unknowingly but now I have a saturated amount of information and was enabled to move forward through clear waters. If you're reading this review then you're probably in the same situation I was in; Searching for a reputable and knowledgeable place after an accident. I contacted Collision Consulting after my vehicle was already repaired due to suspicions that the repair was inadequate. Sure enough, there was still major damage hidden below paint and body panels. Collision Consulting provided incalculable assistance in correcting the issue. This is the only company I will be trusting in the future and you would be better off if you did the same.
