I called for a part and some man think that I didn't know about the parts and I asked him what is the milage for the car he say that the "milages doesnt matter" i told him "it matters." He think that I am stupit that I don't know about the part and cars. And want to sell me thar part for more. I am not stupit idiot. Is not my fault that you have a job that you don't like. Find another one. This people are scamers. Not everybody is stupit. But the way he hangup at me because I was not agree of saying that thr milages don't matter. Becareful with this people they ripp you off, always call before you go over there. Now i know why thry have bad reviews.
Called for parts and the guy just straight up try to sell me the used part for the price of a new one and when i simply ask if they had. Any wiggle room on the price he just hung up. Be careful, call around first before trying them . They will rip you off if you let them.
Sold me a bad driveshaft and when you tell them they will say the condition of the part is good. Took my vehicle to the driveshaft shop and the carrier bearing which was my initial issue for the purchase is no good also on this one. DO NOT BUY HERE COMPLETE RIP OFF. If you want to throw your money away go here.
First, I've gotta say WOW! I've read the read these reviews & First thing that comes to my mind is.....Are they talking about the same place? I did business with them a year ago and this week. The price was good, they even came down a little more when i asked. Also, they took credit & debt cards. As far as feeling comfortable, I'm the only white guy/gringo around and they made me feel comfortable. I never felt anything BUT comfortable. I would recommend this location on Airline Rd. I don't know about any other locations, I've only been here. The manager (David I think) was respectful, pleasant & so were all the staff that I saw. I saw good people that look you in the eye & shake your hand. I give em 5 outta 5 stars!👍🏻
Good parts reasonable prices ,just bought this motor for a ford f150,2001, 4.6 was the best deal out of all the junk yards here in houston very please....
This place was a good junkyard not anymore came here to purchase a “” Used”” transmission for a 02 chevy silverado first transmission was bad did not try to install it because the torque converter was lock 2nd one not shifting 3 and 4 ., 3rd one start giving problems i found out that they start selling rebuild transmissions that who ever is doing that is not doing it correctly and they want to blame the costumer that it wasnt install correctly and they want you to bring the truck to their place for them to install and charge you more money… which i mean this place is a junkyard not a shop
Most Definitely my to go shop when I need anything for cars! Highly recommend they usually have every item you need in stocks! Great customer service fast, easy, and affordable prices. Any time I need something for my truck this is where I call first. ☎️
Personally when i went from my experience form the first and latest time i’ve gone their customer service has been bettered although some people think it’s bad it’s really the way they express themselves and if you have a problem with that in 2023 then go to a boring junkyard because this junkyard has to be one of the most not only unique but comfortable places yes it might take a while to get your part but they make the wait well worth it and if they don’t have the part they’ll locate it for you they have couches while you wait even free drinks like soda and water and they have warranty on all of their parts so if anything messes up you’ll be good to go
Lied to me asked several times if they had their hands on the part they said but they didn't.. sold me wrong part. Came back to exchange the part after they said they had a different one and then sent me to a different location
Definitely would not recommend this place way overpriced and the customer service is horrible. Very disrespectful. And there is illegal activity going on here and all of the other locations that they run
One worker kept referring to me and my associate as cochino the whole time we were trying to explain to him what we needed and it was very unhelpful throughout the whole process.
Yeah, I get junk yards are pretty self-reliant on your own skill than ability, but when you're not listening to what someone needs and at least point to them in the right direction you need to do better. After an hour I did end up finding what I needed with no help
Poor customer service they don’t seem to care I get it business is good you guy’s have money. But remember who got you there the customer’s. Part’s are sold at price’s as if they we’re new. the guy’s working the front desk are rude and will cut you off and just send you to the back to look for someone that you won’t find.
