Such a great family tradition to visit each year. We love walking around and seeing the vendors and enjoying the decorations. Crowd was big when we went and all the food lines were long but we still found our way around and picked up a few things while we were at it.

Philadelphia's annual Christmas Village is a true holiday market modeled after the traditional German Christmas markets. The streets and alleys of the Greater Philadelphia area have been illuminated by festive lights. The colorful Christmas decorations, the lively holiday atmosphere, and the dazzling array of holiday events all seem like a winter extravaganza, awaiting every visitor who sets foot on this land. Made in Philadelphia Holiday Market: A creative market dedicated to local artisans! Featuring the best works of Philadelphia's local artists, designers, handcraft masters and jewelers. It's the first choice for buying souvenirs. Rothman Orthopaedics Ice Rink: The park's super popular outdoor ice rink is back with a bang! Put on your skates and step onto the ice to experience the speed and excitement of winter. Rothman Orthopaedics Cabin: A brand-new upgraded cozy log cabin! You can enjoy a pleasant meal and a drink indoors, or gather around the warm bonfire to chat, creating a full atmosphere of warmth and comfort. The festival activities in the Vendor Village are diverse and the decorations are so beautiful that they are dazzling. There are wonderful performances on site, snacks and delicacies that can be paid for as needed, and a brilliant Christmas tree. One million twinkling lights will illuminate the entire village, making it seem like stepping into a fairy tale world.

Does NOT have the infrastructure to support the large amounts of people coming to the markets. Many markets were so close to each other that you could barely walk. Crowds are not the fault of the markets but the infrastructure can for sure be planned more properly. Pop ups were all cool and intriguing. Husky Jawn and the Mulled wine pop-ups are the best. They are my must-see stands.

Great place to purchase gifts from small businesses and feel all the holiday vibes!

Very nice place to find all kinds kf handmade arts and craft, souvenirs, and ornaments. A good selection of food and drink to partake in with friends and family. Beautiful to visit at night and take some great pictures especially at the iconic LOVE park sign.

The Christmas Village in Philadelphia was absolutely adorable and full of holiday cheer! ?✨ The ice-skating rink was very crowded, but honestly that just added to the festive energy. There were so many unique vendors—everything from Eagles-themed Christmas gear to beautiful hand-blown ornaments you could watch being made. Yes, it was cold, but the lights, music, and cozy atmosphere made it such an inviting and magical experience. Definitely worth bundling up for and visiting if you’re in the city during the holidays!

The Christmas Village in Philadelphia is very festive and beautifully set up, with a nice variety of shops offering unique gifts and food. I liked that there are areas where you can sit and enjoy what you buy. The atmosphere is great and perfect for the holidays, though prices are on the higher side. Still a fun experience and worth visiting at least once during the season. ?✨

So many shops and goodies to try! We come at least twice a year. If you want to ice skate, make sure you make a reservation. There are time slots that fill up. Try the hot beverages with refillable mug! I like the spiked version, personally. ? Drining the evening, the lights are all lit and its just BEAUTIFUL! There are many unique vendors to shop at, and all take card or cash.

The village is nice. Lots of food, drinks, and stalls with all kinds of nice stuff. But it’s way too crowded on a Saturday at noon. We went and could barely walk around let alone get close to stalls or food. Everything had a long line.

Visiting Philly's Christmas Village is one of our favorite holiday traditions. There 's a wide variety of unique gifts at a reasonable price, and many are eco-friendly and hand-crafted. It's a great spot to grab a snack, warm beverage and hang out to people-watch in Love Park. Every year, a German company sets up a large tent to display and sell their beautifully hand-crafted Christmas ornaments and decorations. It's fun just to wander through their store. Over the years, we've bought art posters, knitwear, and food gifts at the village.

My son took me here for the first time. It was absolutely beautiful and I loved every single part of it ! I definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to experience a different kind of Christmas and with all the different vendors. We also went to the light show in the old Wanamaker Building and that was amazing !

Overpriced. Overcrowded. Overpriced. Did I mention overpriced? Not the charming village i was expecting. Not the "handmade" stuff I expected to find. A few huts were, but mostly not. Kind of like the boardwalk.

It was my first time visiting the Christmas village and I liked it. There were a lot of vendors selling everything from food, clothes, ornaments to Philly souvenirs, but some of them were not opened. The fudges were really good, and there was a good variety of ornaments if you enjoy holiday decor. In general prices are a bit high, but if you're just passing by Philly I would say it is a nice spot to go to.

we were in town visiting for the parade. nice to walk around. the tea with the honey already in the bags was delicious and is the same price as in Amazon. Should have checked while there a got another bag.

Christmas Village is a wonderful way to spend the day! You can get some shopping done and enjoy some delicious local treats, too! It is worth the trip!

Place is good but parking is, way expensive than expected

Philly’s Christmas village is a good effort towards creating a traditional European Christmas market. Hot beverages and collectible mugs. Vendors in cute little sheds, ice-skating, decorations, and lots of festivities. I give them an A+ for effort. Crowds are always ridiculous regardless.

We went on a Friday night and minus the insane amount of people, thought it was really cool! They had the ice rink off to one side with seating and outdoor heaters. To the side was a Ferris wheel and a few little vendors(more for kids), and if you walked into the middle, a merry go round! Within that middle section is a vendor selling spiked hot cocoa and apple cider. Get it, I promise you won't regret it! You can also purchase it in a souvenir mug(which of course we did!) but the price wasn't over the top. There was about 15 vendors in the one section and another 25 or so in the other. The bigger one offered a lot more food options! We tried about 5 and safe to say, YUM! The Christmas tree was so beautifully decorated, as was the entire village. It was magical. Next year, we'll be coming back-just not on a Friday night!

The Christmas Village in Philly is awesome! It's got this charming European vibe with cute little stalls selling handmade crafts, delicious food, and hot cocoa. The lights and decorations are super festive, making it perfect for getting into the holiday spirit. Plus, there are usually live performances and activities for everyone! If you love Christmas vibes, it’s definitely worth checking out! ?❤️

Great atmosphere, full of Christmas spirit. Ferris wheel,mini train ride and carousel along with shopping,food,snacks and beverages. Christmas music ,lights ... We went twice this winter , had a ball both times ?

Visiting the Christmas Village today with the family. Spectacular! This has been our 2nd year coming. So many vendors to choose from. Bought a few sweaters and pullovers from the Alpaca Wool Boutique. It’s close to the main entrance near the LOVE sign. Also check out the food area and get your German bratwurst with sauerkraut! Excellent flavor and very traditional. Little pricey($12) They offered lots of different food staples from Germany. Make sure you visit the Christmas Tree Display. Every different kind of decorated Christmas tree from local businesses. Hours Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday is 12pm-8 pm. Friday and Saturday is 12pm-9pm. Sunday 12pm-8pm.

The Christmas Village was bigger than I expected. There were a lot of merchandise and food/beverage vendors. Definitely go during the week as there were no crowds or long lines. There was a great large selection of food. I tried the Cherry Streusel which was fantastic! ???❄️⛄??

The wife and I had a great time. Lots of shops and food items including a few breweries and spirit options. More kid-friendly over at Dilworth park which has skating rink, Carousel and more room to move as Love Park can get a little packed if you have multiple little kiddos.

Fun and festive but also full and hard to actually look at the things that were for sale in the little vendor shops. It is helpful to have an event map on your phone or from the information booth. Please know there are two very different bathroom options. One is a row of unlit and trashy outhouses, The other is a row of bathrooms that have light and conveniences so make sure you find that one! ☺️ Enjoyed the food options and can definitely recommend the bratwurst with sauerkraut.

I love how they deck out the city for the holidays it's a beautiful sight! There's alot to see with the family or with your spouse from pop up shops selling all kinds of things to food. Lights are festive and warm with lots of picture ready areas. They also have a section opened in city hall should you need to use the restroom which is super convenient. Great place to go during the holidays ?✨️

One of the best spots for an outing during the Christmas timeframe. Went here late November and it was extremely beautiful. There were plenty of small business shops to shop from. Along with plenty of coffee and hot chocolate. They also had hot wine and ciders and beers. The decoration is beautiful and it could be crowded over the weekend. Make sure you have enough winter clothing as it gets cold after being there for a few hours. Street parking could be hard to find. Also they have on-site toilets and washrooms.
