This place is a rip off. Came to pick my car up and have AAA tow it out… AAA are not allowed to go in the yard to tow the car out and this business won’t bring the car out and if you want that service then they want you to pay $75. What sense does that make when you towed the car in there?? The men at this business are not nice and neither is the service. They know exactly what they are doing by robbing people.
I found this place on Moorestown market place,They were the only place around with the parts we needed,Staff was Nice, Prices were reasonable, would definitely recommend to family and friends
Words cannot describe how happy I am with this establishment. Kudos and a huge shout out to the husband and wife that run the place. They had exactly what I needed fast removal and lowest price around.
While service was relatively fast to arrive due to proximity, the ride to my destination was slowww. The entire drive, the driver talked negatively about “foreigners” moving into the city and much more. Also, when we arrived, I was pressured to pay cash and when I said I could not (who carries $120 on them at all times??), it was treated as a grave inconvenience.
Rude nasty. I had a car accident on a Thursday. My 7 year old was taken to the children’ trauma hospital in Baltimore. I called Sunday morning as soon as I got home. I left a voice mail. 2seconds after hanging up phone rings it’s Dave’s towing screaming we are closed on Sunday call the police I have and I own this business I close when I want. I said will I be charged for Sunday he screams again yep. I said I have been in hospital with my daughter and just got home. O well he stated come tomorrow with the money. I have never in my life been so disrespected by a business owner. Not to mention the lack of empathy.
This is in response to Russell Robinson. Mr. Robinson purchased a used rear on May 22, 2019 and was provided a receipt that clearly stated 30 day return. Mr. Robinson never called or present himself with an issue until October 16, 2019. When he did come into the office, he came with no receipt as proof of purchase and stated to one of the parts guys that we verbally gave him a 1 year warranty. Under NO circumstances would we, or would any other salvage yard give a 1 year warranty on anything. That is simply unheard of. You purchase USED PARTS, knowing that they are used! Mr. Robinson came into the office with an attitude because we asked for his receipt. He did not pay $400.00, he paid $300.00. Continued to argue that he was granted the 1 year. After continuously being persistent, he was asked to leave, which he did. Then turned around and walked back into our yard, past the office, where again, it clearly states do not enter. That is when the parts man went out to tell him to leave, that NO ONE is permitted past the building. He proceeded to go to his truck and grab some kind of bar out of the truck bed while screaming. I am assuming a scare tactic. but he never came back in. About 1/2 hour later Mr. Robinson came back and snuck into the yard in between our fence and an employees car to put a note that he called the BBB. The following day, Mr. Robinson called with the same story about the warranty and was told the same thing. He was then put on the phone with Management, who once again explained the return policy, which has been the same for over 40 years. Out of the kindness of his heart, he agreed to speak to Mr. Robinson in person. Mr. Robinson said he brought a dog with him for protection. He was asked to come it and not to bring the dog. After speaking with management, we agreed to get Mr. Robinson another rear at a discounted price, but not to refund any money. If Mr. Robinson would have presented himself in a professional manner, as we conducted ourselves, he might have made out a little better. We have not stayed in business for over 40 years by treating people poorly.
Today this guy ran me off the property cause of what? I brought a rear end for my truck ,used, and was told the wrong return time. Now it is 30 days to return something you brought. Never knew that. I would not have spent 400 dollars on a part guaranteed for 30 days. Totally wrong and the gentleman had a bad attitude. Bad business and bad attitude.
Look at him come out to stop me from asking the other guys a question.

Just called to ask for towing of a car parked in violation of a no parking sign based on city permit and ticketed by Police. Told me they don't do that and then just hung up on me! Wow. Guess they never heard of customer service. Do not patronize them. Terrible communication
Called for a tow truck, told me they'd be there in an hour. An hour and a half later I call back since no one showed up and they tell me sorry we're not coming. No warning, no calls, no nothing. Completely unprofessional. Stay away!
Best towing services in Philadelphia, I hired these guys from Dave’s Delaware to tow my car, they showed up really fast and they towed my car in a caring manner and also their services very affordable. Excellent services and even a better price.
My car had given up on my in the middle of the freeway. I called Dave's Towing and they came to the rescue in no time. So frantic that I was stranded on the freeway at night, I didn't bother to ask what their prices were. I thought they were going to charge an arm an a leg for their service but once they towed my car I was relieved that their prices were reasonably low and the guy even threw in a discount.
I just want to say thanks again to these guys, I was on my way to an interview when my car broke down, I was mortified! I called Dave's Towing and they came to my rescue right away. They towed my car to safety and were able to fix it on the spot. Luckily I like to be extra early, so I made it to my interview right on time. I owe it to this towing company, so call them when you need towing.
