Avoid this place. They were better several years ago when they were Service King. I went back to them and the front desk was rude and short with me. They seemed completely disinterested in servicing my car since I asked to not go through insurance unless the repairs ended up being well over my deductible. They seemed annoyed at the request and never even gave me an estimate. To me that indicates they're using insurance claims as a free ticket. I'd stay away.
Very helpful team especially Don & Adrian! Took their time to hear my concerns on the phone, in person, and test drive my car several times until the problem was identified!
I had an excellent experience with Crash Champions. I dropped my car off on a Friday and had it back on Wed right before the holiday. So fast and the work was perfect. I cannot recommend them enough.

My entire front bumper and sensors were out of commission, the team, with Don went above and beyond finished 2 weeks early.
Then I forgot to give them my front license plate to reinstall so Adrian installed it for me on a Saturday morning... You really can't beat that.

1. Delayed repair completion time but customer not informed in a timely manner- car showed estimate ready time Friday but was not contacted and no update on the car status. Called the store the next Monday and was told not ready and took another 8 days to get the car back. Failure to update resulted in my rental being returned without the car.
2. The store did not properly care for the EV/plugin hybrid cars. My car's high voltage battery was drained to less than 10% during the time there and was not charged even after the owner's request. This will decrease battery's health due to the store's negligence. The rep keeps on promising it'll be changed but it was never done despite the portal charger was in the car. If I have to do it again I will not bring my car here due to the risk to my car's battery. A warning to any EV or plugin hybrid owners to think again before bringing your car here.
Overall, the repair was done well but complete disregard of owners vehicle type and communication issue made this experience less than satisfactory.
Great customer service, I spoke and dealt with Richard he was very helpful and assured the job was done to the best of there abilities, and honestly it looks very good I’m very happy with the way the car turned out
I was referred to Crash Champions by (Progressive). The repair was done quickly—within a few days—and my car looks great. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful especially the service advisor Rob. They kept me updated and didn't try to upsell anything. I highly recommend Crash Champions for anyone needing honest and reliable auto repairs.
Since rebranding from Service King to Crash Champions, their work went from pretty good to below par.
- They no longer follow-up. You have to call them regularly to get status updates on your vehicle.
- Missed details with car repairs. I had to return multiple times to fix 3-4 miscellaneous small items properly.
- They order cheap replacement parts, some not even matching your vehicle. Pay close attention to what they replace, as you may find certain (premium) features missing on the replacement parts.
I used to recommend this Service King location to others, but I now would recommend you avoid until they get their act together.
I will like to thank crash champions for taking care of my mom! I made one call made the appt they did the rest! My mom was very happy with her Chevy cleaned it inside out! Looks like it was never damage! Even fixed her turn signal which wasn’t blinking properly! My mom was very satisfied and so was I! The people are very nice! The guy who I spoke to who explained everything and the young lady who we talk to! They had my mom car ready in a week! Thanks again!
Originally took my car to Crash Champions in Lancaster, PA but was told it be completed quicker at their South Philly shop. Kevin & team at the South Philly Crash Champions shop were fantastic in fixing my 2022 Toyota RAV4 after my car accident. They completed the car in a timely fashion and it was in great shape when I picked it up. I highly recommend this shop!
I got my car repaired at the Essington location in Philadelphia PA.
I dropped my car off on Monday, April 8th and it was ready by Saturday, April 13th (fast turn around time).
The problem was the clean up of inside my car once the job was complete.
It was sooo much dust INSIDE the car that i had to go straight to a car wash facility and vacuum my car out quickly before I put my kids in the car.
Also, the side that did not have damage, one of the door trim panel was halfway off, look like the panel was either bumped or taken off and half way put back on.
I returned to the Essington shop and spoke to Mr. Kevin Clifton who assisted me and informed him of all the problems. He did apologize for the messy clean up and said "dust do get inside the car and the repair guy probably FORGOT to do a clean up!"
The reason i went to Service King, now named Crash Champions is because the reviews said "fast turnaround" and that's TRUE and "excellent cleaning your car!" Absolutely not true! Maybe my car got missed but how do a repair person FORGET to clean out a customer car when they know soooo much dust get inside the car?
Kevin did inform me to come back and he'll get somebody to clean my car inside, it might now be a deep clean but he can get somebody to do what should have been done.
I am disappointed with my experience with Service King now named Crash Champions especially since i have to drive an hour to get to this location and one day have to return back for the inside of my car to get a cleaning AFTER i already removed all that dust, disappointed customer indeed!

Five stars isn't enough. Had my car towed here for repairs and from start to finish - the towing, through the repairs being finished - I not only received text message updates, but also got several calls keeping me up to date on the status of my car. HUGE shout out to Adrian who kept me in the loop and was so pleasant to talk to in an otherwise VERY unpleasant situation. Also my car is *clean*. *CRISP*. Looks better than the day I picked it up. Kevin and the team at Service King / Crash Champions are wonderful. We found this shop searching online literally on the side of the road after I was in an accident nearby, and are so glad we did. Kevin was very kind and accomodating, allowing us to bring the car to them (even though insurance was being slow!) when others had turned us away, and even helped me navigate the car there safely. Once the car was dropped off Kevin helped explain all the options I had so that I could understand the process and make the most informed decision about my vehicle. Exceeding expectations with every visit. This is my second time choosing Crash Champions through my GEICO insurance claim. Staff are courteous and top notch—even went above and beyond to fill up one of the tires in my rental car when I saw the PSI was running low. Repairs are done quickly and with quality work. And my favorite part…my car is always cleaner for pick up than when I originally dropped it off! I will definitely continue to use Crash Champions for my auto repair needs, and I would highly recommend their work.
My auto insurance referred me to Service King for repairs. My car was ready one week after I dropped it off and it looks brand new. They even cleaned & vacuumed the interior. Super easy process, and they stayed communicative with updates by text. Everyone I interacted with there was professional and kind. Overall, a good experience using Service King.
They are absolutely amazing I was having such a hard time dealing with my car being stolen and on top of it I had to pay 750 to get my car back and they were very helpful I didn't have to fo back my car ran like new the general manager is an absolutely amazing guy we had great conversation each time I called to get updates on my car I was never not informed. I knew the process the parts and the mechanic who worked on my car. They are great any type of issues with my vehicle I will only go there and 1 other shop!!! They are great💪💪💪💪
My husband got T-boned two weeks ago and was so upset his car was heavily damaged passenger side. Service King took care of us and the car with such grace. It was a no-stress, seamless process. They made sure a rental car was available for us to use while our car was being worked on, and the car looks like it was never touched. They also detailed the car! I was directed to Service King after someone smashed my Honda's window and damaged the regulator. I dropped off the car with Adrian on Monday evening and he was helpful and kind. They didn't have the replacement part in stock but they kept me updated with phone calls and texts, which I really appreciated. My car was fixed by Thursday evening. Tyler signed me out at the front desk and took care of returning my Enterprise rental too. Having my car vandalized was stressful and Service King made it suck less - thank you so much!
20/10 Rating! Not only did the body work look great after my bumper got hit, but the customer service was top notch!! Hopefully I won't have to take my car back in again, but if I ever have to, I will 100% go to Service King. Thanks for the great customer service.

We had our car repaired at the Essington Ave. location after an accident. It did take a few weeks to get an appointment but that is normal when you go to any business that provieds great service.
All of the staff members were helpful but Adrian definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the service we received from Service King. We were so happy with the service that we referred our cousin to this Service King location when he was in an accident the weekend after we picked our car up.
I would definitely recommend them again!

Service here is above and beyond! I dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday morning and got it back after work on Friday of the same week! Not only did they repair the damages I took it in for; I received my vehicle in better condition than when I dropped it off. My vehicle washed, vacuumed, cleaned inside and out! Kudos to the team here, and Chris was very helpful explaining the process and the service report when it was time to pick up the vehicle. Would highly recommend to others that need work done on their cars!!

Service King provided the best body work and overall repair experience I've seen to date. I am blown away by the responsiveness, quality of repair, timeliness and cleanliness of my car after the fact--what a nice touch! I can't speak to the price because another driver's insurance was paying for my repairs, but everything else was spot on. 10/10 would recommend.
I had one of my cars fixed here a few years ago and had a great experience so I opted to try them again. The estimate process was short and easy. I pulled up, Melissa came out to assess the car and emailed the estimate to me within the hour. I highly recommend them.
