I had a wonderful experience today. I got a flat tire and I requested roadside service for help. Angel and Jay were very prompt and provided excellent customer service. I was scared and alone on the road in Philadelphia early in the morning, but they arrived quickly, took care of my car, and even gave me a ride. I highly recommend their service.
Great customer service and reliable, Jordan came out twice to help me on two separate occasions big shout out to him he was very professional too. Thats the kind of person you want working for your company.
My car was stuck on a pile of snow and wheels weren’t on the ground. Jay came on time as discussed with a professional, pleasant demeanor and assessed my car and was able to extract it with 2 mins. Thank you.

One of MrKitts tow trucks damaged my daughter’s car as it was parked. I’m not sure if the guys knew they hit her car but we got a video and identified the truck. I called Mr Kitt and he immediately looked it up and verified it was his drivers. He picked up my daughter’s car and repaired it and got her a rental car to use. Business owners can’t control everything that happens on the road but when Mr Kitt realized what happened he took full responsibility and made things right. Thank you for being a great guy and doing the right thing Mr Kitt!
I’ve been utilizing Mr. Kitts services for some many years. He is consistently thorough and kept my old car on the road safely. Because of the integrity of his shop, I am comfortable with my mother getting service there as well. Aesthetically, it’s clean, comfortable, inviting and I don’t mind waiting when service calls for it. I can get work done without issue and the internet is strong. The full team from the guys in the shop to the office are kind and work to a high standard.
Mr. Kitt also took time out to speak with an inspire and young person interested in the auto mechanics field. I’ll continue to utilize their service and highly recommend for others.
The first real cold day of the year .My car will not start!! Several attempts were made to jump start the battery by some awesome people , but we failed. I call AAA. Mr Kitt came to my rescue, fast! The driver said “ I will get it started …give me your keys.” He was confident! Five minute later, the car started! It was the starter! Fabulous awesome job!!! Thank you!!
Jay took care of my mom’s car quick and fas and took the car back to Mr Kitts Auto repair where the mechanics found the issue and fix the car so this is 2 great reviews is not to many places where u can get your car towed and fixed with both good service. I’m glad use them
I recommend this tow service to anybody who needs tow. My tow driver was great positive energy very informative in a nice person to talk. I definitely recommend this to service. Frank was especially really good at his job and very knowledgeable of the tow business. And I will also add that there tow trucks are very clear.
Mr Kitt and the staff are WONDERFUL. Very professional and friendly. They put an engine in my 2009 Tahoe. I was up in running in 3 days with no issues. Highly recommend Mr Kitts.
What can I say? NEVER underestimate the power of a woman. I was at my wit's end and then Jennifer showed up. What a blessing. I needed a flatbed tow because I had blown TWO tires on Sylvia, my beautiful Honda Rodgeline,. Jennifer reassured me and, without hesitation, proceeded to load my truck and secure it onto the huge flatbed and away we went. When we reached the repair shop, she unloaded Sylvia and stayed with me until my ride home arrived. Wonderful, Wonderful Service! Praise the Lord!
Incredible service from James while picking up our car from an offramp on 476. He skillfully towed the truck from an extremely difficult position, crossed highway traffic (!) and was kind and helpful taking the car to a mechanic 15 miles from the pickup site. Better than 5 star service.
I called triple A for a tow. They sent someone within 15 minutes, very quick and helpful on spot. James was the tow truck driver. He was patient, very knowledgeable, and helpful! He towed it to Auto Zone where i only needed a small piece and my car was up and running. Would definitely recommend this tow company!

By far, the fastest response time I have ever had as a AAA member. James called me within a minute of my placing a call for roadside assistance. He arrived within fifteen minutes of that call. He was professional, personable, courteous and compassionate. He resolved my car issue within seconds and I was on my way. Thank you so much to Tyrone, who helped tow my car across town when I had to move!! Tyrone was extremely kind, efficient, skillful, and careful with my car, and even found the best parking spot on the street for it!! And it was a narrow street, and Tyrone was able to position the car perfectly and very carefully place the car in the spot. All while maneuvering that large tow truck and staying perfectly calm. I was very thankful to Tyrone for all of his help!! I highly recommend Mr. Kitts and Tyrone to anyone who needs their car moved!!
This morning my car wouldn't start. I called AAA and the set out Mr. kitts towing and recovery. I told my driver that it was my starter he assured me that it wasn't and I repeatedly told him he was wrong. Respectfully the driver Howard said sir please let me check first. Long story short he definitely knew what he was talking about. This saved me so much money he has know idea. I am so thankful for Howard. He is a stand up guy.

Great friendly, understanding customer service when I was calling in for a tow waited about 45 minutes until they arrived on scene. I used Mr. Kitt’s Towing and Recovery via AAA today for my Chevy Trax around 2:30 today. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he was amazing! Came early, was super fast and efficient. Got my car to the service station no problem. The greatest thing about him was his personality. He was very positive and just wonderful. I would use this company again, with or without AAA. Way to go guys! For going above and behind and making my experience phenomenal.
Over the course of a month, my daughters car required service on multiple occasions. Couldn’t figure out why the car wasn’t running right . After 2 tows to the shop, six spark plugs, a coil, a chewed up MAF Filter/sensor and a daughter’s panic attack, Kitt and his team were able to get to the issues and fix the problem! The car is up and running!!
Kitt is honest, transparent and a true professional! Sometimes hard to come by these days! It’s good to know good people still exist!

I came here to have my oil changed and new rear tires put on. From the phone call, to the interaction with the gentleman at the front, to speaking with Mr. Kitt himself once my car was done, this was a comfortable and heartening experience. They go above and beyond here because when it's the right thing to do, it's the right thing to do.
I'm no fool when it comes to car care thanks to my dad, but as a woman, I'm often wary of what perception a male mechanic might have of me. Am i going to be overcharged? Condescended to? Will there be somewhere comfortable and safe to wait for the work to be done? I say this as someone who prefers to patronize local and small business whenever possible.
Apparently, this was part of the owner's motivation for making sure his shop was welcoming and trustworthy: what setting and service would his wife, daughter, mother, sister feel comfortable with if they had to take their vehicles to a shop? I appreciate this consideration sincerely. And, with their 9 year anniversary coming up next month, it's clear they are doing something very right here. The shop and waiting area are clean, the customer service is on point, the work is superb and thorough, and they make take a little while, but that's because they're popular for a reason, and they don't rush the repairs. Add to all that I had a great time waiting for my car to be done because the folks who work here are genuine and funny.
I could say plenty, but the point is they are professional, honest, transparent, and willing to educate any car owner on the work they are doing and why. It inspires a great deal of confidence in me, and I'm sure I'm not alone in that sentiment.
I am a guaranteed return customer, and grateful to have found this treasure of an auto shop so close to home!
Mr Kitts Service Center is a awesome place to take your vehicle to get serviced. The staff is very Professional. And don't forget he will even tow it for you. And remember Excellent work from excellent people.
Let me start by saying don’t make the same mistake I did, GO HERE FIRST!!!! They keep coming through for the win. I needed a lift kit installed. 4 wheel parts gave me the run around for a month. Until they finally said they couldn’t install the lift. Not to mention I bought the lift from them 😩. Called Mr. Kitts, had it done in 2 days. Needed my exhaust manifold replaced! The bolts needed to be extracted. Nobody wanted to touch this job or they made it sound so complicated just to try and charge me up. Came through Mr. Kitts and got a great price. And was able to get it taken care of the same day. This is my new shop. I will not make the same mistake of going somewhere else! Unless it’s something they don’t cover.
