I went here a few months ago when I needed a rear headlight. Not only was service fast and efficient, but G also came out to help me install the light! It was a very fast, and knowledge filled experience! I learned a lot and would highly recommend coming here if you are in need and in the area!
Just stopped by to grab new windshield wipers. Great pricing and excellent service! Tom/Dom walked with me to my car to do the install and was very friendly and nice. Highly recommend.
Pleasureable. I had a problem with my windshield wipers, and I thought calling them back about the installation would be a bust. They happily invited me back to the store and installed all three in minutes. No charge, no wait. ?
G was amazing! from ordering the parts that we needed to replacing a defective part, he was the most pleasant easy to work with person. Came here because my oil pan was leaking and I needed to pick up a quart of oil to top off my car. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly and helped me find exactly what I need. just about all you can ask for when it comes to an auto parts store.

Came to the store to buy 2 front struts took them to my mechanic he said I didn't need them so he called them and ask can I return them for the parts that I need they said sure but instead of them deducting the money from out the struts that I had bought which was $341. They re-charge me $146, then they had a nerve to return the $146 and keep the $341 and now he don't want to give me my money from the receipt from the change of the $341 which will be $194 and some change if you ever go to them be sure to have money in cash. Do not use your debit card credit card nothing they are crooks, they do they went down here. They gave me the runaround for three days and still didn't process my money back. Terrible people.
Awesome customer service! My car would not start. I called and since I was so close, they came over, took the battery back and tested to confirm it was bad. They brought out a new battery and put it in for me. Thank you so much!
Living across the street from this place, I knew it would come in handy one day. They came out, took my car battery out and replaced it with a new one, all out in the rain. Awesome customer service and really nice people.

A parts store that's off the beaten path of other stores. Had to really look for this place or would have passed it! Store seems cluttered and overcrowded with parts and a small amount of space, but this is the place where you will find what you can't at the other parts store. People working there are knowledgeable about the parts you need.
An employee was nice enough to come out and help me put the brake fluid in my car. Great customer service, very knowledgeable , and affordable! Love to support a local business like this.
Incredibly helpful. Car battery was dead and they came to my vehicle to figure out exactly what was needed and replaced the battery for me. Very grateful to have this business in Northern Liberties.
The service was excellent because when doesn't work with cars it's a foreign language but not here they helped me to understand all I needed to know to make the right decision.

They found a completely random metric lug nut socket for me and had it to me the next day. Just moved to the area and these guys will be my go to parts store. Super knowledgeable!
