Pleasureable. I had a problem with my windshield wipers, and I thought calling them back about the installation would be a bust. They happily invited me back to the store and installed all three in minutes. No charge, no wait. ?

G was amazing! from ordering the parts that we needed to replacing a defective part, he was the most pleasant easy to work with person. Excellent service and quality, coming back anytime my car breaks down

Came here because my oil pan was leaking and I needed to pick up a quart of oil to top off my car. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly and helped me find exactly what I need. just about all you can ask for when it comes to an auto parts store.

Boe is my man! He has been selling me parts for my vehicle for years. If you want parts for your car......call Carquest....4th. Girard Avenue. ask for Boe!!!!!!?

Came to the store to buy 2 front struts took them to my mechanic he said I didn't need them so he called them and ask can I return them for the parts that I need they said sure but instead of them deducting the money from out the struts that I had bought which was $341. They re-charge me $146, then they had a nerve to return the $146 and keep the $341 and now he don't want to give me my money from the receipt from the change of the $341 which will be $194 and some change if you ever go to them be sure to have money in cash. Do not use your debit card credit card nothing they are crooks, they do they went down here. They gave me the runaround for three days and still didn't process my money back. Terrible people.

Awesome customer service! My car would not start. I called and since I was so close, they came over, took the battery back and tested to confirm it was bad. They brought out a new battery and put it in for me. Thank you so much!

Classic dump. Messy. They gave me 5 qt oil in a big bag, and one leaked everywhere.

Living across the street from this place, I knew it would come in handy one day. They came out, took my car battery out and replaced it with a new one, all out in the rain. Awesome customer service and really nice people.

Staff there are professional and gave me the precise parts for my vehicle. I didn't have to guess or help them guess the right fit....the were on point!

A parts store that's off the beaten path of other stores. Had to really look for this place or would have passed it! Store seems cluttered and overcrowded with parts and a small amount of space, but this is the place where you will find what you can't at the other parts store. People working there are knowledgeable about the parts you need.

They found a completely random metric lug nut socket for me and had it to me the next day. Just moved to the area and these guys will be my go to parts store. Super knowledgeable!
