amazing service! they helped me out so quick when my car was on a scammer lot that tried to charge me $150 a day. bob’s only charges $35 and everyone there was sooo nice and helpful. the lady in the office was great and so was every tow guy I ran into on the property! i came to clean out my car and everyone that saw me asked if i needed help. they’re all very genuine people and that is rare these days. 100% will be calling them if i ever need a tow again, HOPEFULLY I DONT LOL

Driver was professional and safely transported my vehicle to the service center. Communication could have been a little quicker, but overall service was good.I need my disabled car towed for my car appointment today and the y helped dropped it off to the service center.

I had a great experience with Bob’s towing. The lady who scheduled my tow was really nice and professional. Ed the tow truck driver was very nice and friendly. I will be using their towing service again.

I was stuck he got me out and got me to my house
Car had low battery charge super low
And he got me home and charge up the battery enough to get me to my alleyway (the back of my house)

So the update for the owner saying it's a fake review but actually is not and this is the receipt and you can go check with your dispatcher I came there the first time and the second time and the third time and no one fix my car I had to go to Toyota to fix it and paid again the same amount i paid in your place big mistake that I can’t dispute because I paid with Cash App (Very bad experience with this place it’s scam people, my car been towed because I had problem with the alternator they told me they can fix it, i paid 600$ They put a Chinese parts)

Great hands down the best and the driver was awesome really cool!…I will definitely use them again.

This is most predatory towing company i encountered sofar, I park my semi at the Planet Fitness shopping Center, truck not obstacaluzing anything, so when to use the gym for one hr and went i came outside I saw that gigant thing in my windshield, so called the number lady told me that I hast to pay $550 to have it removed so they called one of the dirty tow truck driver they have in the are, which i think is the same one installed that thing on my truck, so he cut me a deal for $475 to remove it, when the sign they have in there a sign that says that the maximum amount per vehicle issued a fine will be $175 but in my case was the triple because it is a bigger vehicle, that should have been illegal for many reasons, I only stayed there for about an hr, installed something in my property, and force me to pay crazy money just because they know that they can take advantage on the situation.

Operator of Tow Truck did fantastic job getting me and my Car where we needed to be. I couldn't complain about a single thing! From Phone Operator to Truck Operator Excellent Service!

This is your boy straight outta Philly saying that this towing company is awesome the price is the cheapest in the city and they get to quickly do games. You can pay cash or with a card and they are friendly. Customer service at 1000% give him a call if you need towing services today you won't be left hanging

My experience was amazing. From the moment the lady answered the phone all the way up until Joey dropped us off in front of my house. They were amazing. Not to mention the Joey got to us in 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend.

First time using for a car tow and I can say, not bad. The man was respectful and even gave me some good advice on car troubles. If you ever find yourself having car issues, give this company a chance.

Best service ever they came to help me with my car lockout and 10 minutes. I called another company they called me 8 hours after that the job was done by BOB’S TOWING

I went to go pick up medication refills that I needed at my CVS on 401 Spring Garden, and parked on the mini mall next door. A guy saw me parking at 325 Spring Garden and walk to the CVS. When i came back not even 10 minutes later there was a barnacle was placed in my windshield and he said my car was gonna be towed if I didn’t pay $150. He said he could cut me a deal for $100. Then he points out to a sign that you can’t even see. How is that legal? According to City of Philadelphia Code § 9-605(11)(d), vehicles on private property cannot be handled or immobilized without a prior police ticket. My car was not ticketed, so the operator’s actions were illegal. (Bill No. 160682). They also have to provide all types of payment, including cards, not just QR scanning. And the signs as per the Code has to be 36” x 36”, with the company name, phone number and information has to be displayed, the sign that stipulates “no walk offs”, with no company name, and is not properly sized, according to the Code. It is facing away from the parking lot and is not visible due to location and improper sizing. This is a predatory company that I will be reporting to the council, the Department of Licensing and Inspection and the Philadelphia Police Department due to not upholding the requirements for the Bill No. 160682. Minimum they could have done was give a warning if they’re sitting out just waiting for people to walk off like they did.

Great Customer Service from beginning to end. Tow was also reasonably priced and I didn’t feel taken advantage of as a woman.

My service was fast and courteous. The dispatch attendant was super sympathetic to my situation and immediately sent Edward out to tow my daughter’s car. Ed rode around tirelessly near the drop point looking for a convenient, safe and easily accessible place to leave the car for our mechanic.

Jason was super, handles equipment well. Price was a bit much then I am on social security for the fixed income so it was kind of a good amount for me going 8 to 10 blocks

The tow service was Great, the price not so much. I was only about 5 mins away from my house and I was charged 105. That's insane, obviously I was able to pay it, but I wouldn't if I could have helped it. That's steep for MOST ppl.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Car Towing Service!

I recently used A Bob’s Towing for car towing, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the service was professional, reliable, and efficient. The team arrived promptly and handled my vehicle with great care, ensuring it was safely transported without any issues.

The process was quick and seamless. The person on the phone was accommodating. The driver came within the time frame and was very nice. I would recommend this company any time. I’m very appreciative of the great customer service from everyone that I experienced.

Only issue was the wait time, I was told 40 min by office but end up being 2 hrs.. other then that the driver was great, very fast and definitely knows what he's doing.. I would definitely use them again.

The dispatcher was very nice but better communication ks needed between. The office and driver. To advise the client of accurate arrival times. Tow took 3 hours over stated arrival time.

Towing service was exceptional from scheduling, to completion. The front desk woman was so kind and communicated the price, no hidden fees, and was direct about the time it would take for one of their drivers to assist. I even mentioned specifically needing a flatbed truck for my vehicle and it was no problem. Ed, was careful with my vehicle and arrived just after I did to my preferred shop. 10/10 highly recommend.

Phil one of the drivers for this company is completely disrespectful and has no respect for combat veterans. Raised his voice using profanity. The predatory parking scam they use to generate revenue needs legal intervention. No signs posted at both entrances just small non illuminated signs.

Was really not a good experience. The tow mechanic trashed my Tesla car.
My car was suppose to be towed to Tesla service and the first tow mechanic wasn’t able to pull out my car from the drive way because he didn’t bring the right towing equipment. So he called a second tow truck from A Bob. Check out the video how the mechanic disengages my car from the tow truck and the car then rolls into the tree. But that’s not the whole story. A. Bob is NOT insured for damage. They were giving us false insurance information when the police was coming to record the accident. Then when we called A. Bob’s alleged insurer they had excuses why they gave us the wrong insurance info. Then they said they were self insured. In the end it was a $10k damage that A. Bob paid after much back and forth but the thing is that they didn’t pay the loner car in full. They said the repairs took too long (about 2 months) to wait for parts. In the end I was footing a $1000 bill from nothing of my own fault and A. Bob didn’t have the integrity to pay the full amount because they argued that proper insurance wouldn’t have paid for the full amount either. Which doesn’t make sense to say that when they weren’t insured in the first place. All of the sudden they bring forth what insurance WOULD have done. To sum it up: The tow mechanics are really not competent (their third one that they sent AFTER the damage in order to pick up the car confirmed that the two prior tow mechanics had a history of no competence), second if there is a damage A.Bob is not insured with a proper business insurance and while they paid most of the damage after a lot of back and forth they didn’t pay the full amount. This whole ordeal took about 2 months till I had my car back.
