dmitry markin sold me a lemon. when i scanned the car before buying, the codes had been cleared 70 miles prior. he assured me there would be none that pop up. i got home and the hybrid battery was bad.

Hello yes I bought a truck from prestige trade. Was very happy with the process and the truck overall we did find a couple issues with the truck and the team over there acted quick and prompt and took care of them all and went above what they needed too. first time buying a car, found my dream car, called, very straightforward, answered every question, incredibly helpful. I showed up, everything was chill, this process could not have gone better. Incredibly happy I found this place.

Van was purchased from Art (Prestige Trade). Had a engine light come on in which Art opened the hood and said the battery had to be tightened., which he did, to remove the trouble light. We drove the van back to our shop and brought it to our mechanic to install a headlamp that was provided by Art. When our mechanic installed the headlamp, he then noticed that his computer indicated a transmission issue, and would not pass NJ inspection, with an trouble dashboard light.When I picked up the Van from the mechanic he advised I take it to a Transmission Shop, who told me that the Van needed to have the transmission replaced, and that there was a problem with the rear axle as well. Needless to say, those two repairs were very costly to the tune of almost 5K. Even though Art provided a warranty, the warranty company would not provide coverage, they said that since we only had 100 miles on the Van, they would not cover the repair cause it was just purchased, and because it was an existing condition. I would not trust Prestige to be honorable because they have avoided our calls and emails. Art kept telling me that he needed to get his supervisor to call back, which never happened. Will have to go after them with a lawsuit.

Don't do it, wolfs in sheep clothing. I purchased a vehicle, load the family up the same day for a long weekend to O.C. Maryland, from New Jersey. As I was on the highway I found the vehicle swaying all over the road. I was scared for myself and family. When I got home email the dealer to let know what happened. I was told that type vehicle drove that way and to bring it back for a $1,000. Less then I paid for it. I want the vehicle just want the problem addressed. No response since. I was told the vehicle was inspected and was highway driven, tested. No Way !!! Because I took it to a repair shop, the problem was rusted out control arms $1,500. For repairs... This had to be known, if they claimed to have inspected the vehicle. "Don't Do It"

Went out to look at a truck after work and got there right at closing time for them. The salesmen, Art, could not have been more patient and helpful despite the late arrival. He had tons of information about the trucks and even some buying tips that he uses himself. We didn’t end up doing the deal today but I would 100% buy from them and would recommend Prestige to my friends in the market for a used car from an HONEST dealer.

Run away!! I purchased a vehicle here not even a year ago . The car needed 4500.00 worth of work including a timing chain two months after purchase. I have never felt so ripped off in my entire life what a bunch of scammers.

I purchased a pickup truck from these guys and I wish I knew better. I had saved for a pickup truck for more than 10 years and and when I went to this place I found the truck that I was interested in. The truck looked good and the gentleman really advertised it to me and how I have made a good choice. I took the truck to the mechanic for check up after, and they noted that the truck had been spray painted on underneath and on the bed. The gentleman at Prestige did not tell me any of this but rather out of my ignorance, I trusted them. About a week later I drove on the highway and the truck was making a very loud howling noise which I called them and I reported. A few days later I noticed that it is making a rattling noise. I called them and I reported. Taking the truck to the mechanic, I was told that the truck had a problem that would cost at least $5000 to repair. I called prestige again and reported and this time they said that the truck was not under warranty. He said that I didn't buy an extended warranty, which I was not told about. Well, they suggested that they can "buy" the truck back from me for $5,500 less than the price I paid. I only put in less than 500 miles on this truck, and I had it for about three weeks. This was the worst experience for me. They sold me a truck which had problems, and when I returned it, they charged me more than what it would cost them to repair. That was unkind and I wouldn't recommend anyone to them.

I had a really good experience working with Art, who answered all my questions and helped me check out their BMW 530i from several states a way. After purchasing the car, Art held onto it for a while until my son arrived for his summer internship. The car performed flawlessly for my son and when he was ready to fly out of PA, Art took the car back and arranged shipping to NC for a much lower price than I could have gotten. Of course, my son had not washed the car for the 2 months he drove it, but after a good cleaning it looks great and is a pleasure to drive. Question: why would someone buy a BMW from 5 states away, when there are plenty of BMWs everywhere? Answer: low miles, crisp condition, a very good deal and excellent service, then excellent service 2 months later. My son is back in class, and I'm happily driving my awesome BMW around NC, Thanks Art.

Let's talk about Art! I live in Boston. After searching high and low for an affordable Infiniti QX56 Prestige Trade Inc. had my vehicle! Art's customer service was unmatched! He brought my vehicle to a mechanic of my choice so I could get it inspected. Art was genuine, professional, and trustworthy! My 5 hour ride back to Boston was smooth with no issues! I made the right choice! I will be purchasing more vehicles from Prestige in the future. Thank you for everything!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. After informing Prestige that I had a 1.5 hour drive to look at the particular vehicle, I was assured everything on the vehicle was in perfect working condition and there were no known issues. Upon arrival, the entire underside of the engine was covered in oil and upon checking the dipstick, it was the most clear case of a bad head gasket (Subaru). I received the “well I’m just a sales person, I wouldn’t know about that” excuse upon questioning why I was told it was in perfect condition when it very clearly needed a head gasket (and most likely the serpentine belt as there were noticeable cracks in the belt). I highly recommend anyone considering this dealership to look elsewhere, as if they were willing to sell a Subaru with a bad head gasket as “perfect”, who knows what else they are hiding on the other vehicles on their lot.

If you purchase a car from them make sure that a mechanic looks at it first. Bought a used VW that ran great for what just seemed to be the test drive. After a 30 min car ride home the transmission started to feel a little funny. Turns out it needs the valve body replaced. (Not cheap)

I purchased a car from Prestige Trade Inc two months ago, and I would definitely recommend this dealership. They are very knowledgeable, great customer service and quick turnaround. I am very happy with the car, no issues so far unlike other comments stated. You can’t expect to purchase a used car and have no issues with it at some point.

I went in there and purchased my car. Knowing it was used car, I expected a few problems but otherwise i wanted to car to be very functional (I bought the car knowing the wiper blades screeched and were old and they insisted the tires were flat because of the temperature changes) The buying process was painless and frankly the best part of transaction. However, a week or so goes by and I finally get to an advanced auto to change the blades out. While I’m there, I ask them to check the battery. Several warnings pop up on their machine and the battery was going bad. I buy the battery and think, “hey you know what it’s a part of buying a used car.” Upon their recommendation I also get my oil changed and now scared of other problems I ask my mechanic to check the car out. He finds that both lower, front control arms need to be replaced and a tire has a screw lodged in it. They estimate it to be 1.2k and that would bring my total to 1.5 k spent on a car they deemed in great shape. Their response? “Sorry my manager says we can’t help you.” Great purchasing experience, but poor follow up.

First, I've never written a review on the internet before. This will be my first, due to the exceptional service and treatment by this company... I'm specifically speaking of Art, the person whom sold us the car. About two weeks ago we purchased a beautiful BMW from Art. He made sure everything on the car was in perfect order for us, and continuously stayed in contact with us during the entire purchase process. I found him (and his sales manager) to be completely helpful, knowledgeable and honorable on all levels. We would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Thank you ART!
