I shattered my rear driver side window trying to chisle ice off my car (not my proudest moment) but thankfully AJAX came to my rescue by replacing said window within 30 minutes and didn't break the bank. I was instantly quoted $376 via Safelite ! AJAX is a great place to get any windows replaced in your vehicle. They are honest, friendly and attentive family owned business. I'd recommend their services to anyone who has motor vehicle wondow issues.

Best prices in the tri state area. I drove over an hour to get my windshield fixed. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes.

Easy to deal with, easy on/off to 95 and 76. Took a few hours on a Friday morning. Great price and knowledgeable staff. Had to get front windshield replaced for upcoming inspection. 2k less than stealership, with OEM parts. Support local business.

Efficient, well priced, and well executed. Shop is first come first serve, but they move quickly and pricing is best I’ve seen for windshield replacement. With several people before me, I only waited about an hour for my windshield to be replaced. Better than any of those name brand companies that will come to you. Highly recommend for any auto glass repair or replacement needs.

I had my car broken into and my passenger side front window was smashed. I called around for quotes and Ajax was able to give me one over the phone which was great and under $200. They do require an in-person deposit however, and this was an issue for me just because I live in the NE. I ultimately went to another place closer to home, but their customer service over the phone was great!

First come first serve. Wait did not take long and installation was done in less than an hour. Thanks to the glass technician and wonderful customer service lady at the desk. Very affordable. Safelite quoted me at $500. Paid under $300 with Ajax Very grateful they’re not out there trying to sucker people! No more cracks in my window… Crystal clear view now

Good service. Someone had busted my window on the weekend. He was the only one who was able to get me back up and running. He's a good guy and didn't hit me in the head with the price. I'll tell all my fellow fireman friends about him!

Needed a new front windshield and was in and out pretty quickly. Price was good too compared to other places I called. So far so good!

If you have any auto glass work needs, I very much recommend AJAX. Joanne was very knowledgeable, the work was completed in a shorter time frame than expected, and the cost was very fair.

These guys rock n roll. I called they had the glass I needed . Went over dropped a deposit they got the glass went the next day early and they installed it in less then a hour wile I waited. Great fast clean job all went smooth no issues hassles and everything was super professional.

Got service from them in November, installing new windshield was fast! However, I was told different prices prior to getting services. My issue is I noticed a crack in my windshield and it spread in March. I called them and asked what the warranty is, which stress crack was only covered within 30 days. Now I’m stuck having to replace another windshield less than 6 months from buying a new one. This was a bad window and I know I won’t go back

Was told they had my window and it was also tinted. They gave me a price of $180 but when I got there it was actually 199 plus almost 10.00 more to use a credit card. And..... after I got my car back..... no tint. So when I asked they claim they didn't have a tinted window, even though Mike said so and gave me that quote. Mike was conveniently off. Never again

Quick, easy and no-frills service. Called for a quote and the price was much lower than what I was quoted for by Safelite. Deposit must be placed in person and my windshield was ordered and took about a day to arrive. There's no appointments and its first come first serve. I came in early and was out within an hour with a brand new windshield. Highly recommend. They do take credit card but I believe there is a discount if you use cash.

These guys (and gal and the "hardest working newbie") are legit. I had a chip in my windshield leaving lake Tahoe which splintered into something awful and was just getting worse. I have a 2022 vehicle and my wife was quoted a thousand dollars by the dealership, two hundred less than that at a random auto glass shop. Then I remembered Ajax and I couldn't be more satisfied. I ended up paying a quarter of what the dealership offered going through Ajax. When you call for a quote, know what your vehicle has with regards to your windshields. It's important to know if your car has: lane departure warnings, impact sensor warnings, rain sensors, and heads up display; this of course pertains to newer vehicles. I have a 2000 Toyota that'll need glass too. If your are satisfied with the price you need to go in and put in a deposit so they can order the glass. I put half of the deposit down on a Friday and was told if no one calls me I'll be good to go on Monday. I arrived Monday morning at 9am and my car was immediately brought in for my windshield replacement. The gentleman who worked on my car was quick and mindful. Although he had this look on his face every so often where he looked like he was blowing into a trumpet, sometimes in frustration. He was frustrated by all the wires, probably because I wasn't smart enough to remove my dash cam from the glass, that's my fault. Otherwise, I was given specific instructions for aftercare, paid, and sent on my way. ? ????

Had a break in attempt that left me with two broken door windows. My neighbor recommended Ajax and decided to try them because Safelite was going to take much longer than Ajax and was more expensive. They got me in same day to finish one window and even though the second window needed to be ordered, got me in two days later to fix it. I also had a little credit card issue when trying to pay but the woman in the shop was very patient in getting it resolved. A great attitude from her and even better communication the whole time keeping me updated made the whole process easy and quick, and the job they did was high quality. As a newer resident of Philadelphia, it felt good to use a local shop too.

I woke up Tuesday morning to a busted right rear door window on my 2013 Ford Edge and the car ransacked. One of my coworkers/friends is also an able mechanic and he showed me a site online where he is happy with the prices, (of parts, including auto glass). I found my window several times, ranging from $135 to $60, for pick- up. My plan was to go pick up the window, (9 miles), and then call my mechanic, (that I've used for decades), to see how much he'd charge to install it. He, however, referred me to Ajax, saying that they could do it better, quicker, and for less than what I planned to do. He was right on all points. I called them around 9:00 am, they told me that they had to order my window and if there were any problems they would call me back, otherwise bring it in at 12:30 pm. No problems, got there around 12:15- $145 installed and a fine job. If I ever need auto glass again, they're my go-to spot now.

Excellent experience... i was the first customer when I showed up at 830 AM on a Tuesday, she took me right away and the window was replaced in literally 20 minutes. They even vacuumed the glass from the break-in out of the interior, saving me from my next trip to a car wash, so I was able to go home and back to sleep instead. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

The lady was fast to help me find out what was wrong with my car. Then quoted me 170 + tax to get it done but I had to wait 3 days for the part to come in! Went down the street to a used parts place, got the part for 54 dollars that day, watched a you tube video, and installed it the next day no issues. Not sure why they didn't shop around for the part? But it saved me almost 120 dollars. I'll take it.

I strongly recommend this place to anyone I needed my wife glass fixed and they order it and had it the next day with no issues. Very reasonable and affordable they accept cash and card. The wait time isn’t long, just try to be there early because they are growing so the more they grow the more business they will get... so with that being said this place is the place to go.

Found this place on google maps & it has decent reviews - so I thought why not?! I called in Monday for a quote & came in to drop off the deposit so they could order the window overnight (you can probably also do a credit card deposit over the phone). This place was PACKED on Monday at noon, but you could telll everyone was working hard and running around to get things done. I brought it back in Wednesday morning & I was in and out within an hour with a brand new front windshield. The woman at the front desk (& answering the phone) was so helpful and friendly throughout this whole process. I’d definitely recommend taking your car to Ajax if ever need a window replacement!

They were great! Fast and affordable! Windshield cracked and spidered the day before my inspection on my SUV. They charged me $286, which was far far cheaper than Safelite auto's $418 estimate. Ajax gave me back my SUV within an hour and a half. Great service and nice people!

I am so glad I had a second thought and decided to price check. I was about to give my business to another highly rated auto glass establishment in North Philly, but their quoted price for a passenger side window gave me a jolt. I called Ajax, and the lady saw she had what I need in stock. She even physically checked to be sure. I saved $80 by giving them a quick call. It took a little over an hour, but they vacuumed the broken glass and were super friendly to everyone who came in.

fast, reliable service. Called at 4 pm to replace a windshield, they quoted me on the phone and told me to come in the next day at 8:30 and it's first come first serve. They told me service is about an hour. I came in 8:35 an was the first there. I was out by 9:20. And they couldn't have been nicer in person and on the phone.

Not only were they the least expensive. They were ultra fast with the service. I came in with a shattered front passenger window. I went in thinking I'd be there waiting for a hour, then another to fix the glass. I was in and out in under 35 minutes. I was just getting comfortable when they called my name to pay and leave. I was impressed by their speed, but I was even more impressed that the woman who fixed the window also vacuumed the broken glass out of the car! I will recommend Ajax Auto Glass to anyone who asks me. Great service and great prices.

Had a rock crack my shield and Mike was quick with order a new one. The price was reasonable and the service was as expected. Nothing can be done in a snap of a finger but I was able to come in and get the service I paid for. I highly recommend even though I hope no one ever has to replace their auto glass, but If so this is the place to go.

Called in advance and got quote. price was great...less than half of other quotes. was told to let them know a day in advance so they would have glass ready. I did. arrived 9:45 on a Friday morning and was out before 11 AM. The job was done very professionally and the staff were very friendly. I can understand you could have a problem waiting since there are no appts. taken its first come first serve but my experience was great. I can't imagine why you would go anywhere else!!!
