Brought 2 cars here. Needed basic body work and conditioning. Never heard back about quotes. Was ready to make the appointment but nobody responded. It's been weeks. They haven't responded.

Pharo was paid close to $6k for repairs to my jeep. He had it for over 5 weeks, and on the day I came to pick it up, it wasn’t complete.. Pharo had my car for 40 days, for 20 hours worth of labor.
Headlight was not replaced. Alignment was not performed. Dent/scratches in door/hood/roof were not even touched. What had been painted, was never wet sanded. Trim not attached properly.
All were paid for, but not repaired.
4 months later, promise after promise and my vehicle still is NOT repaired. Again today I was scheduled to have my car repaired. I arrived at noon, and was informed that I was ‘early’. He needed to go to the bank, and pretended to talk on his phone. We had words, and he left it at ‘he will make it up to me, and will see me in a FEW WEEKS.
I can talk about how his holstered gun didn’t make an appearance today. But it did on Wednesday. And in February. And in December. And in November. Now, he wasn’t threatening me with his gun, he just has this need to make sure that I know, he is carrying. Mind games maybe?

Sometimes, an auto repair shop will do something wrong and not realize it. Maybe one of the workers doesn't care about quality, but the owner or manager does. In those cases, you can get the support you need by reaching out to the manager or auto repair shop owner for resolution.
Then there are situations like mine: the shop knows they did it wrong. The owner knows he did it wrong. And there has been no resolution. No pride in their work. Run around, after run around. I took my vehicle to this shop because I trusted Pharo. We had used him several times in the past. I did not expect for him to take advantage of my trust in him, or our friendship. I surely didn’t expect him to take payment and not make good on the repairs.
I’m left to fuss with BBB, Consumer protection agency, and PCTG. This autobody shop, will take your money and run.
Michael and his crew are awesome! I had a moldy/mildew smell in my car for close to a year. I tried everything and could not get rid of the smell. I took it to Body Magic and they opened up entire the interior, pulled up the carpet and padding, cleaned and disinfected it.replaced the padding, cleaned the carpet and put it all back together. It took them two days. My car smells great! I would highly recommend their services. They were diligent, professional and reasonably priced. Thank you Michael!
My dad brought my car to Body Magic for repair after a parking garage incident at work, and they did amazing job repairing it!! Literally, the doors of the vehicle were sparking clean, and the wheels looked amazing too! Body magic even cleaned and vacuumed the inside for us. While it did take some time to get the car back due to communications back and forth with our insurance company, and some ordering of parts, it was well worth the wait!! Highly recommend Body Magic for your repairs. They are very conscientious, and do awesome work for their customers. Thank you!
Called Body Magic after someone hit my car and i thought all hope was lost, i honestly thought i was gonna have to get a new vehicle altogether, i was in bad shape, but Mike and the people over at Body Magic really took care of me, my vehicle looks brand new , better than when i took it in, quick and affordable service! The only word I have is.. WOW!! Mike took my daughters fairly new Equinox that was pretty messed up and made it like new again! He had the car for awhile, but that was due to the parts problems all over. What we really appreciate is he got the parts that are supposed to be on the vehicle, not knock offs. Excellent job!! My parents told me to take my truck to this shop to get it repaired after it was hit while it was parked. They used them in the past and were very stratified and they are also a neighborhood shop and the owners live in the community. Randy and his great team repaired almost my whole driver's side of my truck and it looks as if it just rolled off the factory line. I couldn't tell what was new and original and that was a great thing!!! I was kept informed through the whole process and was told they were waiting on parts because they did not like what was sent to them and asked for replacements. They wanted my truck to be perfect for me and went extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I will tell others to see them first before they go to other shops. If I ever need body work again they will be my first call.
I was recommended to Body Magic by a close lady friend. My truck was damaged pretty good, turns out it was just a few dollars from being a total. Randy the owner help me out with rental and dealt with the insurance company, which by the way was doing nothing but giving me a hard time. It took a few weeks but when I got my truck back it looks good as new. The paint matched and all my body lines are straight and where they're supposed to be. Body Magic even detailed the inside of my truck and got two stains out of my carpet from my dog. I would use and will recommend this body shop again.
I have used Body Magic for many years, for many cars. I have always had a great experience and always fair when paying out of pocket. I have referred many people to Randy and they have also all been very pleased with their work.
My husband was in a car accident in early April. No one was hurt. Instead of going with my insurance preferred auto body, we went with Body Magic Collision, 9428 State Road. Today, after 4 months, I finally got my car back. Randall, the owner, a big talker, told us the car would be done soon, but wouldn't give me a timeframe. I called every 2 weeks. He always said, "just another two weeks." This went on for 3 months! I used up my available insurance on a renting a car. Then went without a car for 2 months. I would never recommend Body Magic to my worst enemy ! This place is the worst!
