I could not recommend these guys more - I went in with a totally rusted out exhaust, as well as a suspected oil and coolant leak, and I absolutely thought I was going to have to scrap the car. They completely fixed my exhaust, as well as cleared the leak issues for a beyond reasonable price. Everyone was kind and understanding and I will definitely be returning!
Had a great experience here a few months ago. As a young woman not from the area I am skeptical of getting ripped off. However this place was wonderful. They were super informative, told me to take my time and research as needed and fixed my car for much less than my dealership was going to charge. They fixed my car in 2 days with no wait time. Excellent job and no issues since, and great customer service. Would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

I had my 2009 Ford Fusion repaired here due to persistent suspension noise. After Happy's diagnosis, I had CV axles and motor mounts replaced. I agree with other reviews; this is the best auto shop I have been to along with very reasonable prices. You can also bring your own parts as long as they are correct. Happy recommends OEM parts for the parts that reliability matters. He's competent, responsible, and honest. He is also a nice guy to talk to if you have any questions about cars. He doesn't push unnecessary repairs and can quickly pinpoint issues based on his 30 years of experience. Finally, I've found an auto shop I will stick with for good. I genuinely recommend this shop.

It was my first time here and I was desperate because my car was breaking down repeatedly and most places were closed that was near me. However, when I came to HK repair, I was thrilled as I saw good reviews on them and it was a 10 min drive. My car would slowly break down but if I were to turn it back on, it would let me drive a little longer so that’s what I did and came to HK. The guy in charge seemed nice and I just let him work on my car because I was putting full trust. I showed him a picture where it said my alternator, oil pressure, and battery were low. He proceeded to tell me that it was just my throttle body and that I would just need to replace it. It all ended up costing $464. However, after fixing it, I proceeded to drive around town to run errands and my car broke down again. That’s when I knew nothing got fixed and I asked to get the money back and put my old throttle back. He proceeded to keep $150 and only give back $314. As generous as he was to give that back to me, I felt I should’ve gotten the full price back due to wasting my time and money for something that didn’t get fixed at all. I ended up having to drive farther to my friend’s house with my car hoping to not get into an accident on the way. It turned out, my car simply just had no oil in it. I regularly get my oil changed but it seemed due to my high mileage it was burning at a faster rate. After putting oil in, my car was normal now but I still went to the Toyota dealership to make sure everything was still fine and no leaks anywhere. If it had turned out to be something bigger, I would not have bothered writing this review, but knowing that my car was just in need of oil and getting charged $150, I felt the need to say this.
THEY. ARE. AMAZING!!!!!!!!What can I say, the people that work here are my heroes. My car broke down a while back, at that time AAA came to tow it to their mechanic, just to have it sit at their lot for three weeks to finally tell me that they are not capable of fixing it. It’s okay, things happen, so then they asked where I wanted to have it moved, and I requested HK Auto Repair because it was closer to my home. Then AAA re-towed my car in the middle of the night without even telling me and left the car on the side of the street which led to a parking ticket. I was so upset with AAA but HK Auto Repair team not only took my white Grand Marquis off the streets to their shop but fixed it within a day for a very reasonable price. And the car is working great to this day. I cannot thank them enough. THANK YOU!! Although I was so upset with AAA at the time, I’m almost thankful to them as well because if it wouldn’t be for them I would’ve never met HK Auto Repair. They are awesome, recommend to anyone 100%. Super professional and polite gentlemen.

Super friendly staff! First thing the wife & I were impressed by was just how brotherly and friendly the owner was. He came out to take a look at our car and it was just good vibes off the get-go. We told him that we just needed one tire changed, and unlike some of our past experiences at other places where they insisted on changing and charging us for two at a time, this guy at HK Auto Repair was happy to just fix the one. Thank goodness! He told us he would take care of it in 30 to 40 minutes. It took about 50 but that's because it turned out he had to ORDER the tire from somewhere else in the city! It's AMAZING that they ordered it and installed it all in 50 minutes. The price was fantastic too. My wife has a favorite place in Delaware, which we always call first to get a price quote from. This place actually gave us an even better price than my wife's favorite place. Great experience overall.
Brought my Ford Crown Victoria there because my power driver seat was not working. They diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and were able to quickly replace the seat and fix the problem. I would recommend this place for a quick repair/service especially if you have a Ford Crown Victoria or Panther platform vehicle (Grand Marquis, Town Car, Marauder). I also see many Toyota Camry's and taxi's come here.
