They never answer the phone I called 19 times nobody answered called the next day same thing called on my other line same thing I hate calling this place it’s like nobody works there soon as you walk in it’s ooh hey how are u!!! MAD!!!!
The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with I think McDonald employees are better at there job then these people I called waited for along time for someone to answer then got hung up on. I was like it might have cut off called again while giving them the benefit of the doubt and waited on hold again a lady answered told me her name then I proceeded to tell her I placed an order and wanted to see if I can come pick up, then she hangs up in my face so just beware of the worst customer service that you will have to experience dealing with these people..
A couple things about this store. The guys are way more helpful than the girl at the front at fixing things. The smart talk from her is really unnecessary when everyone’s just trying to be in and out. I ended up making 6 visits for 2 car parts that were ordered at once.
First, they said my order “never went through the first time” so I only got one part. I came back the next day and didn’t even realize I left with the wrong part. Came back again and she told me I needed a plastic cover it came with. Then I came back the next day and found out they actually had my part sitting in the back the whole time. They also told me they only hold stuff for 4 days, so did they know my piece was sitting back there? Didn’t think to give me a call?
This should’ve been a simple 2 visit situation, but they turned it into 6. Super frustrating.
Horrible service. The employees seem to not want to work. They always order the wrong parts, even when we place an order and they don't. They should have more respect for customers, because we, the customers, are the ones who keep the place running. They deserve new employees who actually want to work. I'm not giving it 0 stars because there's no option.
The experience of dealing with them online is so bad. I’ve been dealing with them for years but now it’s all going downhill. Stayed on call 30+mins for them to just keep transferring me. Got transferred like 10 times which is crazy no one wants to help.
The customer service here is extremely rude and needs serious improvement. The female associate at the front had a terrible demeanor just unnecessarily unpleasant. I honestly don’t understand why people choose to work in customer service if they clearly dislike their job.
As a customer, I came in with questions, and instead of being helped, I was met with attitude. Telling me I need to “already know” what I’m looking for or talking about before coming in is unprofessional your job is literally to assist and use the system you’re trained on to help figure things out.
On top of that, when I mentioned a price that was quoted over the phone, instead of clarifying the misunderstanding or miscommunication, I was met with more rudeness and an argument. Misunderstandings happen, that’s fine but the attitude was unnecessary and uncalled for.
Clearly, this place lacks basic customer service skills. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, but this was just unacceptable behavior.
Im so disappointed in the place apo every time i call that number they just get rude and hang up im not talking about the store in Philly im talking about the main location they give u the number to call they suck its Exhausting for a big company like this to be so disrespectful and rude. The people in Philly the store over there. On Gaul St are excellent. Give them like 10 stars but this place that you have to go I don’t know where is it located? they really suck

I called to ask about a part and was simply trying to confirm the store location for pickup. I asked for a brief moment to check the name, and the person on the phone responded with unnecessary rudeness and hung up on me almost immediately. Completely unprofessional experience.
Went In to get some part for my car, I call in to order and before I went to pick up, I called again just to make sure they are ready for pickup. Everything went smooth. However, my hood have a little dent in it but that was the last hood there, and if I switch it in I’ll have to wait. But it wasn’t a big deal so I dealt with it. I also really needed the hood since the car is being finish that day. Just make sure you check all part before leaving. The employee are nice and super helpful. I totally recommend.
Horrible! Had to wait a day for my part then when I went there was told to wait in a hour long line and didn’t let me have my service animal inside the store while they wanted me to wait ! Horrible service horrible peoplen

Love the new location. Fast service, with great prices for all. Whether you have an account with them or not, they will beat any price on auto body parts. Open to the entire public.
Customer pick up service window is disgraceful I sat waiting for an hour for parts THEY CALLED ME and said were ready. When I entered the pick up area I was the only person in the room, 5 people left with there parts b4 me. Then someone comes out and tells me he can't find pieces from my order that THEY CALLED ME AND SAID WAS HERE. WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I would NEVER nor would I suggest doing business with this company.
Great wholesaler. Saved thousands to fix my car. Observed social distancing guidelines. Only negative, there was only one cashier working and at least 12 customers waiting.
Got all the body parts I needed for my 98 Camry. It was actually cheaper than going to junkyard. Junkyard wanted $580 for hood, fender,marker light,bumper and two hood hinges. I got everything for $260. They also carry all types of automotive parts. I will definitely come back.
I’ve been looking for a fender for the past month and couldn’t find it anywhere near me. Checked every junk yard in the 40 mile radius. Then I found this hidden gem. I got the fender and the paint made to match the car! The customer service there is amazing! Very helping answering all my questions! I’ll definitely be back for future parts.
Have some brand new part for older cars but they have great prices for new car parts. if you have a newer car they have some parts like fenders and that's all. I crashed my 2018 Kia a couple of months after I got her in2018 and came here and got the body parts I needed for under 100 but the lights and stuff I had to get somewhere else
I ordered a part over the phone and requested pick up on Saturday 11/21. Went to pick my part up and was told I could NOT purchase my pickup because they were doing inventory today. Why weren’t I told this over the phone when placing my order? My car goes into the shop on Monday. I scheduled this appointment based on my Saturday pick up. Just felt like I should have been told this over the phone. I could have tried to make other arrangements. Better communication would have been nice.
This place is a mess! Waite in a hr and a half line to pick up parts that were pre-ordered and paid for! Waited another hr and a half in the actual warehouse with 20 other ppl some who have been waiting three to four hrs just to leave with a refund bc the staff could not find their parts! I ended up leaving with a refund on one of the parts I ordered and the wrong part bc the staff could not identify the actual part I needed! Mind you two of the parts I ordered were right and left front bumper mounts. So essentially I recieved neither mount bc although they're system said it was in stock it wasnt and the one they sent me on my way with was the wrong part. I didnt bother going back for the refund. I dread going to stand in line for the refund
The crew were nice enough tbh, but as usual they didn't have any of the parts I need. The store is little more than a dingy waiting line, roped off and essentially nondescript
The worst customer service! My boyfriend called to see if they had a mirror for my car on 5/13/19, he was told it would be in on Thursday 5/16/19 at G and Erie location. I called Thursday morning to see if I could pick it up on my way home from work. I was put on hold for 10 minutes so I called from my work phone and what do you know THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE! I was sitting on hold for NO REASON! So the part was never ordered... The guy on the phone said he would place the order for me and I could pick it up on Friday (5/17/19) well I now been on hold for 5 minutes! Never going to APO again and I do NOT recommend them to anyone!
Shantashi is wonderful! She knows her stuff and she's very sweet! The outlet is perfect for consumers who want to work on their own vehicles. The prices are great!
Auto Parts outlet sold me the exact right parts at a great price. Their service on the phone was excellent; the representative I spoke to knew what she was talking about and helped me quickly. The customer service on site was great too! They got me my parts and on my way. Their price beat anything else i could find. I would definitely use them again.
