READ THE REVIEWS!! Don’t call them. I scheduled a call for a pick up and they agreed to everything. 45 minutes past my pick up time and no one is here or answering my calls. Completely unprofessional. Even our call was a little on the rude side. I should’ve read reviews first because I see the same problem over and over. And each review, they’re giving up fabricated reasons why they didn’t show up
Service is absolutely horrible... If I could give ZERO stars I would, these guys left my car in the middle of the way, whiched forced me to call another tow truck. Never called to give any kind of updates. Customer service is non existent, I've tried calling them and my insurance company called as well and they didn't pick up the phone. So on a scale of 1-10, I give them a negitive 8.
So my belt popped on my car, last night my dad called a tow truck and we waiting outside for hours, so boom this Morning same results we waiting hours. Everyone ETA was a hour plus. I was getting frustrated n decided to try this company from google. The guy was compassionate and genuine he said 30 mins and the tow was cheap! The tow guy Mike came within 10 mins and although we wasn’t aware we had to pay in full before pulling off so we had to run to the ATM he was annoyed or frustrated or greedy asking for any additional fees! I’m extremely satisfied wit my overall service wit Hulks Tow service
Very great service. I would highly recommend. The man waited there for me and helped me take the tire off of my car after I already had messed it up. Waited for me to get back from the tire store to put the tire back on for me. Very great experience. Couldn't ask for a better tow service to get the job done. 5 stars
I would like to say that this company has great customer service..they told me that the tow truck driver will be there in about 1 hour and a half ...the tow truck driver showed up in Less than 45mins... giving traffic time lead way...the young man careful took good care of my truck as he was performing his job.. The company also returned my call to make sure that the driver was on his way.. Thank you for your wonderful service and I will definitely recommend your company to all my friends and family ...
Do not waste your time!! Called for lynching done because I was stuck in ditch. Operator has terrible customer service. I didn’t have cash on me at the moment but literally lives 7 mins away from car location willing to pay extra but was giving me a hard time when I asked could they take me or even follow me to my house so they can receive there payment. Gave them my phone number & the operator mixes 2 numbers up & I miss my 60 min appointment they said was coming. I Called back & they offered me another waiting period of (93) mins Horrible business. If I could they would get 0 star
Recieved confirmation at 9:57 that their ETA was 30 minutes. 4 calls and 1:10 later no show and canceled because DrIvEr HaD tO cAlL oUt. Reading the reviews i should have known better. Dont even call these ass’oles here are the screenshots showing the times just so you cant change the story around like you did to other feedbacks.
I was involved in an accident. Our insurance company contacted Hulk's to tow my vehicle. We received a text saying they would arrive in 30 minutes. 45 minutes and 5 unanswered calls later, I contacted the insurance company to try and get an update. The insurance company said that they were able to get in touch with Hulk's who said they were 20 minutes away. 30 minutes later, and still a no-show. I called the insurance company again and they said Hulk's was not answering there phone. Hulk's never showed up.
Never showed up... ridiculous
And then reply saying I did not pay?!! I went thru my insurance and paid what was required... wiuld you like to see the receipt? I had to call back to insurance to issue a responsible business that responds when paid . Don’t make stupid excuses.
No one ever answered the phone fo me nor my insurance company.
Again.... ridiculous!!!
These guys were supposed to come get me when my car was broken down, they never came and never let me know they weren't coming, sat in my car freezing for 2 hours and they didn't so much as call me and let me know they weren't coming, don't use them if you can help it.
I was stuck on a one way street since 11:30pm. Called my insurance company same time and let them know for roadside assistance. They gave me this company as the towing truck to tow my car to my house. I waited until 3am.. I guess the company don’t want to make any money. Also, they don’t pick up their phone at all!
THE WORST. I broke down on New Year’s Day. I figured I’d have to wait because of the holiday but when roadside said they’d be to me in an hour I was like ok cool. Then I received a call from them saying they’d be arriving in a half hour. Ummmm it’s been 4 hours and I’m still waiting. Oh did I forget to mention they canceled the tow and left me stranded. I wish I could leave this review with negative stars. Thanks for nothing.
Terrible and unreliable towing company. Gave a misleading time frame (30 minutes when it was actually supposed to be 90) and unresponsive to phone calls, I called 10 times without a response over 2 hours and not once did they pick up the phone.
After waiting for 3 hours, the company is now not picking up from me or through the dealer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are extremely unprofessional and unreliable.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. Do NOT go with this company. The dispatcher said a truck would be with me in 15 minutes. After 3 hours of no show, I decided to go with someone else. Hulk NEVER showed up! After every hour, they told me 15 more minutes. I lost an entire day of work because of them. Please, look elsewhere if you need towing!
