⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is hands down the best Advance Auto store. The employees actually care, greet you right away, and help without attitude. Kiya and Shantel are always great. Clean store, great service, and they always come through. Definitely recommend!

Closed before listed hours. Lights were on when I arrived. Hours listed accurate online accurate those listed at front door. Nobody in sight, nobody answering phone, multiple people needing parts ignored by whoever was staffed Thursday night 1/15/26 should be fired

This location is predominantly directed by women and I received the best customer service here at this location! Walked in and was instantly met with assistance with what i needed and even helped with navigating how to properly locate what was needed within my car itself. Thank yall so much! Definitely my home location for all of my auto parts from now on!

I wanted to make sure i came to leave a review i feel like the good workers go unnoticed to often ! I had an excellent experience thanks to (STEVE) From the moment I walked in he was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. His knowledge patience and friendly attitude made the entire process smooth and enjoyable It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the customer and the quality of their work but he most definitely exceeded my expectations I truly appreciate his outstanding service and highly recommend stopping in to this location for him to help out . My battery is still going strong thank you MR .

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This past weekend I had the BEST experience thanks to Chanel and Mya! I walked in needing a wiper blade and had no clue what I was doing. Chanel noticed me struggling and instantly came to the rescue, while Mya jumped in to help find the perfect wiper blade option. The two of them teamed up, got everything squared away, and made sure I left completely taken care of. Their help couldn’t have come at a better time—my lady had been driving around with only one wiper blade, and I really wanted to make sure hers was replaced right away. Thanks to Chanel and Mya, that got done and I left with total peace of mind. Both went above and beyond—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. If I could give more than five stars, I would. These two turned what could’ve been a stressful errand into a smooth and positive experience.

Brought a battery (almost 300.00)from this location, but the tech that put the battery in didn't know what he was doing. Left everything loose! I left with my check engine light on because the texh said he didn't know why it was on. went to autozone and the manager tighten and connected all everything. surprise the light went off!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced by far. Manager was downright rude and determined to not help with an issue another store did with no problems whatsoever. Will never be returning to this location.

Would be nice if you had managers that don’t rely on a computer to tell them something - have a bad battery, have had to jump it 5 times in one week. Kiya the manager was rude and said their computer said it’s good so she wouldn’t honor the warranty I paid for. It’s showing good cause I just drove for 2 hours and alternator charged it I said. I’ve had to jump it 5 times in one week and the car never once did that with the old battery until it died. They say the day we trust computers to make decisions for us were doomed, unfortunately that seems to be the case here. I wouldn’t waste my time trying to get it replaced if it wasn’t defective. A battery is a battery all I care about is it works. Pain in the butt dude. I understand it’s “company policy” the machine has to say it’s bad but anyone with experience working on cars could tell you the alternator charged it and if it isn’t holding a charge overnight it’s defective….

Hello i appreciate your reply. But it doesn't do me any good. I'd be a fool to waste another trip there. third time isn't a charm when it's a 2.5hr round trip. And 2 trips were an absolute Waste. I can't trust an online order that was already picked and marked ready for pickup not to get canceled in transit to the store after i already drove 90% of the way there. I dont blame the store for that no one at the store or online could tell me why or how it happened or who did it. But I sure blame them for telling me after I thoroughly asked to confirm an item I needed was still available and set aside for me and part # was correct before making another 2.5 round trip for nothing. And all i got after being that diligent to confirm was your staff put me on hold and complained I was pissing them off for making sure. Only to come all the way there for nothing. Those 2 trips combined were easily 5hrs and $60 in gas and tolls. Why on earth would I try a third time? Third times a charm? Yeah I don't think so. Not when it means probably 7.5hrs by then and close to $100 in gas and tolls. It wouldn't even be worth it at this point if it was free. I don't leave bad reviews often. The staff was nice but I'm tired of fiascos. Placed an online order the day before a funeral got a notice it has been picked and was ready for pickup in 10 minutes of placing the order. The store is almost a 2.5hr round trip with minor traffic with traffic add an hour more easily. The next day after directly leaving the funeral I headed to get the order on a Friday day evening with a ton of traffic. I got 90% of the way there not a notice your online order for pickup was canceled? Why??? Called the store uh we don't know why, it's here its got your name on the pickup tag but we can't release it to you since it was canceled but we didn't cancel it. Call the 1800 # we didn't cancel it must be a glitch. Gee thanks I was so disgusted I turned around went home I had nothing on me and they can no longer give it to you. My order was already paid for they couldn't release it because it was canceled. Great way to end an already lousy day. They told me it was set aside waiting for me when i could come again and I could re order online for pickup or pay in person.. fast forward 3 weeks i planned on coming sooner but a family member was injured and I had more important priorities to take care of. 3weeks later after working a 21hr day getting home super late and being back to work next morning at 7am with bateky any sleep, I had a small window that afternoon to attempt another 2.5 round trip. But I wasn't even going to consider it unless I contacted the store first to make sure it was 100% still there available and waiting for me. So I called the store to verify 100% they still had it set aside for me, gave part # and everything. I was put on hold and the person was complaining I was pissing them off, they forgot to mute the mic. I said im sorry that's not my intention I already should of had the item a couple weeks back but wasted a 2.5hr round trip for nothing because someone canceled my order literally on my drive to the store in transit 90% of the way there. I wasn't going to try an online order I was gonna pay in person this time just wanted to be sure it was there 100%. I was assured and told yes sir we have it, it's here set aside for you. OK I'm on my way. Get to the store and was told sorry sir we don't have anything? Excuse me? I just got off the phone with a staff member who assured me it was here set aside for me, i had them verify the part # and said it's a 2.5hr round trip for me! We're sorry sir we know you called but we don't have anything. What kinda nonsense is this. I literally wasted 5hrs of my life driving and probably $60 in gas and tolls for absolutely nothing. What kinda circus clown outfit is this turning in to. I literally thought i was on an episode of punked I was waiting for the cameras to come out hah we got you good. No sorry this is just real life. Thanks for wasting hours of my time and money for nothing.

Went to get a new battery and I thought it was a free install but I guess since I was with my dad they told him to take the battery out. Thank God he had a toolkit and was able to take it out. Oh! He also had to put the new battery in also! What if I was by myself? Ridiculous!

Initial employee was pleasant and helpful, but when I showed there was a discrepancy for the product, Gorilla Tape 10yards, that was being charged in the system at around $11 as opposed to Gorilla Tape 20 yards that was set as around $6, the supervisor/manager (wasn’t clear the title, but higher up the pecking order for the store) said “I can scan it,” but couldn’t care less about addressing it further and wanted to get back to his personal conversation with someone in the store that had no relevance to the job. I would not recommend coming here if you need assistance.

The store employees are very friendly and helpful. They know what they're doing, go or off their way to keep the store well stocked, clean & organized. If you know how to do the job yourself, they'll quickly pull the item & quickly get you on your way. Or, if you need help, they'll give you a hand. There's free, off street parking with wheelchair access, with an entrance to match.

I needed help with knowledge in regards to a part and was pleasantly pleased with the assistance from an employee by the name of Kiya. She was welcoming, patient and supportive. She is well versed of the store and parts for cars. Due to this positive encounter and experience I will continue to utilize this location for myself and will recommend this location to others. Unfortunately it is uncommon to find many corporations have staff who are happy to assist. I felt compelled to leave a review.

This is by far the best parts store in our area. You get greeted when you walk in. Friendly knowledgeable woman and men to help you with your car needs. I go out of my area to come to this store. Thanks for the pleasant atmosphere and the great attitudes. And great car and truck parts

Just moved to the area and of course my old reliable wasn’t being so reliable so had to walk into your business and from the moment I walked in the staff was very friendly and willing to help which was great because I was so lost. I found everything that I needed and I was helped by Manny who was very patient and explained everything in such detail which I truly appreciated! Will definitely be back because this is the type of business that I will enjoy spending my money in!

Need help...ask for Craig, this is the man. His specialty is this store. Every question I had, Craig answered. Needed help concerning a key fob, BAM, told us exactly what to do, we did it and it worked out. Not only was he helpful, he was so pleasant! You bet I'll return! Thank you Craig!

Good people, but had some difficulty swapping a battery under warranty, after it crapped out a year into the 2yr warranty. Had to call the corporate office to walk the guy through the process over the phone! Be wary, if you ordered your parts online, they are all honored in-store regardless. Good luck!
