Perfectly plowed and salted parking lot, but the only unshoveled sidewalks in the neighborhood nearly 24 hours after the snow stopped. Do better!

The nicest, most helpful staff. Car troubles can really ruin your day but interacting with the staff here brightens it back up. Needed a new battery (dealership wanted $650) and not only was mine under warranty, but autozone replaced it for me in less than 10 minutes. Thanks for helping a girl out!

Worst commercial hours ever!! I guess salary isn’t enough for them to stay for STORE HOURS. How do you leave commercial after at 5pm on a weekdays. Four times I had to come to this location for a commercial core return. Lazy and entitled.

Stopped in to get a dash light checked and Andrew was super helpful. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood what was going on with my car and what next steps I should take. The store was easy to get to, park, and it was very clean.

I had Josh today change my battery he was amazing!!!! He cleaned the connectors and was in and out if there in 5 mins if you got to this auto zone ask for josh!!!!!!

I am really impressed with the AutoZone on Washington Street. The store is always organized and spotless, which is saying something given how many parts they stock. The staff is approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful with car maintenance details and matching parts. Their app makes the experience even better—you can save your car info and instantly see compatible parts, prices, and availability. The inventory updates in real time for this store and others nearby, so if something isn’t in stock here, it’s easy to find where it is. The loyalty program is excellent too, and the prices are always fair. Cars can be a money pit sometimes, but this AutoZone makes it easy to feel confident you’re getting honest advice and good value. Every visit feels efficient and friendly, and I’ve even met other car enthusiasts and small business owners there. It’s one of those rare places that’s consistently well run and a pleasure to visit. Highly recommend!

I called this autozone because I have it close by on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 4:20 PM, for 4 sensors for my car, someone picked up and let me wait for 7 minutes, then I spoke to the manager, who told me we don't have them and suggested I go to another autozone! Meanwhile, I saw on the computer that they had sensors and immediately went and bought exactly the sensors that the manager told me we didn't have, then I said who is the manager here, who I talked about the sensors? She was somewhere in the back and I said here are the sensors! It was Stefania, apparently she was too lazy to do her job. But I mean, they have taken me far away other times to buy the parts I wanted! That's why I inform customers, not to trust these people either on the phone or at the front desk, but first to look online, because they are too lazy to look or serve the customer!!!!

I changed my own oil for my car for the first time and Eddie and his staff were very generous and helpful answering all my questions. I'm very pleased with how it turned out and now I can change my own oil from now on

Went in to replace my brake light! Brandon and the other employee in the store could not have been kinder or more helpful. Very glad to have this store so close to home.

I went in to get some recommendations on leather conditioner and injector cleaner. Edward helped me, the dude was very knowledgeable and gave good recommendations on products that I need. The leather cleaner I bought, had an issue with the spray but Edward was able to make it right. Great place to shop and great staff to work with.

I received great service two days in a row when I came in to have my battery checked. Robin was helpful and knowledgeable as she checked my car battery and alternator and professionally explained the situation with my car. Robin did an excellent job and I will definitely be back!

I will give them a 5-star for being prompt on answering calls and attending to customers but, to an extent. I was informed, on both occasions, that the parts I needed was in-store. However, upon arrival I was told they did not have the parts I needed and i could order them. My complaint is, physically check to see if the parts are avaliable for the customers instead of only looking in the computer system inventory. Communication is key, especially if parts are needed in a timely manner.

Tiffany was very helpful by verifying the specs for an item that was purchased. She was patient and pleasant. This location is very well organized. I enjoyed the musical playlist that was playing.

The staff here has always been super knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. A while ago one staff member spent a long time with me trying getting my stuck and corroded battery out and replaced. Always see them outside helping people with their vehicles. They regularly exceed my expectations at this location. Give them all raises!

I had a fantastic experience with Luis N. at AutoZone. I called in the morning to inquire about battery testing and a battery kill switch while trying to diagnose why my door ajar light was staying on. Luis was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He tested my old battery, cleaned the connectors, and installed a new one with ease. The entire process was quick and painless, thanks to his expertise. Luis was not only knowledgeable but also friendly and professional, making the experience even better. I highly recommend visiting AutoZone and asking for Luis if you need any assistance—his customer service is top-notch!

Went in for windshield wipers and Eddie was super helpful. The pair I wanted wasn't in stock and I had to purchase the more expensive pair, but he was able to give a small discount to help offset the difference. He also showed me how to install them, which was very helpful.

The crew at this autozone is wonderful. Super thoughtful, knowledgeable and persistent. They worked extra hard to make sure I didn’t leave without a battery in my car. I’d give more stars if I could!
