I would give zero stars but google wont allow such poor ratings.
Firstly, when I initially called, I was quoted 30 minute wait time at 9:37am. I called back after an hour, was then told again 30-40 minutes. Tow truck didn’t arrive until 1pm after I called to inquire a 3rd time,
Driver was honest about reason of delay, which I understood and worked with him.
Sadly, upon exiting the driver hit and significantly damaged a vehicle when exiting my private garage with his dolly- understandable, accidents happen. However, he then refused to give us any information/insurance for the damages I witnessed him do. I was told to “call the company, you have their info” I called the “info” whom was a man named Craig, 5 times and was sent to voicemail each time. I followed up in text message to the number I called with no response or acknowledgment. After 3 hours of back and forth with the driver, calling our security team, the driver FINALLY called provided his drivers license. But would not give us his registration or vehicle information. Incidents happen but the failure of service really was highlighted when whom I can only assume to be “Craig” called me back 3.5 hours later.
5:27pm, I get a call from the “info” phone number I had called and texted multiple times. A man asking for me to make payment - totally understandable. But the moment I started inquiring about information to have the damaged vehicle repaired, he continued saying we will “take care of it” When I again requested for information for reassurance as “we will take care it” isn’t proper information to orchestrate repairs, he stated “it is not your business” followed up with, if you don’t pay they will tow the car from the drop off location and charge me storage fees…. I expressed AGAIN I was willing to pay, I need Zelle and insurance information. The man stated, I was refusing to pay and they would be towing the vehicle to their yard tonight and I would be required to pay storage and penalty fees before hanging up on me.
The Driver called me back immediately, at 5:30pm stating he’s not sure why his “boss” won’t give me the Zelle information and not sure why he’s being “like that” since he heard me say I would pay. He said he’d try to get the Zelle information for me but never followed up with it.
I can be reasonable and practice patience but being cut off and told I’m refusing to pay and then threatened to have my car taken, failing to provide me with insurance information is new all time low.
Unfortunately, I still was never provided the proper information and considering they are unwilling to 1) take my payment 2) provide me with proper information, I am left with no choice other than to file a police report as a hit and run due to failure of providing insurance.
They hit a car when trying to tow someone else’s car today. When the person tried to exchange insurance info, the guy got nasty and refused. I know tow truck drivers can be rude but own up to your mistakes! Unethical tow company.
Business is a scam. Tow driver crashed another one of my vehicles and refused to provide insurance. Still waiting on their information, they don’t listen when you talk to them and just make things up as they go. Horrible people.
Excellent service! They showed up quickly when my car broke down and got me back on the road in no time. Super professional, friendly, and reliable — I’ll definitely call them again if I ever need towing or roadside help! The prices were also extremely fair!
Somebody ran into my car getting off of the expressway and this company showed up like 10 mins later and towed my car for free. Great service and helped me with my whole collision claim.i will definitely be calling them anytime i got car problems
I was worried I wouldn't be able to get my car towed because of its location and a dead battery. But The main operator Craig was down to earth and made me feel like they could do the job. The truck came and got my car towed with a great precision and effort!
Do not trust these guys. The worst towing company out there in Philly. They are just a talk and literally will give hard time with everything. They purposely damaged the vehicle just because we decided not to get the car fixed at their location. Will rip you off with the cost. Avoid at all costs!!! Big time scammer.
My vehicle was on this lot for months and they never took any of my belongings..hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise,,IPad laying on the seats..my car was definitely in goods..thank yall…love and respect
You have a guy that works for you his name is Craig he’s very nice very respectful to the customer and outstanding in communication and helping the customers he brilliantly professional in knowing the business and very helpful has for your tow company and body shop to whom it may concern you are in wonderful hands with Craig. He was on top of everything and there for me every step of the way so courtesy and very nice please tell him customer turron Dunbar of the 2016 expedition said thank you so much .
My daughter was in an accident. They arrived on the scene an was very polite, informative, friendly, and reassuring. Awesome Towing Company. Great people and very professional. Highly recommend. They will absolutely be referred to all friends and family.
I most definitely recommend this company! Someone hit my car & Alta Runs Transportation showed immediately . They waived my deductible & was able to get my vehicle fixed at no cost to myself! Where do you find that ? Nowhere . They really helped me out tremendously! I will rate my experience with them 10/10 , great service , communication awesome , very quick & professional . Alta runs tow truck Transportation Company came to my rescue within 45 minutes of my calling them to my surprise I received tow truck driver that was a female she knew what she was doing and offered to take me and my family together and their tow truck vehicle. You were going to call an Uber if she offered us a ride to the same location the vehicle was going to save us a penny and also gave us a good price for the I recommend everyone give them a call if they have any mechanical or automobiles issues
Amazing. Best towing experience ever, I didn't think any towing experience was a good one. Cost was very cheap compared to other places. He was very patient and informative. I had my littles ones with me and he made sure he gave us a ride to a safe place. I would definitely recommend and use him again. Very professional & on time.
