Extremely poor customer service. I was given the wrong part, and when I asked for help, I was met with hostility and profanity. They offered no assistance, wasting both my time and money. I ended up purchasing the correct part from another store, where I was told that Truck Parts of Philly has a reputation for mistreating customers. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Terrible experience. Staff was rude, unprofessional, and even used profanity when I asked a simple question. Felt disrespected and unwelcome. Do yourself a favor — avoid this place and take your business elsewhere

Got a front driveshaft from here in A grade condition for my g37x. Part was as described. Got home and installed it as my old one was damaged from these awful potholes and started rattling during driving. New part has my car back quiet as a mouse. Had a good convo with Mike while waiting on my part. He's a very matter of factly type of person. Straight forward and blunt but I understand the russle and bussle of the area. If you aren't use to that you may misinterpret it for being rude. Lol But I have no issue with it. I think it's refreshing to be able to get in and get out quick with no issues. This is my first time buying parts from a salvage yard and I'm grateful to get my driveshaft for 45 bucks. Local shop wanted $1700 to repair. I saved tons of money. Thanks Mike. I will be returning for more parts.
