NO PLEASE TO PARKING SPOT FOR TRUCKS, MUST OVERNIGHT AND WEIT ON FRONT STREET

This place is a joke. Slide your tandem’s 4x and scale in and scale out and park on the corner of a busy intersection where signs clearly say no parking anytime. Then deal with a receptionist and take a seat for s/r to then bring you paperwork. Checked in @1130 got paperwork @ 1505

It took 4hours to get loaded. On top of that they have a ton of forklift drivers all over the place. Someone needs to fix this. It doesn’t add up

Been here since 9:30 it’s 12:30 now and still parked on the street 1st in line only thing going in and out is local scrap trucks.BTW I’m bringing a load in.

Not good. Very slowly unloading. From 6.00 am to 11.00am Sametime exit block 🚫

Get in line to get in , once you get in, you get in a dock quick. Slide your tandems all the way forward, it's a small-scale. Sometimes the yard guy may come get you out of the line if they need your load in the dock for some reason.

Product is wet and floors in trailer will be dirty. Prepare for washing your trailer and probably canceling your next load.

This place needs to train their forklift drivers on how to load a truck!! I was 4000lbs over on my drives with the tandem pull all the way up because of their short scale, and they don't weigh by the axle. I don't know the area and had to drive over 100 miles to find a scale!! Too far to go back, plus they are located one block from the I95 bridge collapse, so it's a bit of a pain to get into!!

All negative reviews are true, today 5/10/23 it took me 2 hours to get a door, 2 to load and 1 hour 10 minutes to get paperwork, the ladies in the office are nice but the Yard driver was very rude to me for not knowing I’m supposed to park outside and walk inside when there are no signs that say that.

Got in got loaded in a fair time. But be ready to hit a wash out place afterwards.

I had nothing bad to say about this pickup, I read a lot of bad reviews, but my experience was positive, yes I had to wait outside, for a few minutes and yes it was muddy inside, but it had rained and it's a scrap yard, not a Distribution Center, I was weighed empty, and immediately given a dock to back into and loading started in less than 15 minutes and I was done and out within a hour and a half, no long wait times, the yard jockey was polite, not sure why others had issues with this location.

Not too bad of a place. Yard guy was very helpful. You have to park on the street and he will come out and get you and guide you on the scale then its easy to get backed in and enough room to swing around to get back on the scale to weigh out. Then park back on the street and walk back in to get paperwork. Only thing I dont like is sitting on the street by the fence and all the trash and recycling trucks flying up and down the street to the other facility past this place

Got there at nine thirty and was out of there at ten thirty. Yard driver was cool, in fact everyone was nice and polite.

You need to park in the line on street for scale very slow. Took 4 hours to load.

First time picking up here and I hope it’ll be my last. It’s unorganized, lack of direction and the guy on the go cart is rude as hell. He lacks customer service skills.

very slow. parked on the road more than 1 hour and 2 hours and 30 minutes to have my load and wait more than half an hour for the bill of loading

This place is a joke, have to park on street the. Walk through mud and water so you better have some boots, and the have to wait in truck on street until yard jocky or or whatever his job is traffic director comes and tells you to come in. Better not have anywhere to go you will be waiting, two forklifts unloading one truck took them over 2 hours to unload me

Great place to deliver to. Yard Jockey is a good guy keeps things organized. Dock guys are quick. Thank you for a easy unload experience.

Worse place to pickup freight from. Took 7 hours to load my truck... And I was the only truck there all day.

The people here are very nice. But, the system is very slow. 6 hrs from getting there before I was done.

Park outside in the line ,the jockey driver come outside to call you turn by turn ,go first pickup or loaded first .

Some time quick alot time slow like right now its been 4 hours since i been here still not loaded.

Yard man was very helpful, good guy. I had to wait about five minutes for paperwork. Entrance is on Bleigh st, address on Milnor.

Yard guy very helpful, got loaded in 25 mins took 45 mins to get paperwork

This place is really busy. Trucks in and out and only one scale. Yard guy is always willing to help out drivers picking up a load. He'll help slid your tandems, close your doors, and even guide you in a hole if he sees you having troubles. Getting your paper work after loaded is another story. Sit down on the comfortable blake chairs for at least 30 minutes.
